本发明公开了一种电机与齿轮箱连接处的密封结构,包括电机、联轴器和齿轮箱,所述电机的输出轴通过联轴器与齿轮箱的输入轴相连接,所述电机的与齿轮箱相对的端面具有密封槽,密封槽内装有密封圈,所述齿轮箱的箱体上设有密封管,密封管套置在联轴器、齿轮箱的输入轴外伸端及电机的输出轴外伸端的外围,密封管的前伸端端面与密封圈相抵。本发明结构简单,能够解决齿轮箱与电机连接处由于高速旋转导致动密封失效而发生的漏油问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封结构,尤其是电机与齿轮箱连接处的密封结构。
背景技术
电机提供高速低扭矩,经过齿轮箱的减速增扭,达到需要的一个大扭矩,在工程应用领域非常常见,电机输出轴和齿轮箱输入轴之间的连接通常借助联轴节来实现,齿轮箱输入端一般需要采用迷宫、骨架油封、浮动密封等方法来达到密封效果。然而,电机与齿轮箱连接处,由于电机输出轴的输入转速高,跳动大,常常会导致齿轮箱输入端的动密封失效,发生漏油现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,能够解决电机与齿轮箱连接处的漏油问题的密封结构。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种密封结构,包括电机、联轴器和齿轮箱,所述电机的输出轴通过联轴器与齿轮箱的输入轴相连接,所述电机的与齿轮箱相对的端面具有密封槽,密封槽内装有密封圈,所述齿轮箱的箱体上设有密封管,密封管套置在联轴器、齿轮箱的输入轴外伸端及电机的输出轴外伸端的外围,密封管的前伸端端面与密封圈相抵。
所述密封管的后端密封固定连接在齿轮箱的箱体上。
所述密封管的后端与齿轮箱的箱体制成一体。
所述密封圈是橡胶O型密封圈。
所述密封管的内壁下部自前伸端到后端渐渐向下倾斜一定的斜度且内壁形成锥壁状。
采用上述结构后,本发明将齿轮箱箱体与齿轮箱输入轴之间的动密封转化为电机与齿轮箱之间的静密封,静密封由于只需堵塞泄露缝隙,即可达到密封效果,很容易实现密封。因此,解决了现有技术中齿轮箱与电机连接处由于电机轴高速旋转导致动密封失效而发生的漏油问题,而且结构简单,维护成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的一种密封结构, 包括电机1、联轴器5和齿轮箱4,所述电机1的输出轴1-1通过联轴器5与齿轮箱4的输入轴4-1相连接,所述电机1的与齿轮箱4相对的端面具有密封槽2,密封槽2内装有密封圈6,所述齿轮箱4的箱体上设有密封管3,密封管3套置在联轴器5、齿轮箱4的输入轴4-1外伸端及电机1的输出轴1-1外伸端的外围,密封管3的前伸端端面与密封圈6相抵,密封管3的后端与齿轮箱4的箱体密封固定连接。
如图1所示,所述密封管3的后端密封固定连接在齿轮箱4的箱体上。当然,所述密封管3的后端与齿轮箱4的箱体也可以制成一体。
如图1所示,所述密封圈6是橡胶O型密封圈。
如图1所示,所述密封管3的内壁下部自前伸端到后端渐渐向下倾斜一定的斜度且内壁形成锥壁状。以方便回油。
使用时, 由于密封圈6受到电机1端面与密封管3的端面挤压发生弹性变形,密封管3和密封圈6使齿轮箱4与电机1形成闭合空间,齿轮箱4内的润滑油能在闭合空间内润滑各个润滑点,齿轮箱内飞溅或流动到电机端面的润滑油由于电机端面的密封,而只能回流到齿轮箱内部,解决了齿轮箱与电机连接处的漏油问题。

1.一种密封结构,包括电机(1)、联轴器(5)和齿轮箱(4),所述电机(1)的输出轴(1-1)通过联轴器(5)与齿轮箱(4)的输入轴(4-1)相连接,其特征在于:所述电机(1)的与齿轮箱(4)相对的端面具有密封槽(2),密封槽(2)内装有密封圈(6),所述齿轮箱(4)的箱体上设有密封管(3),密封管(3)套置在联轴器(5)、齿轮箱(4)的输入轴(4-1)外伸端及电机(1)的输出轴(1-1)外伸端的外围,密封管(3)的前伸端端面与密封圈(6)相抵,所述密封管(3)的内壁下部自前伸端到后端渐渐向下倾斜一定的斜度且内壁形成锥壁状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于:所述密封管(3)的后端密封固定连接在齿轮箱(4)的箱体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于:所述密封管(3)的后端与齿轮箱(4)的箱体制成一体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的密封结构,其特征在于:所述密封圈(6)是橡胶O型密封圈。
