Abstract

本发明涉及一种聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜,包括聚酰亚胺层,所述聚酰亚胺层的正、反面均覆盖有氟46层,至少一面氟46层上覆盖有PTFE层。该涂层膜能满足电气性能好、击穿电压高、防机械损伤要求,用于绝缘绕包时无需二次烧结,生产方便、效率高、成本低。

一种聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂层膜,具体说是一种聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜。 
背景技术
聚酰亚胺是目前已经工业化的高分子材料中耐热性最高的品种,被称为“解决问题的能手”。聚酰亚胺复合薄膜具有优良的耐高、低温性、电气绝缘性、耐辐射性,以及高温自粘密封的特点,可作电线、电缆、电磁线等的绝缘层。为提高该绝缘层电气性能和击穿电压,防止机械损伤,满足一些特殊电机的需要,发明专利CN202307218U “聚酰亚胺复合薄膜绕包绝缘电线”公开了一种聚酰亚胺复合薄膜绕包绝缘电线,在线芯外包裹有聚酰亚胺复合薄膜,聚酰亚胺复合薄膜外再包裹有厚0.03㎜聚四氟乙烯车削薄膜。其中所述聚四氟乙烯车削薄膜是根据线芯截面的大小,将聚四氟乙烯薄膜通过切膜机切成不同宽度的带状,螺旋绕包在聚酰亚胺复合薄膜上,薄膜搭盖率1/2或2/3,经高温烧结工序粘结牢固而成,存在加工难度大、需二次高温烧结等缺点。另有发明专利CN202534389U“多层耐电晕聚酰亚胺-氟46复合薄膜烧结线”公开了多层耐电晕聚酰亚胺-氟46复合薄膜烧结线,在铜导线表面绕包有至少两层的聚酰亚胺-氟46复合薄膜层,绝缘等级为C级,具有卓越的耐热、良好的介电性能、尤其是耐电晕性能即在变频条件下耐局部放电性能,能适应环境恶劣条件下、可在温度高温下长期工作,存在两层聚酰亚胺-氟46复合薄膜绕包时容易错位、成本高等缺点。 
发明内容
针对上述用于绝缘使用时的不足,本发明提供了一种能满足电气性能好、击穿电压高、防机械损伤要求,用于绝缘绕包时无需二次烧结,生产方便、效率高、成本低的聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜。 
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜,包括聚酰亚胺层,所述聚酰亚胺层的正、反面均覆盖有氟46层,至少一面氟46层上覆盖有PTFE层。 
再进一步地,氟46层厚度0.01㎜-0.05㎜;聚酰亚胺层厚度0.01㎜-0.20㎜;PTFE层厚度0.01㎜-0.05㎜。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:在聚酰亚胺复合氟46和PTFE,具有优良的力学性能 、抗辐射性能、 耐高温和耐低温性能、高的抗击穿电压性能,而且显著改善了耐酸碱性能和介电性能,提高了表面机械强度,防止在使用过程中容易损伤的问题;且在用于绝缘线绕包时,氟46层由F46乳液或薄膜,由于其具有熔融破裂的倾向和熔融状态时有特高的可拉伸性,便于一次烧结,PTFE层无须二次烧结,有利于生产方便、提高生产效率、降低生产成本低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。 
图1所示实施例一,一种聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜包括聚酰亚胺层1、氟46层2和PTFE层3,聚酰亚胺层1的正、反面均覆盖有氟46层2,氟46层2为F46乳液或薄膜,上、下两氟46层上均覆盖有PTFE层3;氟46层厚度0.01㎜-0.05㎜;聚酰亚胺层厚度0.01㎜-0.20㎜;PTFE层厚度0.01㎜-0.05㎜。 
图2所示实施例二,一种聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜包括聚酰亚胺层1、氟46层2和PTFE层3,聚酰亚胺层1的正、反面均覆盖有氟46层2,氟46层2为F46乳液或薄膜,上氟46层上均覆盖有PTFE层3;氟46层厚度0.01㎜-0.05㎜;聚酰亚胺层厚度0.01㎜-0.20㎜;PTFE层厚度0.01㎜-0.05㎜。 
上述实施例只是本发明设计思想的简单结构,凡是采用氟46层、PTFE层相互涂覆形成的膜材,均在本发明保护范围内。 

Claims (3)

1.一种聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜,包括聚酰亚胺层,其特征在于:所述聚酰亚胺层的正、反面均覆盖有氟46层,至少一面氟46层上覆盖有PTFE层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜,其特征是;氟46层为F46乳液或薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种聚酰亚胺-PTFE涂层膜,其特征是;氟46层厚度0.01㎜-0.05㎜;聚酰亚胺层厚度0.01㎜-0.20㎜;PTFE层厚度0.01㎜-0.05㎜。
