Abstract

本发明公开了一种超高压高温针型阀,主要由阀体、阀针杆、滚珠、螺杆、手柄、流体进入通道、流体流出通道、密封圈组成,所述手柄7与螺杆4相连,螺杆下端加工为一工字型凹槽10,阀体1中有一垂直孔11,所述垂直孔中有带卡导型的阀针杆2,所述阀针杆2卡入螺杆工字型凹槽10内,两者之间嵌入一滚珠3,阀针杆与垂直孔之间有密封圈8,所述密封圈上部有梯形垫12,阀针尖14与阀体1金属硬密封,所述阀体1有流体进入通道5和流体流出通道6。本发明能够适用于超高压实验条件,其阀针开关灵活,阀体密封锥面无旋转摩擦,阀针杆与螺杆分别为独立体,降低了加工难度,且阀针杆磨损后更换方便,节省材料。

Description

一种超高压高温针型阀
技术领域
本发明涉及实验设备中流体进出的控制部件,特别是涉及一种超高压高温针型阀,主要用于开启和截断实验样品的通道。
背景技术
在石油化工领域的各种高温高压流体实验仪器设备中,为了研究油藏岩石的物性参数或者油层流体的流动特性,要使用各种针型阀对各种加入或者输出的流体进行量化控制,在整个实验流程中,阀门是启动和关闭这一量化控制的关键。目前使用的针型阀种类很多,国外针型阀的阀针杆细长、精度高但是加工难度大,浪费材料,且阀针杆磨损后更换难度大。国内针型阀的阀针杆和螺杆大多是加工制造成整体,当螺杆旋转时,阀针杆整体也旋转,阀针尖与阀体锥密封角产生重载摩擦,容易造成阀针的密封锥面扩张,降低阀针的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超高压高温针型阀,能够适用于超高压(最高工作压力200MPa)高温的实验条件,其阀针开关灵活,阀体密封锥面无旋转摩擦,阀针杆与螺杆分别为独立体,降低了加工难度,且阀针杆磨损后更换方便,节省材料。
为达到以上技术目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种超高压高温针型阀,主要由阀体、阀针杆、滚珠、螺杆、手柄、流体进入通道、流体流出通道以及密封圈组成,手柄与螺杆相连,所述螺杆下端外表面与螺母的内螺纹连接,螺母的外螺纹与阀体螺纹连接,螺杆下端加工为一工字型凹槽,阀体中有一垂直孔,所述垂直孔中有带卡导型的阀针杆,所述阀针杆卡入螺杆工字型凹槽内,两者之间嵌入一滚珠,所述垂直孔与阀针杆之间有密封圈,密封圈上部有梯形垫。阀针尖与阀体金属密封,所述阀体有流体进入通道和流体流出通道。
手柄与螺杆相连接用于开启和截断流体的通道,螺杆下端加工为一工字型凹槽,带卡导型的阀针杆卡入螺杆工字型槽内,两者之间嵌入一颗滚珠,螺杆与阀针杆端面都与滚珠点接触。阀针杆与垂直孔之间有密封圈,密封圈上部有梯形垫,用于固定密封圈在垂直孔中的位置。
左右旋转手柄实现开启和关闭流体通道的目的。
本发明的工作过程是这样实现的:阀体的左右端面有流体的进出口通道,实验流体通过阀体的进入通道进入阀体,当逆时针旋转手柄开关时,螺杆与滚珠为点接触减少了摩擦阻力,此时阀针杆直线向上运动,阀针尖与阀体无摩擦分开,阀体的流出通道打开,流体流出。当顺时针旋转手柄开关时,施加的推动力经滚珠作用在阀针杆上,阀针杆向下运动与阀体接触,阀关闭,反复进行此过程,实现针型阀开启和截断流体通道的能力。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)承压能力高,本发明超高压高温针型阀能够承受的最高工作压力大于200MPa,极大超过了现有针型阀能够承受的最大工作压力70MPa,能够满足超高压实验条件的要求;
(2)采用阀针杆组合件密封,使阀针在工作时密封系统的密封性能更加可靠,无需预紧;
(3)易操作,螺杆和阀针杆都与滚珠点接触,减少了摩擦阻力,且阀针尖与阀体密封角无摩擦,保证了阀体的耐用性,实现了开关轻松、稳定性好、灵敏度高的目的;
(4)阀针杆更换方便简单、成本低,当阀针杆损坏时,只需从螺杆工字槽中抽出阀针杆即可。

1.一种超高压高温针型阀,主要由阀体、阀针杆、滚珠、螺杆、手柄、流体进入通道、流体流出通道、密封圈组成,其特征在于,所述手柄(7)与螺杆(4)相连,所述螺杆下端外表面(13)与螺母(9)的内螺纹连接,所述螺母(9)的外螺纹与阀体螺纹(14)连接,螺杆下端加工为一工字型凹槽(10),阀体(1)中有一垂直孔(11),所述垂直孔中有带卡导型的阀针杆(2),所述阀针杆(2)卡入螺杆工字型凹槽(10)内,两者之间嵌入一滚珠(3),阀针杆与垂直孔之间有密封圈(8),阀针尖(14)与阀体(1)金属硬密封,所述阀体(1)有流体进入通道(5)和流体流出通道(6)。
