本发明提供的一种高油酸红花油的软胶囊,将红花籽粉碎、过筛40目制备:向粉碎的红花籽中加入150U/g纤维素酶,其酶底比为2%,再置于载有蒸馏水的容器中,其料液比为1:6,在48-53℃下,酶解2.8-3.2h后,将混合酶解物置于超临界CO2萃取装置中,加热至35℃萃取,萃取压力30MPa,萃取剂流量与试料比为16LCO2/h,萃取时间120min,分离得红花籽油;红花油软胶囊制备:取红花籽油100ml,用VE1-2g与VC1-2g调配,采用全自动胶囊灌装机制得高油酸红花油软胶囊。按500mg/粒×200粒/瓶包装,口服早晚各一次,一次500mg。

技术领域
本发明涉及软胶囊的制备,选用的水酶法结合超临界CO2萃取技术制备软胶囊,不仅提油率高,营养价值也极高。
背景技术
新疆红花,具有很高的经济价值和药用价值。红花籽,即红花种子,中药称“白平子”。红花籽中的亚油酸含量高达81%以上,维生素E含量每100克约为1000毫克,黄铜含量每100克约为628毫克,氨基酸的含量高达11.01%,其中赖氨酸的含量为大枣的19倍,为菠菜的5倍。微量元素的含量也极为丰富,其中钾的含量为苹果的16倍,为大白菜的9倍。红花籽中的不和饱酸和脂肪酸是高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化、冠心病的克星。研究结果显示,长期食用红花籽油,具有降血压、降脂、软化血管的作用,可以稳定血压,增强体质,促进微循环,间接恢复神经功能,降低胆固醇,可预防心血管的发病率,特别对高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化、老年肥胖症等防治极有利。
本发明的高油酸红花油软胶囊,在传统提油的基础上采用水酶法与超临界CO2萃取技术相结合的方式,精心制造,使得红花籽油的出油率和亚油酸含量最大限度地提高,同时提高了产品的质量与保健功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:制得的高油酸红花油软胶囊,有效预防高血脂、高胆固醇引发的高血压,动脉硬化等疾病,深受消费者的青睐。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种高油酸红花油的软胶囊,分步骤实施;
原料:将红花籽粉碎、过筛40目,备用;
制备:向粉碎的红花籽中加入150U/g纤维素酶,其酶底比为2%,再置于载有蒸馏水的容器中,其料液比为1:6,在48-53℃下,酶解2.8-3.2h后,将混合酶解物置于超临界CO2萃取装置中,加热至35℃萃取,萃取压力30MPa,萃取剂流量与试料比为16LCO2/h,萃取时间120min,分离得红花籽油;
制备红花油软胶囊:取红花籽油100ml,用VE1-2g与VC1-2g调配,采用全自动胶囊灌装机制得高油酸红花油软胶囊。
本发明的营养作用:提供的高油酸红花油软胶囊为多种活性物质的有机结合,测定出高油酸红花油软胶囊中含有油酸83.1%,黄酮II,黄酮III(以芦丁计)≥0.5(mg/100ml),富含17种氨基酸,此外还含有一定量的B族维生素及其他的多种营养成份,适宜血脂较高人群,具有软化血管,抗疲劳等功效,彰显技术进步。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对发明作进一步说明。
实施例
采用的高油酸红花油软胶囊工艺流程:红花籽→粉碎→过筛→酶解→超临界CO2萃取(加压泵、CO2、补充CO)→分离→红花籽油→胶囊配方→无菌灌装→检验→成品。
1)原料预处理:将红花籽粉碎、过40目筛待用。
2)酶解:向粉碎的红花籽中加入150U/g纤维素酶,其酶底比为2%,再置于载有蒸馏水的容器中,其料液比为1:6,在温度为50℃的条件下,酶解,3h。
3)超临界CO2萃取:将红花籽酶解混合物装入萃取器中,开动循环冷却器、预热器、及加热器使系统达到制定的工作状态;开启CO2钢瓶,CO2由加压泵抽出,经预热器加热到35℃后,进入萃取器,萃取压力为30MPa,萃取剂流量与试料比为16LCO2/h,萃取时间为120min,分离出的物质积累在分离器中。
4)制备胶囊:获得红花籽油后,用VE1.5g/100ml、VC1.5g/100ml调配,采用全自动胶囊灌装机制备成高亚油酸红花油软胶囊。
5)包装:按500mg/粒×200粒/瓶对高亚油酸红花油软胶囊进行包装即为成品。口服:早晚各一次,一次500mg。
产品通过了自治区技术监督局、自治区卫生厅、自治区药检所、昌吉州质量监督检验中心的全项检测,全部指标均符合企业标准Q/XZZ--2010《高油酸红花油软胶囊》的规定。
其中产品指标:
感官指标:黄色透明软胶囊
理化指标:油酸83.1g/100g、总黄酮≥0.67mg/100ml、VE=1.48g/100ml、酸价﹤0.3mgKOH/g、过氧化值﹤10meq/kg、羰基价﹤10meq/kg、VC=1.5g/100ml、黄曲霉毒素B1﹤10μg/kg。
微生物指标:菌落总数<1(cfu/ml);大肠菌群<3(MPN/100ml);致病菌未检出。(以上各指标均符合国家标准)
所述的制备方法,选用的纤维素酶为南宁宠博生物工程有限公司生产;HL-5+1L/50-ⅢBO超临界CO2流体萃取装置采购于杭州华黎泵业制造有限公司;全自动胶囊灌装机采购于山东青州迈德森制药机械厂。

1.一种高油酸红花油的软胶囊,其特征在于:分步骤实施;
原料:将红花籽粉碎、过筛40目,备用;
制备:向粉碎的红花籽中加入150U/g纤维素酶,其酶底比为2%,再置于载有蒸馏水的容器中,其料液比为1:6,在48-53℃下,酶解2.8-3.2h后,将混合酶解物置于超临界CO2萃取装置中,加热至35℃萃取,萃取压力30MPa,萃取剂流量与试料比为16LCO2/h,萃取时间120min,分离得红花籽油;
红花油软胶囊制备:取红花籽油100ml,用VE 1-2g与VC 1-2g调配,采用全自动胶囊灌装机制得高油酸红花油软胶囊。
2.依据权利要求1所述软胶囊,其特征在于:按500mg/粒×200粒/瓶包装,口服早晚各一次,一次500mg。
