本发明公开了一种艾草饮品的制备方法,采用本方法可显著提高艾草的药用价值,使艾草具有的药理性能效果广泛地适用于人们的身体健康,本发明通过下述制备工艺予以实现:将采选的鲜嫩艾草清洗干净,晾干积水,捣烂取汁,按1比50的比例,充加70~80℃的热水进行过滤,再按1比0.03配比冰糖,加热溶化后精滤,装至制备容器中加温煎至成葛绿色状,冷却脱气灭菌后,即可得艾草饮品。

艾草饮品的制备方法
技术领域
本发明是关于非处方保健饮品的制备方法,更具体地说,本发明是从艾草里提取其药用成份制备成艾草饮品的方法。
背景技术
艾草饮品,在目前非处方保健饮品市场的位置上还是一项空缺,人们对艾草的药用价值认识,仅限于处方中草药的应用,并没有利用其药用价值制成其它非处方保健饮品,来适用于人们对艾草应用的须求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了填补目前市场空缺,更好地利用艾草的药用价值,提供一种艾草饮品的制备方法,它以艾草为主原料,经提取艾草汁,配以辅料冰糖,加工制备而成。采用本方法可显著提高艾草的药用价值,使艾草具有的药理性能效果更加广泛地适用于人们的身体健康。
本发明通过下述制备工艺予以实现:
将采选的鲜嫩艾草清洗干净,晾干积水,捣烂取汁,按1比50的比例,充加70~80℃的热水进行过滤,再按1比0.03配比冰糖加热溶化后精滤,装至制备容器中加温煎至成葛绿色状,冷却灭菌后即可得艾草饮品。
具体实施方式
下面结合艾草的药理性能效果及其实施例对本发明再作进一步的详细描述:
艾草,在霜降之前生长旺盛,田间地头道旁都能采到,且也能人工种植,但其的药性状况良好期为清明前最佳,《本草纲目》对艾草的药理定性为:味苦、性暖、有止血止痛止泻功效,能使人耳聪目明、轻身、肌肤润泽、精力旺盛、不易衰老、助肾强腰膝,特别对女性不孕不育和妇科疾病有防预治疗作用。本发明再辅以能主治心腹热胀、口干渴、润肌肤、养颜的冰糖制成饮品,更加提高了艾草的药理性能效果,对人们的肌肤保健和女性的不孕不育及妇科疾病的防预治疗有一定的促进作用。
实施例1
采鲜嫩艾草500克,清洗干净,用纱布包扎好,仔母鸡一只1千克以上,剥宰干净,将包扎好的艾草放于鸡的胸腔内,放入一瓷制的砂煲加水1000毫升,以文火熬煎至200毫升汤为宜,食时加盐调味。
实施例2
采鲜嫩艾草300克,清洗干净后用手揉搓至溢汁状,放至瓷制的砂煲加300毫升水,鸡蛋2个,煲煎15分钟,汤渣鸡蛋一起服用,食时以盐油调味。
实施例3
采鲜嫩艾草1000克,清洗干净,石灰粉10克加3000毫升80℃以上的热水溶化,将艾草放入浸泡60分钟后取出滤水,放至一石制碗中加1000克糯米粉锺捣成糊状,分小个包以糖馅蒸熟吃。
实施例4
将采选的艾草烘干或晾晒干,研成粉末,入瓶封存。

采艾草2000克,加生姜200克,煲水洗澡。

综上所述,本发明是根据艾草的药性和实施例功效及采用时间,提供出一种可将艾草制备成饮品的方法,采用本方法可显著提高艾草的药用价值,使艾草具有的药理性能效果更加广泛地适用于人们的身体健康,并且通过本发明的制备方法能更充分地利用天然野生植物资源造福于社会。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,也可以艾草为主原料配其它辅助原料,采用不同加工工艺,制成颗粒状冲剂或其它饮料,达到更加广泛的适用价值。

1.一种艾草饮品的制备方法,它由艾草、冰糖、水煎工艺组成,其特征是:采选鲜嫩艾草清洗干净,晾干积水,捣烂取汁,按1比50的比例,充加70~80℃的热水进行过滤,再按1比0.03配比冰糖,加热溶化后精滤,装至制备容器中加温煎至成葛绿色状,冷却脱气灭菌灌装入瓶。
