Referring to fig. 8, 9, 10 and 11, since the diameter of the first shaft section 21 is smaller than that of the second shaft section 22, the diameter of the second shaft section 22 is smaller than that of the region of the rotating shaft 20 except the first shaft section 21 and the second shaft section 22; after the U-shaped snap spring 30 is installed on the rotating shaft 20, the interference amount between the U-shaped snap spring 30 and the two second shaft sections 22 is greater than the interference amount between the U-shaped snap spring 30 and the first shaft section 21, that is, the friction force generated between the U-shaped snap spring 30 and the second shaft sections 22 is greater than the friction force generated between the U-shaped snap spring 30 and the first shaft section 21, so that the torque that the sun visor body can stay at any position is mainly provided by the friction force generated between the U-shaped snap spring 30 and the second shaft sections 22, and the torque that the sun visor body can automatically abut against is mainly provided by the friction force generated between the U-shaped snap spring 30 and the first shaft section 21.
From the above, because the U-shaped clamp spring 30 only does not have the cambered surface contact of one side joint portion of breach 31 and second shaft section 22, the cambered surface contactless of one side chucking part that has breach 31 and second shaft section 22 has reduced the frictional force between U-shaped clamp spring 30 and the pivot 20 to alleviate the wearing and tearing between pivot 22 and the U-shaped clamp spring 30, and then prolonged car sun visor's life. In order to reduce wear between the U-shaped circlip 30 and the first shaft section 21, in a preferred embodiment the first shaft section 21 is provided with an oil reservoir (not shown) for storing lubricating oil, the opening of which is located in the axial plane 23; so design, through the lubrication of lubricating oil, can alleviate wearing and tearing between U-shaped jump ring 30 and the first shaft section 21 to extension car sun visor's life, in addition, can also alleviate the noise that produces when U-shaped jump ring 30 revolves rotation 20.
