Abstract
本发明涉及静电潜像领域,公开了一种导电发泡管及其制备方法,所述发泡管由A段料和B段料制成,所述A段料和B段料的重量份百分比为:100:5~7;所述A段料为混有导电炭黑的乙丙橡胶,所述导电炭黑和乙丙橡胶的重量份百分比为:30~40:100,所述B段料为混有硫化剂的发泡剂,所述硫化剂和发泡剂的重量份百分比为:11~20:100。本发明提供的导电发泡管可以和塑料膜套配使用,并可以完全的取代现有的打印机充电辊,要求电阻非常严格,并且弹性和发泡孔径非常合适。其尺寸的掌握比较到位,可以达到充电辊的要求。且其无污染、效率高、价格低,并且可以回收再利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及静电潜像技术领域,特别是涉及一种适用于打印机、复印机、传真机领域的导电发泡管及其制备方法。
背景技术
充电辊广泛用于打印机、复印机、传真机领域,打印机、复印机、传真机是通过充电辊对感光鼓充电、曝光形成静电潜像,然后通过显影辊传送碳粉到感光鼓上的静电潜像部分,该碳粉潜像传送到纸上加热定型形成最终打印文字图像。现有的充电辊一般其包括金属轴心和套附于金属轴心外部的发泡管。国内目前所做的挤出发泡管都是一些低端的、价格比较低廉且没有导电性能的橡胶管,主要功能是做保温材料,不能用于打印机充电辊的导电。
目前一般的海绵都是不能导电,对电阻值没有要求,仅是简单的保温海绵或者是密封条。其制造工艺和材料较简单,并且有些材料弹性较差,在使用过程中容易产生喷霜现象而引起污染,且没有电阻值,不能用于导电。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种导电发泡管及其制备方法,以适用于打印机、复印机、传真机设备使用。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种导电发泡管,所述发泡管由A段料和B段料制成,所述A段料和B段料的重量份百分比为:100:5~7;所述A段料为混有导电炭黑的乙丙橡胶,所述导电炭黑和乙丙橡胶的重量份百分比为:30~40:100,所述B段料为混有硫化剂的发泡剂,所述硫化剂和发泡剂的重量份百分比为:11~20:100。
进一步地,所述A段料包括下述重量份的组分:
乙丙橡胶:20份;
导电炭黑:6~8份;
石蜡油:8~10份;
活性剂:2~3份;
填充剂:7~10份。
进一步地,所述A段料包括下述重量份的组分:
乙丙橡胶:20份;
导电炭黑:7.2份;
石蜡油:9份;
活性剂:2.48份;
填充剂:8份。
进一步地,所述A段料还包括炭黑N774:4~6份。
进一步地,所述B段料包括下述重量份的组分:
发泡剂:1.7~2.9份;
促进剂:0.31~0.77份;
硫化剂:0.32~0.34份。
进一步地,所述B段料包括下述重量份的组分:
发泡剂:2.1份;
促进剂:0.68份;
硫化剂:0.33份。
进一步地,所述活性剂为氧化锌、聚乙二醇和硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述促进剂为促进剂M、促进剂BZ和促进剂TT中的一种或几种。
本发明还提供一种上述导电发泡管的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、配料:将所述A段料和B段料所需组分及其含量称量并分别盛放;
S2、密炼:将A段料放入密炼机内进行炼胶,炼至150~170度,时间为15~20分钟;
S3、开炼:将A段料混炼胶在开炼机上压平后,加入B段料与A段料混炼胶混合;
S4、挤出成型:挤出机设有多段温控,设定温度为55~75℃;
S5、硫化成型:在硫化箱内进行多段硫化,硫化温度为190~210℃,使得挤出胶管发泡并成型;
S6、裁切和检验:按所需的尺寸裁切发泡管,并对发泡管进行性能检测。
进一步地,步骤S4中,所述挤出机设有五段温控,分别为:60℃、70℃、70℃、60℃和60℃温控。
进一步地,步骤S5中,在硫化箱内设置3段硫化,其硫化温度依次为:200℃、195℃和195℃。
(三)有益效果
上述技术方案所提供的一种导电发泡管及其制备方法,可以和塑料膜套配使用,并可以完全的取代现有的打印机充电辊,要求电阻非常严格,并且弹性和发泡孔径非常合适。其尺寸的掌握比较到位,可以达到充电辊的要求。且其无污染、效率高、价格低,并且可以回收再利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的一种导电发泡管,由A段料和B段料制成,A段料和B段料的重量份百分比为:100:5~7,该A段料和B段料的重量份百分比优选为为:100:6;A段料为混有导电炭黑的乙丙橡胶,导电炭黑和乙丙橡胶的重量份百分比为:30~40:100;B段料为混有硫化剂的发泡剂,硫化剂和发泡剂的重量份百分比为:11~20:100。

表一中,活性剂为氧化锌、聚乙二醇和硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种,优选地,本发明的活性剂由氧化锌(1.6份)、聚乙二醇(0.44份)和硬脂酸锌(0.44份)组成。加入炭黑N774是为了增加发泡管的整体强度,加入氧化锌是为了促进硫化工艺,加入聚乙二醇是为了增加发泡管的光滑度,加入硬脂酸锌是为了在挤出成型时便于挤出。加入石蜡油是为了在进行炼胶时降低胶的粘度,容易进行混炼,以提高生产效率。填充剂为了填充作用,并降低成本。填充剂可为滑石粉或活钙,本发明实施例中,优选为活钙。
表二、B段料的配料表各组分含量(重量份)
其中,上述表二中的促进剂为促进剂M、促进剂BZ和促进剂TT中的一种或几种。为了有效防止喷霜现象,优选地,该促进剂由促进剂M(0.3份)、促进剂BZ(0.25份)和促进剂TT(0.13份)组成。发泡剂可为AC—4000。
本发明的导电发泡管的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、配料:将所述A段料和B段料所需组分及其含量称量并分别盛放;
S2、密炼:将A段料放入密炼机内进行炼胶,炼至150~170度,时间为15~20分钟;
S3、开炼:将A段料混炼胶在开炼机上压平后,加入B段料与A段料混炼胶混合;
S4、挤出成型:挤出机设有多段温控,设定温度为55~75℃;
S5、硫化成型:在硫化箱内进行多段硫化,硫化温度为190~210℃,使得挤出胶管发泡并成型;
S6、裁切和检验:按所需的尺寸裁切发泡管,并对发泡管进行性能检测。
步骤S4中,挤出机设有五段温控,分别为:60℃、70℃、70℃、60℃和60℃温控。
步骤S5中,在硫化箱内设置3段硫化,其硫化温度依次为:200℃、195℃和195℃。
在挤出机中进行挤出成型时,设置三段挤出线速度,按挤出的先后顺序依次为:14米/分钟,15米/分钟,16米/分钟。在挤出成型过程中,可通过调节挤出机前端的牵引速度来小范围的控制产品尺寸,尺寸小可以放慢牵引速度,反之,加快牵引速度。
步骤S6的检验中,采用激光检测设备来检测发泡管的尺寸,采用滚动电阻仪来检测发泡管的导电率,采用多功能测试仪来检测产品的拉伸和老化性能。
本发明的导电发泡管及其制备方法,可以和塑料膜套配使用,并可以完全的取代现有的打印机充电辊,要求电阻非常严格,并且弹性和发泡孔径非常合适。其尺寸的掌握比较到位,可以达到充电辊的要求。且其无污染、效率高、价格低,并且可以回收再利用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (11)
1.一种导电发泡管,其特征在于,所述发泡管由A段料和B段料制成,所述A段料和B段料的重量份百分比为:100:5~7;
所述A段料为混有导电炭黑的乙丙橡胶,所述导电炭黑和乙丙橡胶的重量份百分比为:30~40:100;
所述B段料为混有硫化剂的发泡剂,所述硫化剂和发泡剂的重量份百分比为:11~20:100。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电发泡管,其特征在于,所述A段料包括下述重量份的组分:
乙丙橡胶:20份;
导电炭黑:6~8份;
石蜡油:8~10份;
活性剂:2~3份;
填充剂:7~10份。
3.如权利要求2所述的导电发泡管,其特征在于,所述A段料包括下述重量份的组分:
乙丙橡胶:20份;
导电炭黑:7.2份;
石蜡油:9份;
活性剂:2.48份;
填充剂:8份。
4.如权利要求2所述的导电发泡管,其特征在于,所述A段料还包括炭黑N774:4~6份。
5.如权利要求1所述的导电发泡管,其特征在于,所述B段料包括下述重量份的组分:
发泡剂:1.5~2.9份;
促进剂:0.43~0.77份;
硫化剂:0.31~0.68份。
6.如权利要求5所述的导电性发泡管,其特征在于,所述B段料包括下述重量份的组分:
发泡剂:2.1份;
促进剂:0.68份;
硫化剂:0.33份。
7.如权利要求2或3所述的导电发泡管,其特征在于,所述活性剂为氧化锌、聚乙二醇和硬脂酸锌中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求4或5所述的导电发泡管,其特征在于,所述促进剂为促进剂M、促进剂BZ和促进剂TT中的一种或几种。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述导电发泡管的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、配料:将所述A段料和B段料所需组分及其含量称量并分别盛放;
S2、密炼:将A段料放入密炼机内进行炼胶,炼至150~170度,时间为15~20分钟;
S3、开炼:将A段料混炼胶在开炼机上压平后,加入B段料与A段料混炼胶混合;
S4、挤出成型:挤出机设有多段温控,设定温度为55~75℃;
S5、硫化成型:在硫化箱内进行多段硫化,硫化温度为190~210℃,使得挤出胶管发泡并成型;
S6、裁切和检验:按所需的尺寸裁切发泡管,并对发泡管进行性能检测。
10.如权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中,所述挤出机设有五段温控,分别为:60℃、70℃、70℃、60℃和60℃温控。
11.如权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中,在硫化箱内设置3段硫化,其硫化温度依次为:200℃、195℃和195℃。
