本发明公开了一种密封效果好的压力自密封旋启式止回阀,包括:阀体,在所述阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,在所述阀体内部进口通道的一侧设置有阀座,阀座内设置有与进口通道相互连通的通道,在所述阀体内设置有与阀座相互配合的阀瓣,所述的阀瓣通过固定螺栓与设置在阀体内的摇杆的一端相固定,摇杆的另一端通过销轴设置在阀体内部的摇杆座上,在所述阀体的上端内部通过螺母设置有阀盖,在所述阀盖的上端设置吊耳,在所述螺母与阀盖之间设置有软不锈钢密封环,所述软不锈钢密封环的下端设置有斜面与阀盖上端的斜面相互配合,在所述软不锈钢密封环的下端的斜面上设置有硬质合金。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种压力自密封旋启式止回阀。
背景技术
在石油、化工等行业的管道上都会使用到止回阀,用于管道内液体的切断,现有的止回阀,结构比较简单,在使用过程中只能起到单向止回作用,功能比较单一,而且在遇到大流量液体介质经过时,压力过高,阀体与阀盖之间的密封性能达不到要求,容易导致液体介质发生泄漏,不能很好地满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种密封效果好的压力自密封旋启式止回阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:压力自密封旋启式止回阀,包括:阀体,在所述阀体内设置有进口通道和出口通道,在所述阀体内部进口通道的一侧设置有阀座,阀座内设置有与进口通道相互连通的通道,在所述阀体内设置有与阀座相互配合的阀瓣,所述的阀瓣通过固定螺栓与设置在阀体内的摇杆的一端相固定,摇杆的另一端通过销轴设置在阀体内部的摇杆座上,在
所述阀体的上端内部通过螺母设置有阀盖,在所述阀盖的上端设置吊耳,在所述螺母与阀盖之间设置有软不锈钢密封环,所述软不锈钢密封环的下端设置有斜面与阀盖上端的斜面相互配合,在所述软不锈钢密封环的下端的斜面上设置有硬质合金。
本发明的优点是:上述压力自密封旋启式止回阀安装在管道上,正常使用时它可以根据液体介质的流量很好地起到止回功能,使用更加方便,在大流量液体介质经过时,阀体与阀盖之间的密封效果更加稳定,能够有效防止液体泄漏,可以很好地满足使用要求。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,压力自密封旋启式止回阀,包括:阀体1,在所述阀体1内设置有进口通道2和出口通道3,在所述阀体1内部进口通道2的一侧设置有阀座4,阀座4内设置有与进口通道2相互连通的通道5,在所述阀体1内设置有与阀座4相互配合的阀瓣6,所述的阀瓣6通过固定螺栓7与设置在阀体1内的摇杆8的一端相固定,摇杆8的另一端通过销轴9设置在阀体1内部的摇杆座10上,在所述阀体1的上端内部通过螺母11设置有阀盖12,在所述阀盖12的上端设置吊耳13,在所述螺母11与阀盖12之间设置有软不锈钢密封环14,所述软不锈钢密封环14的下端设置有斜面与阀盖12上端的斜面相互配合,在所述软不锈钢密封环14的下端的斜面上设置有硬质合金15。
上述压力自密封旋启式止回阀安装在管道上起到止回功能时,液体介质通过进口通道2、通道5推开阀瓣6然后进入出口通道3,在流体通过的过程中阀瓣6被推起,阀瓣6通过摇杆8绕着销轴9旋转直至固定螺栓7与阀体1的内壁相抵,流量越大,阀盖12受到向上的推力越大,此时,阀盖12的斜面在软不锈钢密封环14和硬质合金15的作用下密封性能越好。

1.压力自密封旋启式止回阀,其特征在于:包括:阀体(1),在所述阀体(1)内设置有进口通道(2)和出口通道(3),在所述阀体(1)内部进口通道(2)的一侧设置有阀座(4),阀座(4)内设置有与进口通道(2)相互连通的通道(5),在所述阀体(1)内设置有与阀座(4)相互配合的阀瓣(6),所述的阀瓣(6)通过固定螺栓(7)与设置在阀体(1)内的摇杆(8)的一端相固定,摇杆(8)的另一端通过销轴(9)设置在阀体(1)内部的摇杆座(10)上,在所述阀体(1)的上端内部通过螺母(11)设置有阀盖(12),在所述阀盖(12)的上端设置吊耳(13),在所述螺母(11)与阀盖(12)之间设置有软不锈钢密封环(14),所述软不锈钢密封环(14)的下端设置有斜面与阀盖(12)上端的斜面相互配合,在所述软不锈钢密封环(14)的下端的斜面上设置有硬质合金(15)。
