Abstract

一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置,包括上、下两端分别设有入料口和出料口的壳体,上阀板和下阀板分别通过上转轴和下转轴转动连接在壳体上,上阀板和下阀板上设置有配重块以使其构成杠杆结构从而对上料风管和下料风管进行封闭。本发明设置有上料风管和下料风管,且其内部通过隔板密封,通过上料风管和下料风管底部安装的上阀板和下阀板实现密封可以隔绝外界风能进入收尘器内部,另外设置有上配重和下配重保证了只有在上料风管和下料风管中粉尘的量达到一定量时候才会将上阀板和下阀板打开,同时粉尘量也起到了密封锁风的作用。

一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用料封排灰装置,尤其是涉及一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置。
背景技术
目前,市场上的收尘器底部的一般采用,单闪动阀,双闪动阀及回转阀。回转阀锁风效果好,但结构复杂。单闪动阀结构简单,但回只有一个阀,在排灰过程中,外部风能进入收尘器内部,影响收尘效果。双闪动阀因二个阀门之间无互锁装置,双闪动阀相当于单闪动阀。所以,需要一种结构相对简单,锁风效果好的排灰锁风装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有排灰装置在排灰过程中,外部风能进入收尘器内部,影响收尘效果的问题,提供一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置,本发明设置有上料风管和下料风管,且其内部通过隔板密封,通过上料风管和下料风管底部安装的上阀板和下阀板实现密封可以隔绝外界风能进入收尘器内部,另外设置有上配重和下配重保证了只有在上料风管和下料风管中粉尘的量达到一定量时候才会将上阀板和下阀板打开,同时粉尘量也起到了密封锁风的作用,设置的上配重和下配重可以设置在壳体内,也可以设置在壳体外侧,当设置在壳体外侧时候便于观察内部粉尘排放情况,上料风管和下料风管采用中心线不共线的设置方式,避免了上料风管中的粉尘落入下料风管中时只靠近一侧落入,使得下料风管中储存的粉尘不均匀在下阀板打开时,外界风能通过下料风管进入内部。
本发明为解决上述技术问题的不足,所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置,包括上、下两端分别设有入料口和出料口的壳体,壳体的入料口处安装有上料风管,壳体内部通过隔板分为两个腔室,隔板上穿设有一个用于连通两个腔室并承接上料风管中粉尘的下料风管,上料风管和下料风管底部分别安装有用于控制其底部开合的上阀板和下阀板,上阀板和下阀板分别通过上转轴和下转轴转动连接在壳体上,上阀板和下阀板上设置有配重块以使其构成杠杆结构从而对上料风管和下料风管进行封闭。
所述的配重块包括分别设置在上阀板和下阀板上的上配重和下配重。
所述的上料风管和下料风管的中心线不共线。
所述的上配重和下配重位于壳体内。
所述的上配重和下配重位于壳体外侧且分别设置有对称的两个。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设置有上料风管和下料风管,且其内部通过隔板密封,通过上料风管和下料风管底部安装的上阀板和下阀板实现密封可以隔绝外界风能进入收尘器内部,另外设置有上配重和下配重保证了只有在上料风管和下料风管中粉尘的量达到一定量时候才会将上阀板和下阀板打开,同时粉尘量也起到了密封锁风的作用,设置的上配重和下配重可以设置在壳体内,也可以设置在壳体外侧,当设置在壳体外侧时候便于观察内部粉尘排放情况,上料风管和下料风管采用中心线不共线的设置方式,避免了上料风管中的粉尘落入下料风管中时只靠近一侧落入,使得下料风管中储存的粉尘不均匀在下阀板打开时,外界风能通过下料风管进入内部。

图中所示,具体实施方式如下:
一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置,包括上、下两端分别设有入料口和出料口的壳体,壳体的入料口处安装有上料风管,壳体内部通过隔板分为两个腔室,隔板上穿设有一个用于连通两个腔室并承接上料风管中粉尘的下料风管,上料风管和下料风管底部分别安装有用于控制其底部开合的上阀板和下阀板,上阀板和下阀板分别通过上转轴和下转轴转动连接在壳体上,上阀板和下阀板上设置有配重块以使其构成杠杆结构从而对上料风管和下料风管进行封闭。
所述的配重块包括分别设置在上阀板和下阀板上的上配重和下配重。
所述的上料风管和下料风管的中心线不共线。
所述的上配重和下配重位于壳体内。
所述的上配重和下配重位于壳体外侧且分别设置有对称的两个。
本发明在使用过程中先计算好上配重和下配重的重量,保证上料风管3和下料风管2中具有一定料封能力时候,再增加粉尘才可以打开上阀板4和下阀板1,而且上料风管3和下料风管2的中心线不共线,当共线时候由于上阀板打开时候,其内的粉尘下落位置位于下阀板靠近下料风管边缘的一端上,根据杠杆原理当物料作用力的位置距离轴比较远时候,由于力臂相同所以力会小,因此会出现下阀板中粉尘堆积不均匀从而使得下料风管达不到料封的效果,采用不共线的结构时候上阀板打开时候,粉尘下落位置刚好位于下料风管中心线与下阀板的交叉处,此时下阀板上粉尘堆积比较均匀,当堆积量达到可以打开下阀板时候不会出现因为粉尘堆积不均匀而出现无法料封的情况。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置,其特征在于:包括上、下两端分别设有入料口和出料口(11)的壳体(7),壳体(7)的入料口处安装有上料风管(3),壳体(7)内部通过隔板(8)分为两个腔室,隔板(8)上穿设有一个用于连通两个腔室并承接上料风管(3)中粉尘的下料风管(2),上料风管(3)和下料风管(2)底部分别安装有用于控制其底部开合的上阀板(4)和下阀板(1),上阀板(4)和下阀板(1)分别通过上转轴(5)和下转轴(10)转动连接在壳体(7)上,上阀板(4)和下阀板(1)上设置有配重块以使其构成杠杆结构从而对上料风管(3)和下料风管(2)进行封闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置其特征在于:所述的配重块包括分别设置在上阀板(4)和下阀板(1)上的上配重(6)和下配重(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置其特征在于:所述的上料风管(3)和下料风管(2)的中心线不共线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置其特征在于:所述的上配重(6)和下配重(9)位于壳体内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于收尘器底部的排灰锁风装置其特征在于:所述的上配重(6)和下配重(9)位于壳体外侧且分别设置有对称的两个。
