本发明涉及一种检测药剂,具体为牙菌斑检测剂。牙菌斑检测剂,由以下原料按照重量份数组成:色素3~6份,1,3丁二醇8~10份,乳酸钠5~7份,硫酸镁4~7份,亚油酸甘油酯1~3份,山梨酸钾0.05~0.1份;水100份。本发明提供的牙菌斑检测剂,安全无毒,并且有效期时间长,能有效的减低对敏感牙齿的刺激。

牙菌斑检测剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种检测药剂,具体为牙菌斑检测剂。
背景技术
牙菌斑是基质包裹的互相粘附、或粘附于牙面、牙间或修复体表面的软而未矿化的细菌性群体,为不能被水冲去或漱掉的一种细菌性生物膜。当牙菌斑量较少时,肉眼是很难观察到的,通常用菌斑指示剂可以很好地显示。目前常用的牙菌斑检测剂,主要有碱性复红液、红溴汞溶液、赤鲜红溶液、荧光菌斑显示剂等,其中有些物质有低毒,并且功能单一,仅仅可以显色,而在药剂的存储过程中,容易失效,使用中,对于一些敏感人群容易造成刺激。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种有效期长、抗过敏的牙菌斑检测剂,具体的技术方案为:
牙菌斑检测剂,原料包括如下重量份组份:
色素3~6份,
1,3丁二醇8~10份,
乳酸钠5~7份,
硫酸镁4~7份,
亚油酸甘油酯1~3份,
山梨酸钾0.05~0.1份;
水100份。
作为优选的方案,牙菌斑检测剂,原料包括如下重量份组份:
色素4.6份,
1,3丁二醇9.2份,
乳酸钠6.5份,
硫酸镁5份,
亚油酸甘油酯2.5份,
山梨酸钾0.08份;
水100份。
其中所述的色素优选为花青素。
以上原料混合溶解形成溶液。使用时涂抹在牙齿上,牙菌斑区域会被染色后显示为紫色。
本发明产品的用法:1、将本发明产品溶于水中,用棉签蘸少许均匀涂于牙表面然后用漱口水漱干净。2、后照镜子观察,如果看到牙齿上面有紫色的显色剂附着,就说明那是牙垢、牙菌斑,然后用正确的刷牙方式,把红色的显示区清除干净,即牙齿也就非常干净了。
本发明提供的牙菌斑检测剂,利用花青素作为显色剂,使得牙菌斑显色便于观察识别牙菌斑,并且花青素无毒安全;经过发明人多年的试验,试验了几十种五毒的色素,发现花青素作为显色剂是效果最好,最安全的,是本发明最重要的发明点,而且剂量在本发明的使用范围内是非常合适的,更低则显色不清楚,边界不明显,含量更高则会引起本发明产品的最终产品性状不好,有一团团的絮凝。本发明的另外一个发明点就是增加如下3个组份,其重量份为:马勃1.6~2.4份,薄荷脑0.3~0.8份,玄明粉9~12份,其中,马勃起到清肺,散血热,解毒,能清肺热咳嗽,喉痹,衄血,失音诸病。薄荷脑系由薄荷的叶和茎中所提取,白色晶体,分子式C10H20O,为薄荷和欧薄荷精油中的主要成分。有清凉止痒作用;内服可作为驱风药,用于头痛及鼻;咽;喉炎症等。玄明粉主要治疗实热积滞;大便不通,目赤肿痛;咽肿口疮;痈疽肿毒。发明人在按照上述配比增加了3个成份后,发现经过中药制剂处理过的口腔,牙菌斑的显色更加明显,并且有效期时间长,能有效的减低对敏感牙齿的刺激。
乳酸钠和1,3丁二醇作为具有保湿和抑菌的作用,延长牙菌斑检测剂的有效期;
硫酸镁、亚油酸甘油酯可以抗敏,减少该牙菌斑检测剂使用时,减少对牙齿的刺激。
本发明提供的牙菌斑检测剂,安全无毒。显色效果非常好,强于同类产品的效果30%。

牙菌斑检测剂,由以下原料按照重量份数组成,各个原料混合溶解形成药剂:
花青素4.6份,
1,3丁二醇9.2份,
乳酸钠6.5份,
硫酸镁5份,
亚油酸甘油酯2.5份,
山梨酸钾0.08份;
水100份。

花青素3份,
1,3丁二醇8份,
乳酸钠7份,
硫酸镁4.9份,
亚油酸甘油酯1.8份,
山梨酸钾0.05份;
水100份。

花青素6份,
1,3丁二醇9.5份,
乳酸钠5份,
硫酸镁6.7份,
亚油酸甘油酯3份,
山梨酸钾0.1份;
水100份。

花青素5份,
1,3丁二醇10份,
乳酸钠6份,
硫酸镁4份,

色素3~6份,
1,3-丁二醇8~10份,
乳酸钠5~7份,
硫酸镁4~7份,
亚油酸甘油酯1~3份,
山梨酸钾0.05~0.1份;
水100份,其中,所述的色素为花青素。
