本发明涉及一种低糖组合物。
背景技术
近年来,减肥已经成为一种时尚,除了肥胖人群比例的急剧增加外,很多年轻人特别是女性都有减肥的冲动。肥胖不但会给人们的生活和工作带来诸多不便,也会由此而引发多种疾病如糖尿病、脂肪肝等,严重威胁人类健康。但是,不正确的减肥方式更会伤害身体损害健康。为此,世界各国尤其是发达国家在减肥方面做了大量工作,研制出各种运动减肥方式、减肥器械、减肥药物和减肥食品等。实践表明,运动减肥和器械减肥需要时间长、见效缓慢,很多人无法长期坚持,并且一旦停止,体重容易反弹;减肥药品多为控制人的中枢神经系统,使人产生厌食感,虽然可以达到快速减肥的目的,但由于药物对人体容易造成危害,不利人体健康,而不被大多数人群接受;近年来人们研制出一些减肥食品,通过加入缓泄药物来加快人体排泄达到暂时减肥,但一旦停服体重很快反弹。。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服上述的缺陷,提供一种低糖组合物。

为了实现上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案为:
一种低糖组合物,由下列重量比的成分组成:低聚异麦芽糖5%-35%、低聚果糖0.5~15%、黄原胶0.01%-0.5%、果胶0.5%-2%、甜味剂0.03~0.065%、柠檬酸0.15~0.18%、维生素C 0.05%-0.15%、甜菊糖0-0.15%、其余为水。
本发明具有以下优点:配方科学,生产工艺简单,溶化性能好,口感好,营养成分较为全面。

低聚异麦芽糖5%-35%、低聚果糖0.5~15%、黄原胶0.01%-0.5%、果胶0.5%-2%、甜味剂0.03~0.065%、柠檬酸0.15~0.18%、维生素C0.05%-0.15%、甜菊糖0-0.15%、其余为水。
