葡萄被人们视为珍果,被誉为世界四大水果之首。它不但营养丰富、用途广泛,色美、气香,味可口,是果中佳品,既可鲜食又可加工成各种产品。葡萄的营养价值很高,葡萄中含有葡萄糖、果糖、钙、钾、磷、铁、蛋白质以及多种维生素,还含有多种人体所需的氨基酸、粗纤维、胡萝卜素等,常食葡萄对神经衰弱、疲劳过度大有裨益,此外它还含有多种具有生理功能的活性物质。大家吃葡萄,也通常会把葡萄籽、皮吐掉,孰不知,葡萄籽、葡萄皮的营养价值绝不输于葡萄的果肉。特别是现代研究发现,葡萄皮和葡萄籽中含有丰富的氨基酸、维生素、纤维素、矿物质以及抗氧化物质葡萄原花青素和白藜芦醇,对心脑血管病有积极的预防和治疗作用。可以防止正常细胞癌变。此外,巴西有研究人员发现,葡萄皮中还含有一种可降低血压的成分,具有良好的降压和抗动脉粥样硬化作用,葡萄皮、葡萄籽中还富含膳食纤维,作为“第七营养素”具有对人体十分有益的生理功能。可见,葡萄的科学吃法应该是带皮带籽吃,尤其是老年朋友,常食葡萄有益健康长寿。
葡萄皮因为有涩味,一般人在吃葡萄时都要把可食的葡萄皮吐掉,这会流失很大一部分来自葡萄皮的营养。营养学家发现,葡萄皮中含有比葡萄肉和葡萄子中更丰富的白藜芦醇,这是一种多羟基酚类化合物,这种物质除能预防心脑血管疾病外,还具有极强的抗癌能力。在花生等70多种人类食用的植物中多少不等地存在着白藜芦醇,而葡萄皮中的含量最高,达到50-100微克/克。美国芝加哥伊利诺伊学院的科研人员通过对这种物质进行反复试验,发现并确定了该物质具有极高的抗癌功效。他们对患有癌的实验鼠投喂了18周这种物质,然后与患有皮肤癌而未投喂这种物质的实验鼠进行比较,结果发现,吃了这种物质的实验鼠的癌细胞减少了68%-98%。

葡萄籽粉是指葡萄籽粉提取物萄多酚。葡萄籽中含有一种叫葡多酚的物质,也称花青素(OPC),具有很强的抗氧化作用,可以清除人体内有毒的自由基,保护细胞组织免受自由基的氧化损伤。一些医学研究显示,含有原花青素的制剂具有抗衰老、防癌作用,对心血管系统的健康有益。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的葡萄营养咀嚼片一方面是葡萄含有丰富的营养物质和活性成分,味道甜美,香气饱满。葡萄皮粉和葡萄籽粉中含有丰富的维生素、膳食纤维、矿物质以及原花青素和白藜芦醇等抗氧化物质。胡萝卜中含有大量的β-胡萝卜素,可以转化成维生素A,它可以维持眼睛和皮肤的健康,改善夜盲症、皮肤粗糙的状况。而且可以改善咀嚼片的色泽和口感硬度,使得色泽诱人,口感达到最佳,使葡萄营养咀嚼片色、香、味俱全。这样可以不添加传统压片用的稀释剂和润滑剂等添加剂。另一方面考虑到全天然葡萄营养咀嚼片,不添加任何药用辅料和食品添加剂,保证天然、绿色、安全。
本发明的葡萄营养咀嚼片是全天然的葡萄营养咀嚼片,营养价值高,风味口感独特,便于携带,老少皆宜,可随时随地既取即食。本发明采用粉末直接压片法制备葡萄营养咀嚼片,粉末直接压片法与其他片剂制备工艺相比,其制作工艺过程不必制粒、干燥,所以能够节能省时,降低生产成本,缩短生产周期,并且生产工艺相对简单、适应性强,同时减少了原料在加工过程中产生的质量不稳定性因素。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。下述实施例中所述实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所述试剂和生物材料,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径获得。
实施例1
采用粉末直接压片法制备葡萄营养咀嚼片,具体步骤如下:将优质的葡萄粉、葡萄皮粉和葡萄籽粉反复过80目筛后备用,若其颗粒较大,可适当粉碎后再过筛。
分别称取过筛后的葡萄粉400g、葡萄皮粉400g和葡萄籽粉200g混合均匀。将混合物物料投入旋转式压片机的料斗,调节压片机参数使之达到理想压片参数后压片。具体压片参数为:压片压力为8×104牛顿,最大填充深度为12mm,最大片剂厚度5mm,转台转速为20r/min。
再将压出的片剂通过手工或机器初筛出去浮粉及不合规格的片剂,随后放在紫外灯下照射30min后,有人工装瓶进行包装,得到葡萄营养咀嚼片的成品,放在阴凉通风处保存。
实施例2
采用粉末直接压片法制备胡萝卜味的葡萄营养咀嚼片,具体步骤如下:将优质的葡萄粉、葡萄皮粉、葡萄籽粉和胡萝卜粉反复过80目筛后备用,若其颗粒较大,可适当粉碎后再过筛。
分别称取过筛后的葡萄粉400g、葡萄皮粉300g、葡萄籽粉100g和胡萝卜粉200g混合均匀。将混合物物料投入旋转式压片机的料斗,调节压片机参数使之达到理想压片参数后压片。具体压片参数为:压片压力为8×104牛顿,最大填充深度为12mm,最大片剂厚度5mm,转台转速为20r/min。
再将压出的片剂通过手工或机器初筛出去浮粉及不合规格的片剂,随后放在紫外灯下照射30min后,有人工装瓶进行包装,得到葡萄营养咀嚼片的成品,放在阴凉通风处保存。

Claims (6)
1.一种葡萄营养咀嚼片,其特征在于,它的活性成分是由4-6重量份的葡萄粉、3-5重量份的葡萄皮粉、1-3重量份的葡萄籽粉充分混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葡萄营养咀嚼片,其特征在于,它的活性成分是由4重量份的葡萄粉、4重量份的葡萄皮粉、2重量份的葡萄籽粉充分混合而成。
3.一种葡萄营养咀嚼片,其特征在于,它的活性成分是由3-6重量份的葡萄粉、2-4重量份的葡萄皮粉、1-2重量份的葡萄籽粉和1-3重量份的胡萝卜粉充分混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的葡萄营养咀嚼片,其特征在于,它的活性成分是由4重量份的葡萄粉、3重量份的葡萄皮粉、1重量份的葡萄籽粉和2重量份的胡萝卜粉充分混合而成。
5.一种葡萄营养咀嚼片及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将优质的葡萄粉、葡萄皮粉和葡萄籽粉反复过80目筛后备用,若其颗粒较大,可适当粉碎后再过筛,分别称取过筛后的葡萄粉、葡萄皮粉和葡萄籽粉混合均匀,将混合物物料投入旋转式压片机的料斗,调节压片机参数使之达到理想压片参数后压片,再将压出的片剂通过手工或机器初筛出去浮粉及不合规格的片剂,随后放在紫外灯下照射30min后,有人工装瓶进行包装,得到葡萄营养咀嚼片的成品,放在阴凉通风处保存。
