本发明涉及一种汽车座垫。
背景技术
现有的汽车座垫,不具有吸附、净化功能,环保性能不理想,需要进一步加以改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,使用效果好的环保型汽车座垫。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种环保型汽车座垫,包括垫体,其特征是:垫体中设置活性炭纤维毡夹层;且活性炭纤维毡夹层与填充料呈交替间隔设置的形式,活性炭纤维毡夹层的总厚度为填充料总厚度的1/30;活性炭纤维本体的比表面积为1800~2100cm2/g,吸附孔的总容积为1.3~1.6cm2/g,中孔的容积为0.5~0.9cm2/g。
活性炭纤维本体的比表面积为1900cm2/g,吸附孔的总容积为1.5cm2/g,中孔的容积为0.7cm2/g。
活性炭纤维本体的比表面积为2100cm2/g,吸附孔的总容积为1.6cm2/g,中孔的容积为0.6cm2/g。
本发明结构合理,能起到吸附、净化作用,环保效果好。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
一种环保型汽车座垫,包括垫体,垫体中设置活性炭纤维毡夹层;且活性炭纤维毡夹层与填充料呈交替间隔设置的形式,活性炭纤维毡夹层的总厚度为填充料总厚度的1/30;活性炭纤维本体的比表面积为1800~2100cm2/g,吸附孔的总容积为1.3~1.6cm2/g,中孔的容积为0.5~0.9cm2/g。
活性炭纤维本体的比表面积为1900cm2/g,吸附孔的总容积为1.5cm2/g,中孔的容积为0.7cm2/g。
活性炭纤维本体的比表面积为2100cm2/g,吸附孔的总容积为1.6cm2/g,中孔的容积为0.6cm2/g。

1.一种环保型汽车座垫,包括垫体,其特征是:垫体中设置活性炭纤维毡夹层;且活性炭纤维毡夹层与填充料呈交替间隔设置的形式,活性炭纤维毡夹层的总厚度为填充料总厚度的1/30;活性炭纤维本体的比表面积为1800~2100cm2/g,吸附孔的总容积为1.3~1.6cm2/g,中孔的容积为0.5~0.9cm2/g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型汽车座垫,其特征是:活性炭纤维本体的比表面积为1900cm2/g,吸附孔的总容积为1.5cm2/g,中孔的容积为0.7cm2/g。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型汽车座垫,其特征是:活性炭纤维本体的比表面积为2100cm2/g,吸附孔的总容积为1.6cm2/g,中孔的容积为0.6cm2/g。
