Abstract
一种用于顶驱传动箱的双围堰润滑密封结构,其原理是:在传动箱内部采用双围堰密封结构,取代了主轴上的密封圈,不存在密封圈的磨损和老化,可以极大的提高顶部驱动装置的传动箱的可靠性,安装在上腔体(2)内的上围堰(3)保证了上腔体(2)内的润滑油液面能够使传动齿轮和输入轴(1)下部的轴承得到有效润滑,安装在下腔体(4)内的下围堰(5)能够保证储存一定的润滑油满足润滑油泵(7)的供给,润滑油泵(7)从下腔体(4)抽取润滑油用于传动箱中输入、输出轴上部轴承的润滑,该部分润滑油流入上腔体(2)后越过上围堰(3)回到下腔体(4),依次循环,完成传动箱体(8)内的轴承、齿轮的润滑、冷却。
Description
本发明属于钻井技术领域。
顶驱钻机可以直接从井架空间上部直接旋转钻柱,并沿井架内专用导轨向下送进,完成钻柱旋转钻进,循环钻井液、接立根、上卸扣和起钻扫孔等多种钻孔操作的钻井机械设备,由于顶驱钻机具有施工效率高、处理钻井井下事故能力强、自动化程度高的诸多优点,从而逐渐取代转盘钻机。
其中顶部驱动装置是顶驱钻机的核心部件,它负责提供钻井的扭矩,其可靠性决定了钻机性能的优劣。由于顶部驱动装置的传动箱的输出轴要提供的钻井扭矩很大,因此要保证传动箱有足够的冷却和润滑,传动箱的输出轴采用垂直安装并直接与钻具连接,所以采用合理的密封润滑结构防止传动箱体内的润滑油的泄漏至关重要。
本发明的原理是,在传动箱内部采用双围堰密封结构,其中上围堰用于保证传动箱体内的传动齿轮和输入轴轴成的润滑和冷却,下围堰用于保证输出主轴上的轴承的润滑和冷却,双围堰取代了主轴上的密封圈,不存在密封圈的磨损和老化,可以极大的提高顶部驱动装置的传动箱的可靠性,使钻机的性能得到极大提高。
本发明的具体实施方式见附图。
下面结合附图进行进一步的说明,该装置由以下各部分组成:输入轴(1),上腔体(2),上围堰(3),下腔体(4),下围堰(5),主轴(6),润滑油泵(7),传动箱体(8)。
安装在上腔体(2)内的上围堰(3)保证了上腔体(2)内的润滑油液面能够使传动齿轮和输入轴(1)下部的轴承得到有效润滑,安装在下腔体(4)内的下围堰(5)能够保证储存一定的润滑油满足润滑油泵(7)的供给,润滑油泵(7)从下腔体(4)抽取润滑油用于传动箱中输入、输出轴上部轴承的润滑,该部分润滑油流入上腔体(2)后越过上围堰(3)回到下腔体(4),依次循环,完成传动箱体(8)内的轴承、齿轮的润滑、冷却,上围堰(3)和下围堰(5)取代了主轴上的密封圈,不存在密封圈的磨损和老化,可以极大的提高顶部驱动装置的传动箱的可靠性。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于顶驱传动箱的双围堰润滑密封结构,其特征是:在传动箱内部采用双围堰密封结构,取代了主轴上的密封圈,安装在上腔体(2)内的上围堰(3)保证了上腔体(2)内的润滑油液面能够使传动齿轮和输入轴(1)下部的轴承得到有效润滑,安装在下腔体(4)内的下围堰(5)能够保证储存一定的润滑油满足润滑油泵(7)的供给。
2.如权利要求1所述的润滑油泵(7)从下腔体(4)抽取润滑油用于传动箱中输入、输出轴上部轴承的润滑,该部分润滑油流入上腔体(2)后越过上围堰(3)回到下腔体(4),依次循环,完成传动箱体(8)内的轴承、齿轮的润滑、冷却。
