本实用新型涉及一种设有伸缩装置的菜籽烘干机。
背景技术
目前，生产食用油的加工厂在制备的过程中都会对物料进行烘干，使用菜籽压榨方式生产食用油之前都会对菜籽进行烘干以保证食用油的质量。但是就目前的设有伸缩装置的菜籽烘干机而言，烘干效果不好，作业效率低下，而且烘干机在作业时周围温度过高，给工人带来不适。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型解决的问题为：提高一种设有伸缩装置的菜籽烘干机。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采取的技术方案如下：
一种设有伸缩装置的菜籽烘干机，包括烘干炉、转动盘、加热棒、伸缩装置；所述的加热棒设置多个，加热棒固定在转动盘上；所述的加热棒设置在烘干炉内部；所述的加热棒的外侧四周设有多个环形凹槽和环形突起；所述的环形凹槽和环形突起相间分布；所述的伸缩装置设于烘干炉底部。
进一步，所述的烘干炉底部设有两个伸缩装置。
进一步，所述的伸缩装置为伸缩铰链。
进一步，所述的加热棒设有2～4个。
进一步，所述的加热棒呈圆柱形结构。
本实用新型的有益效果
1.本实用新型在烘干炉底部设置伸缩装置，伸缩装置可以将烘干炉举高，远离底面附近，使地面附近的温度不至于太高，避免给工人带来不适。通过转动盘带动加热棒旋转，加速内部的烘干效果，在加热棒的外侧四周设有多个环形凹槽和环形突起，环形凹槽和环形突起相间分布，增加了菜籽和加热棒的接触面积，增加了烘干效果和速率。
2.本实用新型在烘干炉的底部设有两个伸缩装置，可以使两个伸缩装置的举起高度不同，使烘干炉的出料口的部位倾斜下方，便于出料。

如图1和2所示，一种设有伸缩装置的菜籽烘干机，包括烘干炉1、转动盘2、加热棒3和伸缩装置4。所述的加热棒3设置多个，加热棒3固定在转动盘2上。所述的加热棒3设置在烘干炉1内部。所述的加热棒3的外侧四周设有多个环形凹槽32和环形突起31。所述的环形凹槽32和环形突起31相间分布。所述的伸缩装置4设于烘干炉1底部。进一步优选，所述的烘干炉1底部设有两个伸缩装置4。进一步优选，所述的伸缩装置4为伸缩铰链。进一步优选，所述的加热棒3设有2～4个，本实用新型优选三个加热棒3。进一步优选，所述的加热棒3呈圆柱形结构。本实用新型在烘干炉1底部设置伸缩装置4，伸缩装置4可以将烘干炉1举高，远离底面附近，使地面附近的温度不至于太高，避免给工人带来不适。本实用新型通过转动盘2带动加热棒3旋转，加速内部的烘干效果，在加热棒3的外侧四周设有多个环形凹槽32和环形突起31，环形凹槽32和环形突起31相间分布，增加了菜籽和加热棒3的接触面积，增加了烘干效果和速率。
