本发明公开了一种健康儿童塑料浴盆。所述健康儿童塑料浴盆由下述重量份组分按常规方法制备而成:100份PP树脂、0.2-0.8份对二甲基二亚苄基山梨醇、0.2-0.8份抗氧剂。本发明的健康儿童塑料浴盆,透明,力学性能好;添加抗菌剂后抗菌性能好,使用环境中本身对沾污在浴盆上的细菌、霉菌、醇母菌、藻类甚至病毒等起抑制或杀灭作用,通过抑制微生物的繁殖来保持塑料自身清洁。

健康儿童塑料浴盆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种浴盆,尤其涉及一种健康儿童塑料浴盆。
背景技术
浴盆是卫生间的主要设备,浴盆的形式、大小有很多类别,归纳起来可分三种:深方形、浅长形及折中形。
人入浴时需要水没肩,这样才可温暖全身,因此浴盆应保证有一定的水容量,短则深些,长则浅些,一般满水容量在230-320L左右。浴盆过小,人在其中蜷缩着不舒服,过大则有漂浮不稳定感。深方形浴盆占地面积小,有利于节省空间;浅长形浴盆人能够躺平,可使身体充分放松:折中形则取两者之长,既能使人把腿伸直成半躺姿势,又能节省一定的空间。
浴室中浴盆布置形式有搁置式、嵌入式、半下沉式三种。搁置式即把浴盆靠墙角搁置,这种方式施工方便,容易检修,适合于楼层地面已装修完的情况下选用。嵌入式是将浴盆嵌入台面里,台面有利于放置洗浴用品,但其占用空间较大。半下沉式是把浴盆的1/3埋入地面下,浴盆在浴室地面上约为400mm,与搁置式相比出入浴盆比较轻松方便,适合于年老体弱者使用。
儿童浴盆,通常是采用塑料材料制备而成,质量轻便于移动。然而现有的塑料材料并不环保,儿童浴盆容易滋生细菌。期待一种儿童浴盆,健康抗菌。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种健康儿童塑料浴盆。
一种健康儿童塑料浴盆,由下述重量份组分按常规方法制备而成:100份PP树脂、0.2-0.8份对二甲基二亚苄基山梨醇、0.2-0.8份抗氧剂。
对二甲基二亚苄基山梨醇,CAS号:54686-97-4,EINECS:405-870-9,英文名:1,3:2,4-Di-p-methylbenzylidenesorbitol。
所述抗氧剂为本领域通用抗氧剂,例如:抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂264、抗氧剂168、抗氧剂1076或抗氧剂215。
优选地,本发明提供了:
一种健康儿童塑料浴盆,由下述重量份组分按常规方法制备而成:100份PP树脂、0.2-0.8份对二甲基二亚苄基山梨醇、0.2-0.8份抗氧剂、0.4-0.8份抗菌剂。
所述抗菌剂为2-羟基-4-异丙基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮和/或1,6-双(正-对氯苯双胍)己烷。
最优地,所述抗菌剂为2-羟基-4-异丙基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮和1,6-双(正-对氯苯双胍)己烷的混合物,2-羟基-4-异丙基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮和1,6-双(正-对氯苯双胍)己烷的重量比为3:1-1:3。
2-羟基-4-异丙基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮,CAS号:499-44-5。可用于化妆品防腐,但并未见任何将该原料用于塑料抗菌的书面报道。
1,6-双(正-对氯苯双胍)己烷,CAS号:55-56-1。可用于食品厂、化妆品厂、制药厂等的表面消毒,但并未见任何将该原料用于塑料抗菌的书面报道。
本发明还提供了上述健康儿童塑料浴盆的制备方法:按配比称取各组分,混合,熔融混炼、挤出造粒,再采用本领域常规方法制备成所述健康儿童塑料浴盆。
本发明的健康儿童塑料浴盆,透明,力学性能好,添加抗菌剂后抗菌性能好。
具体实施方式
实施例中,各原料的选择:
PP树脂选用燕山石化公司牌号2401的通用级PP树脂。
抗氧剂选用抗氧剂1010。
实施例1-3
按照表1中对应实施例1-3数据称取各组分;加入混合机,室温下控制转速在3000转/分钟,混合10分钟;取出后,加入螺杆挤出机中,挤出造粒,制得抗菌塑料粒子,再采用本领域通用方法将该抗菌塑料粒子制备成健康儿童塑料浴盆。

测试例
(1)抗菌测试:
采用常规方法将实施例1-3制得的健康儿童塑料浴盆,裁剪出50mm×50mm×4mm的样品,进行抗菌测试,测试数据见表2。
抗菌测试标准:
QB/T2591-2003抗菌塑料抗菌性能试验方法和抗菌效果。
检测用菌:
大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli)ATCC25922;金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)ATCC6538。

(2)毒性测试:实施例1-3的健康儿童塑料浴盆,经急性毒性试验表明,对小白鼠的LD50>10000mg/kg,属实际无毒物质。
(3)力学性能:实施例1-3的健康儿童塑料浴盆的熔体流动速率、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度、成型收缩率等与不添加抗菌剂的同配比的塑料基本相同。可见,在本发明中抗菌剂的添加对塑料的力学性能没有不良影响。
实施例1的健康儿童塑料浴盆塑料,透光率42%,雾度38%,拉升强度37.5MPa,缺口冲击强度4.5KJ/m2
本发明实施例1的健康儿童塑料浴盆,材质为抗菌塑料,该抗菌塑料采用本领域常规方法制备而成,其中抗菌塑料的原料配比对应表1实施例1数据。
本发明使用环境中本身对沾污在浴盆上的细菌、霉菌、醇母菌、藻类甚至病毒等起抑制或杀灭作用,通过抑制微生物的繁殖来保持塑料自身清洁。

1.一种健康儿童塑料浴盆,其特征在于,由下述重量份组分按常规方法制备而成:100份PP树脂、0.2-0.8份对二甲基二亚苄基山梨醇、0.2-0.8份抗氧剂。
2.一种健康儿童塑料浴盆,其特征在于,由下述重量份组分按常规方法制备而成:100份PP树脂、0.2-0.8份对二甲基二亚苄基山梨醇、0.2-0.8份抗氧剂、0.4-0.8份抗菌剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的健康儿童塑料浴盆,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为2-羟基-4-异丙基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮和/或1,6-双(正-对氯苯双胍)己烷。
4.如权利要求3所述的健康儿童塑料浴盆,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂为2-羟基-4-异丙基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮和1,6-双(正-对氯苯双胍)己烷的混合物,2-羟基-4-异丙基-2,4,6-环庚三烯-1-酮和1,6-双(正-对氯苯双胍)己烷的重量比为3:1-1:3。
