本发明涉及一种煤浆控制用新型调节阀。包括主轴(1)、阀体(3)和阀芯(2),其特点是:所述阀芯(2)的上端与主轴(1)连接而其下端与副轴连接,该副轴安装在所述阀体(3)上,在该阀芯(2)上开有V型窗口,并且该V型窗口的顶端为球形表面。经过试用证明,采用本发明的调节阀后,解决了煤化工工况下煤粉对阀腔及阀芯的冲刷问题,有效延长了调节阀的使用寿命,同时也解决了煤化工用调节阀阀国产化的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种煤浆控制用新型调节阀。
背景技术
在煤化工用阀领域,煤化工选用调节阀,多采用直通式调节阀和偏心旋转调节阀,由于直通式调节阀S型的流道设计,煤粉对阀腔的冲刷是非常严重的,这也是目前的束手的问题。偏芯旋转调节阀在小开度范围内,由于间隙流而无法克服煤粉对阀芯的冲刷,也无法克服。随着煤化工工况对调节阀的要求越来越高,现有的结构无法满足煤化工恶劣工况的需求,
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种煤浆控制用新型调节阀,能够在具备流量调节功能的同时具有较强的抗冲刷能力。
一种煤浆控制用新型调节阀,包括主轴、阀体和阀芯,其特别之处在于:所述阀芯的上端与主轴连接而其下端与副轴连接,该副轴安装在所述阀体上,在该阀芯上开有V型窗口,并且该V型窗口的顶端为球形表面。
其中在阀芯旁的阀体出口处的内表面上设有耐磨合金衬套,耐磨合金衬套材质为YG11合金,合金厚度范围在5-10mm。
其中耐磨合金衬套为圆管状,并且该耐磨合金衬套靠近阀芯的一端内壁上设有斜面。
其中阀芯采用HG11合金。
经过试用证明,采用本发明的调节阀后,解决了煤化工工况下煤粉对阀腔及阀芯的冲刷问题,有效延长了调节阀的使用寿命,同时也解决了煤化工用调节阀阀国产化的需求。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4、5所示,本发明是一种煤浆控制用新型调节阀,包括主轴1、阀体3、阀座和阀芯2,所述阀芯2的上端与主轴1连接而其下端与副轴连接,该副轴安装在所述阀体3上,在该阀芯2上开有V型窗口,并且该V型窗口的顶端为球形表面。
其中在阀芯2旁的阀体3出口处的内表面上设有耐磨合金衬套,耐磨合金衬套为YG11合金,合金厚度范围在5-10mm。该耐磨合金衬套为圆管状,并且该耐磨合金衬套靠近阀芯2的一端内壁上设有斜面。另外阀芯2采用HG11合金。
本发明的工作原理和使用方法是:当主轴1受到驱动器驱动时带动球芯(阀芯2)转动,球芯在打开过程中,V型窗口与阀座之间形成不同面积的流道,从而实现流量的调节与抗冲刷功能,对球芯的阀座具有自清洁功能,当球芯窗口转过90°时,便与阀座形成密封效果。

1.一种煤浆控制用新型调节阀,包括主轴(1)、阀体(3)和阀芯(2),其特征在于:所述阀芯(2)的上端与主轴(1)连接而其下端与副轴连接,该副轴安装在所述阀体(3)上,在该阀芯(2)上开有V型窗口,并且该V型窗口的顶端为球形表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的煤浆控制用新型调节阀,其特征在于:其中在阀芯(2)旁的阀体(3)出口处的内表面上设有耐磨合金衬套,耐磨合金衬套材质为YG11合金,合金厚度范围在5-10mm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的煤浆控制用新型调节阀,其特征在于:其中耐磨合金衬套为圆管状,并且该耐磨合金衬套靠近阀芯(2)的一端内壁上设有斜面。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的煤浆控制用新型调节阀,其特征在于:其中阀芯(2)采用HG11合金。
