技术领域
本发明涉及一种UV光固化设备。
背景技术
目前较先进烘干设备是采用UV干燥机，UV干燥机是一种工件进行UV感光性涂料、油墨、接着剂、涂装喷漆后，在瞬间内硬化干燥的设备。现今的UV干燥机一般都采用风机和电热管等作为干燥器件，电热管采用悬挂式，通过待加工物在其下部移动达到实现干燥的目的，上述干燥机只能干燥工件的某一平面，不能进行多表面和多角度的干燥，因此干燥不够均匀，有一定局限性，导致干燥效果不佳。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种操作简单，结构合理，且能够进行多角度多表面光固的UV光固化设备。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种UV光固化设备，包括光固装置、运输装置和底座，所述光固装置、运输装置和底座从上到下依次连接，所述光固装置顶部设有一个以上的鼓风机，所述各个鼓风机下方搭配有一个UV光固灯，所述UV光固灯为吊挂式设置，所述UV光固灯上搭配有一个相应的升降装置，所述运输装置包括有运输带，所述运输带中部为曲状凹陷设置，所述底座下方设有支脚。
作为优选，所述鼓风机设有四个。
作为优选，所述升降装置为拉绳式滚轴。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明所述的UV光固化设备,由于设置有鼓风机，能够与下方的UV光固灯进行配合，避免内部温度过高，同时吊挂式设置的UV光固灯与升降装置相配合，达到随意升降，根据不同情况进行不同程度光固的效果，由于设置有运输带、且所述运输带中部为曲状凹陷设置，能够在被UV光固灯照射处产生曲面，从而达到多角度，多表面均匀干燥的效果。

下面结合附图来说明本发明。
参阅图1所示，一种UV光固化设备，包括光固装置1、运输装置2和底座3，所述光固装置1、运输装置2和底座3从上到下依次连接，所述光固装置1顶部设有一个以上的鼓风机4，鼓风机4附近搭配有相应的透气孔（未图示），所述各个鼓风机4下方搭配有一个UV光固灯5，UV光固灯5与鼓风机4位置较近，且一般UV光固设备的主要热源在于UV光固灯5，而在UV光固灯5上方设置的鼓风机4可以达到在热源处进行散热的效果，散热性能较佳，所述UV光固灯5为吊挂式设置，所述UV光固灯5上搭配有一个相应的升降装置6，升降装置6上设有相应的操控机构，可根据情况调节不同UV光固灯5的水平位置，所述运输装置2包括有运输带7，所述运输带7中部为曲状凹陷设置，凹陷设置使物料在进入光固区域时，多面面对UV光固灯5，依次达到多面多角度照射的效果，所述底座3下方设有支脚8。
所述鼓风机4设有四个，也可根据情况随意设置。
所述升降装置6为拉绳式滚轴，可与UV光固灯5配合，进行升降。
本发明的有益效果是：由于设置有鼓风机，能够与下方的UV光固灯进行配合，避免内部温度过高，同时吊挂式设置的UV光固灯与升降装置相配合，达到随意升降，根据不同情况进行不同程度光固的效果，由于设置有运输带、且所述运输带中部为曲状凹陷设置，能够在被UV光固灯照射处产生曲面，从而达到多角度，多表面均匀干燥的效果。

1.一种UV光固化设备，其特征在于：包括光固装置、运输装置和底座，所述光固装置、运输装置和底座从上到下依次连接，所述光固装置顶部设有一个以上的鼓风机，所述各个鼓风机下方搭配有一个UV光固灯，所述UV光固灯为吊挂式设置，所述UV光固灯上搭配有一个相应的升降装置，所述升降装置为拉绳式滚轴，其相对于UV光固灯水平设置，用于水平调节UV光固灯与鼓风机之间位置；所述运输装置包括有运输带，所述运输带中部为曲状凹陷设置，所述底座下方设有支脚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UV光固化设备，其特征在于：所述鼓风机设有四个。
