现有的活性炭过滤材料,由于结构等原因,在过滤性能、使用范围等方面存在缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理,过滤性能好的光触媒活性炭海绵。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种光触媒活性炭海绵,其特征是:包括活性炭海绵层,活性炭海绵层表面设有光触媒层;光触媒活性炭海绵的厚度为25mm,克重为900g/m2;活性炭海绵层吸附孔中部分为孔径为25~32nm的中孔,且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的33~43%。
活性炭海绵层吸附孔中部分为孔径为7nm的中孔,且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的37%。
活性炭海绵层吸附孔中部分为孔径为32nm的中孔,且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的41%。
本发明结构合理,过滤性能好,使用范围广。

一种光触媒活性炭海绵,包括活性炭海绵层,活性炭海绵层表面设有光触媒层;光触媒活性炭海绵的厚度为25mm,克重为900g/m2;活性炭海绵层吸附孔中部分为孔径为25~32nm的中孔,且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的33~43%。
活性炭海绵层吸附孔中部分为孔径为7nm的中孔,且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的37%。
活性炭海绵层吸附孔中部分为孔径为32nm的中孔,且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的41%。

1.一种光触媒活性炭海绵,其特征是:包括活性炭海绵层,活性炭海绵层表面设有光触媒层;光触媒活性炭海绵的厚度为25mm,克重为900g/m2;活性炭海绵层吸附孔中部分为孔径为25~32nm的中孔,且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的33~43%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光触媒活性炭海绵,其特征是:活性炭海绵层吸附孔中部分为孔径为7nm的中孔,且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的37%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光触媒活性炭海绵,其特征是:活性炭海绵层吸附孔中部分为孔径为32nm的中孔,且中孔面积占纤维体外表面积的41%。
