本发明公开了一种化学工业用闸阀,包括旋转式手轮(1),阀体(2),阀盖(3),闸板(4),阀杆(5),填料压紧螺母(6),乳胶环(7),所述阀杆(5)有上下向穿孔(8),设置有二个滑槽(9),所述穿孔(8)内插有升降杆(10),所述升降杆(10)下端与所述闸板(4)底端相连接,上端连接顺所述滑槽(9)上下向滑行的指示针(11),所述阀杆(5)上下向设置有标尺(12),所述阀杆(5)的下端在所述穿孔(8)周围设置有圆环状凹陷(13),所述乳胶环(7)让所述升降杆(10)紧密穿过后,其上端紧密插接在所述凹陷(13)内。借所述指示针(11)在所述滑槽(9)内滑行后所指示的位置,了解所述闸阀的启闭状态,及流量的相对大小。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种化学工业用闸阀。
背景技术
现有的闸阀不具有关于启闭状态或开启程度的指示功能,而化学工业实际生产中往往要求闸阀具有这种功能,如物流系统的上游意外中止输送时,下游看不到有液体流出,处于开启状态的闸阀,易被误为是处于关闭状态,以致该关不关,一旦,上游恢复输送,往往会浪费或发生安全事故,还有,在多个物流管各以设定的流量向同一反应器输送液态物料时,了解各物流管上闸阀的开启程度更是必要。
因此,提供一种化学工业用闸阀,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种化学工业用闸阀。
本发明一种化学工业用闸阀,包括旋转式手轮,阀体,阀盖,闸板,阀杆,填料压紧螺母,乳胶环,所述阀杆中心有上下向穿孔,且在所述手轮与所述压紧螺母间自所述穿孔向外穿透设置有二至四个滑槽,所述穿孔内插有升降杆,所述升降杆下端与所述闸板底端相连接,上端连接顺所述滑槽上下向滑行的指示针,所述阀杆在两所述滑槽间,上下向设置有反映流量相对大小的标尺,所述阀杆的下端在所述穿孔周围设置有圆环状凹陷,所述乳胶环让所述升降杆紧密穿过后,其上端紧密插接在所述凹陷内。
本发明有如下有益效果:
借所述指示针在所述滑槽内滑行后所指示的位置,直观地了解所述闸阀的启闭状态,及流量的相对大小。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
图1或图2所示,一种化学工业用闸阀,包括旋转式手轮1,阀体2,阀盖3,闸板4,阀杆5,填料压紧螺母6,乳胶环7,所述阀杆5中心有上下向穿孔8,且在所述手轮1与所述压紧螺母6间自所述穿孔8向外穿透设置有二个滑槽9,所述穿孔8内插有升降杆10,所述升降杆10下端与所述闸板4底端相连接,上端连接二个顺所述滑槽9上下向滑行的指示针11,所述阀杆5在两所述滑槽9间,上下向设置有反映流量相对大小的标尺12,所述阀杆5的下端在所述穿孔8周围设置有圆环状凹陷13,所述乳胶环7让所述升降杆10紧密穿过后,其上端紧密插接在所述凹陷13内。
当所述闸板4下降至最低位时,所述指示针11在所述滑槽9内也滑行至最低位,所述指示针11正巧旁对所述标尺12的“0”刻度。当所述闸板4上升至最高位时,所述指示针11在所述滑槽9内也滑行至最高位,所述指示针11正巧旁对所述标尺12的“10”刻度。
所述乳胶环7上下向交替形成有数个环所述升降杆10的薄壁与厚壁,各薄壁厚度为0.3-0.8毫米,两厚壁间距离为1.2-1.8毫米。
所述乳胶环7有数个薄壁,则所述乳胶环7下部在所述阀体2内的液态物料压力作用下,能始终贴紧所述升降杆10,防止液态物料从所述阀杆5与所述升降杆10间向上漏出。
所述乳胶环7如无薄壁,则难以保障所述乳胶环7与所述升降杆10间的紧密,影响密封效果,所述薄壁如是单个,则在所述升降杆10在升降时会缩皱,影响所述乳胶环7使用寿命,所述薄壁如是数个,则所述升降杆10升降时因受薄壁上下的各厚壁阻挡,使缩皱非常有限。

1.一种化学工业用闸阀,包括旋转式手轮(1),阀体(2),阀盖(3),闸板(4),阀杆(5),填料压紧螺母(6),乳胶环(7),所述阀杆(5)中心有上下向穿孔(8),且在所述手轮(1)与所述压紧螺母(6)间自所述穿孔(8)向外穿透设置有二个滑槽(9),其特征在于,所述穿孔(8)内插有升降杆(10),所述升降杆(10)下端与所述闸板(4)底端相连接,上端连接二个顺所述滑槽(9)上下向滑行的指示针(11),所述阀杆(5)在两所述滑槽(9)间,上下向设置有反映流量相对大小的标尺(12),当所述闸板(4)下降至最低位时,所述指示针(11)在所述滑槽(9)内也滑行至最低位,所述指示针(11)正巧旁对所述标尺(12)的“0”刻度;当所述闸板(4)上升至最高位时,所述指示针(11)在所述滑槽(9)内也滑行至最高位,所述指示针(11)正巧旁对所述标尺(12)的“10”刻度,所述阀杆(5)的下端在所述穿孔(8)周围设置有圆环状凹陷(13),所述乳胶环(7)让所述升降杆(10)紧密穿过后,其上端紧密插接在所述凹陷(13)内,所述乳胶环(7)上下向交替形成有数个环所述升降杆(10)的薄壁与厚壁,各薄壁厚度为0.3-0.8毫米,两厚壁间距离为1.2-1.8毫米,各薄壁在所述阀体(2)内的液态物料压力作用下,能始终贴紧所述升降杆(10),防止液态物料从所述阀杆(5)与所述升降杆(10)间向上漏出。
