Abstract

本发明涉及一种在线维修闸阀,主要包括阀体、闸板、外阀杆、内阀杆、阀盖、填料、填料压套、连接套、锁紧螺钉,闸板安装于阀体内腔,阀体内腔设有多条竖直导向槽,闸板与内阀杆通过连接套固定连接,连接套水平方向两端固定设有导向胫,用于防止连接套水平方向旋转,通过锁紧螺钉可防止连接套上下移动,外阀杆为管式结构,外阀杆安装于内阀杆外部,通过旋转内阀杆可以控制外阀杆上下移动,当需要更换维修填料等零部件时,关闭闸阀,并使外阀杆上移,使外阀杆下端和上端相邻处的圆弧压紧安装于阀盖内腔最高处的上密封垫,即可进行填料等零件的更换维修,解决了现有闸阀在更换维修填料的时候,需要将整个系统关闭,然后将闸阀拆卸下来才能更换维修的缺陷。

本发明涉及一种闸阀,尤其是涉及一种在线维修闸阀。
背景技术
现有闸阀靠手轮带动阀杆螺母旋转来提升阀杆和下降阀杆,从而实用闸阀的开启与关闭,阀杆与阀盖上部内腔之间形成的凹槽处安装有填料,填料通过填料压盖压紧,用于保持阀杆与阀盖相邻处的密封,在阀杆多次的上下运动后,填料容易损坏,其缺点在于,现有闸阀在更换和维修填料的时候,需要将整个系统关闭,然后将整个闸阀从管线上拆卸下来方可更换维修,给生产带来影响,造成一定的经济、人工成本的损失,资源的浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种不需要关闭系统,不需要拆卸闸阀,即可更换维修填料等上部零件的一种在线维修闸阀。
本发明通过如下技术方案来实现:
该一种在线维修闸阀主要包括阀体、闸板、外阀杆、内阀杆、阀盖、填料、填料压套、阀杆螺母、手轮、连接套、锁紧螺钉,闸板安装于阀体内腔,阀体内腔设有多条竖直导向槽,闸板与内阀杆通过连接套固定连接,连接套水平方向两端固定设有导向胫,导向胫外部为齿形结构,导向胫伸入阀体内腔的导向槽处,用于防止连接套水平方向旋转,锁紧螺钉通过螺纹安装于阀体中腔,锁紧螺钉内端部为锥形结构,向内旋转可锁紧连接套,防止连接套上下移动,外阀杆为管式结构,外阀杆下端外圆大于上端外圆,外阀杆下端与上端相邻处为圆弧形结构,外阀杆安装于内阀杆外部,外阀杆下端内孔与内阀杆下端之间为螺纹连接,内阀杆上端端部设有向下凹的多边形结构,通过旋转内阀杆可以控制外阀杆上下移动,外阀杆内孔与内阀杆外圆之间设有O型圈,阀盖安装于阀体上部,阀盖内腔最高处设有上密封垫,外阀杆与阀盖上部内腔之间形成的凹槽处安装有填料,填料压套压紧填料,防止外阀杆与阀盖之间产生泄漏,外阀杆上端外部通过螺纹安装有阀杆螺母,阀杆螺母外固定安装手轮,旋转手轮和阀杆螺母可控制外阀杆上下移动,当闸阀在使用时,可通过旋转手轮和阀杆螺母控制外阀杆的上下运动,从而带动内阀杆、连接套和闸板上下移动,控制闸阀开启与关闭,当闸阀的填料等上部零件损坏,需要更换维修时,首先旋转手轮,使外阀杆、内阀杆、连接套和闸板下移,关闭闸阀,然后用安装于阀体中腔的锁紧螺钉锁紧连接套,防止连接套、内阀杆和闸板上下移动,最后旋转内阀杆,控制外阀杆上移,使外阀杆下端和上端相邻处的圆弧压紧安装于阀盖内腔最高处的上密封垫,防止介质由外阀杆与阀盖上部内腔之间形成的凹槽处泄漏,最后就可拆卸上部零件,进行填料等零件的更换维修。
本发明的优点是: 不需要关闭系统,不需要拆卸闸阀,即可更换维修填料等上部零件,方便、经济、实用。

具体实施方式:
根据图1可知,该一种在线维修闸阀主要包括阀体1、闸板2、外阀杆5、内阀杆7、阀盖6、填料9、填料压套10、阀杆螺母12、手轮11、连接套14、锁紧螺钉3,闸板2安装于阀体1内腔,阀体1内腔设有多条竖直导向槽,闸板2与内阀杆7通过连接套14固定连接,连接套14水平方向两端固定设有导向胫,导向胫外部为齿形结构,导向胫伸入阀体1内腔的导向槽处,用于防止连接套14水平方向旋转,锁紧螺钉3通过螺纹安装于阀体1中腔,锁紧螺钉3内端部为锥形结构,向内旋转可锁紧连接套14,防止连接套14上下移动,外阀杆5为管式结构,外阀杆5下端外圆大于上端外圆,外阀杆5下端与上端相邻处为圆弧形结构,外阀杆5安装于内阀杆7外部,外阀杆5下端内孔与内阀杆7下端之间为螺纹连接,内阀杆7上端端部设有向下凹的多边形结构,通过旋转内阀杆7可以控制外阀杆5上下移动,外阀杆5内孔与内阀杆7外圆之间设有O型圈,阀盖6安装于阀体1上部,阀盖6内腔最高处设有上密封垫8,外阀杆5与阀盖6上部内腔之间形成的凹槽处安装有填料9,填料压套10压紧填料9,防止外阀杆5与阀盖6之间产生泄漏,外阀杆5上端外部通过螺纹安装有阀杆螺母12,阀杆螺母12外固定安装手轮11,旋转手轮11和阀杆螺母12可控制外阀杆5上下移动,当闸阀在使用时,通过旋转手轮11和阀杆螺母12控制外阀杆5的上下运动,从而带动内阀杆7、连接套14和闸板2上下移动,控制闸阀开启与关闭,当闸阀的填料9等上部零件损坏,需要更换维修时,首先旋转手轮11,使外阀杆5、内阀杆7、连接套14和闸板2下移,关闭闸阀,然后用安装于阀体1中腔的锁紧螺钉3锁紧连接套14,防止连接套14、内阀杆7和闸板2上下移动,最后旋转内阀杆7,控制外阀杆5上移,使外阀杆5下端和上端相邻处的圆弧压紧安装于阀盖6内腔最高处的上密封垫8,防止介质由外阀杆5与阀盖6上部内腔之间形成的凹槽处泄漏,最后就可拆卸上部零件,进行填料9等零件的更换维修。
为了防止外阀杆5旋转进一步磨损填料9等零件,在外阀杆5下端水平设置有销轴4,销轴4一端固定安装于外阀杆5下端,销轴4另一端伸进阀体1内腔竖直导向槽处,在闸阀开启与关闭的过程中,或旋转内阀杆7控制外阀杆5上下运动的过程中,防止外阀杆5水平旋转,从而减少对填料9的进一步磨损。
为了更方便的控制内阀杆7的旋转,内阀杆7上端伸出外阀杆5,内阀杆7上端伸出外阀杆5上端端部的长度应大于外阀杆5下端和外阀杆5上端相邻处的圆弧与上密封垫8之间的最大距离,并在内阀杆7上端外圆铣多边形结构,更进一步的为了防止误操作,在不需要维修的时候旋转内阀杆7,在内阀杆7上端与外阀杆5上端端部相邻处设有止动螺母13,止动螺母13与内阀杆7之间通过螺纹连接,在需要维修时,首先卸下止动螺母13,旋转内阀杆7就可控制外阀杆5向上运动。

1.一种在线维修闸阀,包括阀体(1)、闸板(2)、外阀杆(5)、阀盖(6)、填料(9)、填料压套(10)、阀杆螺母(12)、手轮(11),闸板(2)安装于阀体(1)内腔,阀盖(6)安装于阀体(1)上部,阀盖(6)内腔最高处设有上密封垫(8),外阀杆(5)与阀盖(6)上部内腔之间形成的凹槽处安装有填料(9),填料压套(10)压紧填料(9),外阀杆(5)上端外部通过螺纹安装有阀杆螺母(12),阀杆螺母(12)外固定安装手轮(11),其特征在于:还包括内阀杆(7)、连接套(14)、锁紧螺钉(3),阀体(1)内腔设有多条竖直导向槽,闸板(2)与内阀杆(7)通过连接套(14)固定连接,连接套(14)水平方向两端固定设有导向胫,导向胫外部为齿形结构,导向胫伸入阀体(1)内腔的导向槽处,锁紧螺钉(3)通过螺纹安装于阀体(1)中腔,锁紧螺钉(3)内端部为锥形结构,外阀杆(5)为管式结构,外阀杆(5)下端外圆大于上端外圆,外阀杆(5)下端与上端相邻处为圆弧形结构,外阀杆(5)安装于内阀杆(7)外部,外阀杆(5)下端内孔与内阀杆(7)下端之间为螺纹连接,内阀杆(7)上端端部设有向下凹的多边形结构,通过旋转内阀杆(7)可以控制外阀杆(5)上下移动,外阀杆(5)内孔与内阀杆(7)外圆之间设有O型圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种在线维修闸阀,其特征在于:在外阀杆(5)下端水平设置有销轴(4),销轴(4)一端固定安装于外阀杆(5)下端,销轴(4)另一端伸进阀体(1)内腔竖直导向槽处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种在线维修闸阀,其特征在于:内阀杆(7)上端伸出外阀杆(5),内阀杆(7)上端伸出外阀杆(5)上端端部的长度应大于外阀杆(5)下端和外阀杆(5)上端相邻处的圆弧与上密封垫(8)之间的最大距离。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种在线维修闸阀,其特征在于:在内阀杆(7)上端与外阀杆(5)上端端部相邻处设有止动螺母(13),止动螺母(13)与内阀杆(7)之间通过螺纹连接。
