本发明还涉及一种具有管状袋体的袋子,该袋体由单轴拉伸聚合物带织物制成,尤其是聚烯烃或聚丙烯带,袋子的至少一端部具有一个底部折叠,使得该袋子具有一个基本上呈矩形的底部。
这种袋子的管状体通常由管状圆形材料制成或者是由纵向边缘连接在一起以形成管的扁平材料制成。这种袋子大致被分为枕形和箱形。枕形袋通常通过在底部形成纺织品缝或者焊缝形成。本发明是关于箱形袋,至少一端具有底部折叠,使得袋子基本上具有矩形底部。如果袋子两端都具有底部折叠,那么它们被称为箱形袋。一端和枕形袋相同,另一端与箱形袋相同的袋子,被称为半箱形袋。本发明涉及箱形袋和半箱形袋。
背景技术
通常,袋子的灌装能力为10、25、50、100、500和1000kg。由单轴拉伸带构成的塑料织物袋具有最大的强度和尺寸稳定度。该织物包括单轴拉伸聚合物,尤其是聚烯烃或聚丙烯带。这些带通过将聚合物薄膜(尤其是聚烯烃或聚丙烯薄膜)拉伸至它们的长度的4-10倍而形成,从而分子在带的长度方向上排列,并且在该方向上的强度是原始薄膜的约6-10倍。带的宽度通常为1.5-10mm,厚度为20-80μm。为了防止灰尘和水分渗透,可以在织物的单侧或双侧涂一层涂层,该涂层优选采用与带相同的材料融化而成。
关于箱形袋,已有多种不同的封闭底部的方法。通常,现有的折叠的底部被费力地采用多组分胶粘剂粘接在一起,因为织物通常包含的聚烯烃和聚丙烯材料很难被粘接在一起。除了粘接过程费力以外,已有的胶粘剂还存在其它的缺点,例如耐久性低、脆性随着温度的变化而变化、在水分的作用下会丧失粘性等。为此,专利文献WO95/30598A1描述了一种改进方法,其中,袋子的至少一端,尤其是底部通过具有保护层的中间层在热作用下连接,该中间层由热塑性合成材料(特别是聚烯烃,优选是聚丙烯材料)制成, 该保护层由单轴拉伸聚合物(尤其是聚烯烃,优选是聚丙烯)带制成,并且,仅该底部的外表面区域,尤其是小于该织物带的材料厚度的30%的外表面区域和保护层在热作用下具有迷失方向的分子,从而能够保持其他材料区域的分子方向。该方法的缺点是需要控制和限制热作用,以使得仅外表面区域被加热并且受到分子的无方向性的影响。与分子通过拉伸材料而产生方向的区域相比,具有无方向的分子的织物区域的强度小得多。该方法的另一缺点是要求织物具有一定的最小强度或者织物涂层足够厚以实现焊接。这导致袋子相对较重,并且成本较高。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种袋子和封闭该袋子的方法,采用该方法可以避免上述问题,并且可以同时保证安全且简单形成袋子的封闭。
为了解决上述问题,本发明实现了开篇处所述的方法,使得底部的至少两个至少部分重叠的层通过至少一条位于它们的重叠区域的焊缝焊接在一起,以封闭该袋子,该至少一条焊缝在至少矩形底部的宽边和/或窄边的长度上延伸。
为了解决上述问题,本发明对开篇处所述的方法进行了改进,其中,底部的至少两个至少部分重叠的层通过至少一条位于它们的重叠区域的焊缝焊接在一起,以封闭该袋子,该至少一条焊缝在至少矩形底部的宽边和/或窄边的长度上延伸。
根据本发明,底部折叠的层并没有在它们的整个区域上焊接在一起,而仅沿至少一条独立的焊缝焊接在一起,其中,优选提供多条独立的焊缝。这考虑了织物在至少一条焊缝的区域由于分子的无方向性而变弱的问题。尽管织物变弱了,但是在没有拉扯织物的风险的情况下,焊接连接的充足的稳定性可以得到保证,尤其是如果焊缝以这样一种方式分布,使得它们仅受到剪力而不受到剥离力。在剪切载荷下,力仅作用在织物所在的平面。而在剥离载荷的情况下,力可能会沿与所述织物所在平面垂直的方向上作用在所述焊缝上,这会造成对焊缝的损坏。
根据本发明,焊缝应被理解为沿纵向区域的焊接,该纵向区域的长度比其宽度大几倍。
所述焊缝不一定是直线的,还可以例如具有弯折/弯曲区域或者方向上的变化。如果焊缝沿倾斜于带的方向延伸或者具有倾斜延伸的区域,是尤其有利的。焊缝可以例如以弯折方式延伸。在弯折焊接的情况下,其各个部分沿倾斜于织物带的方向延伸,各个带仅低程度变弱。
通过多个彼此间隔布置的焊接点来实现用于形成焊缝的焊接,也可以显著降低织物撕裂的风险。该方式并没有产生连续的焊缝,从而避免了撕裂连续线。优选地,焊缝通过超声波或激光焊接形成。超声波焊接使得产生的焊接点以这样一种简单的方式形成,使得织物受焊缝区域的焊接影响的部分变小。然而,其它焊接方法也是可以想到的,例如采用热压印(hot stamp)(静态或者滚动压印或者滚轧机)实现的焊接。由于焊缝包括多个相互间隔布置的焊点,优选由其组成,所以织物仅在焊接部分变弱,而独立的焊接点之间的强度完全保留。由于通过焊接分子链的排列损失的程度小,所以织物几乎没有强度损失。融化集中在各个焊接点周围并且额外吸收机械应力的效果也可以被利用。
优选地,焊接点以点状形式产生,尤其优选焊接点在与带垂直的方向上相互偏移。通过焊接点的偏移布置,撕裂连续线的形成可以被有效防止。焊接点可以例如,布置多行,一行的焊接点位于相邻行的焊接点的空隙处。
在塑料超声波焊接的情况中,通过高频率机械振动向待融化的织物带的焊接点施加热,使得该材料被融化或者至少软化。连接力和超声波振动具有相同的作用方向。引入的纵波在材料和连接区域中引起脉动应力,使得塑性材料塑化。一旦停止能量供应,焊接点处的材料就会在压力下冷却,形成耐久的机械稳定的连接点。
优选地,多个彼此间隔布置的焊接点以每平方厘米最多15个,优选最多10个,更优选最多5个的密度形成。
本发明的方法的优点在于,没有织物的针穿孔导致的弱化点。此外,焊接相关成本较低,并且工作速度快。与现有技术中的方法相比,采用本发明的方法,每分钟可以封闭更多的袋子。焊接连接不会老化或者脆化。并且,因为袋子由单一材料构成,所以处理也很简单。
根据本发明,为了仅采用焊接方式封闭所述袋子的底部,即不采用其它方式,例如胶粘剂连接,全区域焊接等等,需要多个焊缝。更特别地,多条焊缝这样布置,至少一条焊缝基本上在矩形底部的窄边的长度上延伸,而至少一条焊缝基本上在矩形底部的宽边的长度上延伸。焊缝可以形成为相互分离的独立的焊缝。然而,可以想到的是,将各条焊缝与另一条连接,在这种情况下,会形成具有相应数量的相邻部分的单条焊缝。在焊缝形成的时间上,多条焊缝可以接连形成或者同时形成。
所提到的袋子底部的窄边和宽边还可以包含方形底部的情况。因此,“窄边”和“宽边”不应被理解为表示长度,而仅仅用来区分一对相对的侧边和另一对相对的侧边。
在本发明的范围内,可以想到多种焊缝的布置。根据本发明的第一变形,可以设想的是,底部折叠的两个折叠的袋盖沿着第一焊缝焊接,它们在该第一焊缝处重叠,并且,所述袋盖沿两条与第一焊缝垂直的第二焊缝焊接到位于其下方的所述底部的窄边上的折叠袋盖上,从而形成H形焊接。
根据本发明的第二变形,可以设想的是,单轴拉伸聚合物(尤其是聚烯烃或聚丙烯)带织物盖板连接(尤其是焊接)在底部折叠的位于底部宽边的一个折叠袋盖上,盖板基本上与底部的尺寸一致,该盖板沿两条焊缝焊接到在底部的窄边上折叠的袋盖上,然后该盖板沿着焊缝焊接到底部折叠的位于底部的另一宽边的已折叠的袋盖上。从而,外置的盖板的所有边都被焊接到底部折叠的折叠的袋盖上,并且焊接沿着矩形框形成。
根据本发明的第三变形,可以设想的是,在折叠底部的窄边上的袋盖之后,并且在折叠底部的宽边上的袋盖之前,一盖板被置于底部折叠上,其四个边通过四条焊缝焊接到底部折叠上,然后底部的宽边上的袋盖与盖板的焊接在其上的边一起折叠,并且在宽边上折叠的袋盖沿着一条在它们的重叠区域内的焊缝焊接到一起,从而该盖板内置,并且所有的边都被焊接到底部折叠的折叠袋盖上,使得焊接沿着矩形框形成。
为了避免将底部折叠的折叠后的袋盖或者盖板焊接到袋体上,一隔离层被有利地置于织物上或者涂敷在织物上。优选地,隔离层与袋子织物相比,具有较高的热传导性。优选通过涂层工艺涂敷该隔离层,尤其是含金属的隔离层。优选地,含金属的涂层被用作该隔离层。由于含有金属,这种隔离层实现了热排出,使得袋体的远离折叠的端部的织物层收到的热量输入减小或者基本上没有热量输入。

下面将借助附图所示的实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。这里,图1-3显示了本发明实施例的第一变形,图4-7显示了本发明实施例的第二变形,图8-12显示了本发明实施例的第三变形,图13-15显示了本发明的焊缝的不同的实施例。
具体实施方式
图1显示了扁平状态的管状袋体1,其底部2被设计为通过底部的折叠而形成盒形袋。底部折叠具有两个从袋体1的两相对的窄边折叠的袋盖3和两个将要从袋体1的两相对的宽边沿折叠边5折叠的袋盖4。当向内折叠袋盖4之后,产生图2所示的状态,其中,从宽边向内折叠的袋盖4的端部相互重叠,袋盖4的端部采用点线表示。总的来说,关于附图,需要说明的是,被覆盖的边用点线表示,而折叠的边用点虚线表示。
为了封闭底部2,在所述底部2的宽边上折叠的两个袋盖4在它们的重叠区域沿着焊缝7焊接在一起。袋盖4还沿着两条焊缝8被焊接到其下面的在底部2的窄边上折叠的袋盖3上,焊缝8垂直于焊缝7延伸。这里,至关重要的是焊缝8在从窄边折叠的袋盖3的边缘的外部。为了避免袋体在形成焊缝7和8的过程中也被焊接,需要事先涂敷一隔离层或者焊接防护层。为此,可以在相关区域进行织物材料的全区域涂层。可选地,涂层或者隔离层可以仅在预设的焊缝所在区域中涂敷。这些区域在图1中用9和10表示。区域9位于向内折叠的袋盖3的下方的袋体上。区域10与之垂直。
图4-7显示了一个可选的实施例。初始状态如图2所示,在底部的窄边上向内折叠的袋盖还是用3表示,而将要从底部的宽边上沿折叠边5折叠的袋盖用4表示。与图1-3所示实例不同的是,袋盖3和4并不是直接相互焊接,而采用了一个独立的盖板11。该盖板11基本上与将要形成的底部的尺寸相同,第一步,该盖板11沿焊缝12被焊接到两个袋盖4中的一个上。第二步(图5),焊接到盖板11上的袋盖4沿折叠边5折叠。这样,盖板11的右边和左边与在窄边上折叠的袋盖3重叠,使得该区域中可以形成另一焊缝13(图6)。为了防止在焊缝13形成时,折叠袋盖的边缘区域被焊接到下方的袋体上,在形成焊缝13之前,可以将一金属隔离板或其类似物置于袋盖下方,后续可以将其移除。隔离板的插入可以沿箭头14所示的方向进行,例如从仍然打开的底部2的侧边进行。
在另一处理阶段中(图7),上袋盖4被沿着折叠边5向内折叠,使得它覆盖盖板11的上边缘区域。最后一条焊缝15形成在该覆盖区域,使得底部2完全封闭。为了防止在形成最后一条焊缝15时,盖板11被焊接到其下方的袋底部,在该步骤(图4)开始时,可以在区域16中涂敷一隔离涂层或隔离层。
图8-12显示了另一实施例变形。相同的标号用于表示相同的部件。与图4-7所示实例不同的是,没有使用外部盖板11,而使用了内部盖板17。在袋盖4被折叠之前,该盖板被至于底部折叠上。从图9中可以看出,盖板17具有这样的尺寸,使得其伸出到从窄边上折叠的袋盖3的边缘6和折叠边5上,使得其周围为形成焊缝留出足够的边缘。从图10可以看出,焊缝18和19以这样的方式形成,使得盖板17的重叠的边缘区域与下方袋盖3和4分别连接。为了防止袋盖3焊接到其下方的袋体上,可以事先在区域20(图8)中设置隔离涂层或隔离层。重要的是,焊缝18位于折叠边5的外部,从而使得它们后续不会受到剥离力,而只受到剪力。
然后,袋盖4沿折叠边5(图11)向内折叠,从而再次相互重叠。在折叠袋盖4时,盖板17也被折叠,从而焊缝18也位于折叠区域内,使得在图4所示状态中,焊缝18 位于内侧。
最后(图12),重叠区域的袋盖通过焊缝21相互连接。
图13-15显示了焊缝的不同变形。每个变形都可以在图1-12所示的方法变形中使用。在图13-15中,仅显示了通常是细长的焊缝的小部分。相互交叉的袋子的织物带在图中用22表示。在图13所示的第一实施例变形中,焊缝具有大量焊接点23,这些焊接点23相互偏移。在图14所示的实例中,焊缝24以曲折方式延伸。在图15所示的实例中,焊缝24沿波浪线延伸。
所有实施例相同的是,焊缝基本上在矩形底部2的纵向和/或横向长度上延伸,在这些焊缝的基础上,产生了稳定密封的袋子。原则上,其他特征不是必须的,但是并不排除在本发明的内容以外。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于封闭管状袋体的方法,所述管状袋体由单轴拉伸聚合物带形成,所述方法包括:形成底部折叠以使所述袋体具有矩形底部,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
将所述底部的至少两个至少部分重叠的层,通过所述层的重叠区域内的至少一条具有设定的超声波焊接点的超声波焊缝焊接在一起,以封闭所述袋体,其中,所述至少一条超声波焊缝至少在所述矩形底部的宽边和/或窄边的长度上延伸,一含金属的隔离层被置于所述单轴拉伸聚合物带上或涂敷在所述单轴拉伸聚合物带上,以防止所述底部折叠的折叠后的袋盖和/或盖板与所述袋体焊接在一起,所述底部仅采用所述超声波焊缝封闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述焊接被用来形成超声波焊缝,所述超声波焊缝为任意的非直线形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,超声波焊接被用来形成具有多个相互间隔布置的焊接点的超声波焊缝,一行中的所述焊接点处于相邻行的焊接点之间的空隙内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述超声波焊缝有多条,至少一条超声波焊缝沿所述矩形底部的窄边的长度延伸,且至少一条超声波焊缝沿所述矩形底部的宽边的长度延伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述底部的宽边上折叠的所述底部折叠的两个袋盖在它们的重叠区域,沿第一焊缝超声波焊接在一起,所述袋盖沿两条与所述第一焊缝垂直延伸的焊缝,焊接到所述袋盖下方的在所述底部的窄边上折叠的袋盖上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,一盖板被焊接到所述底部的宽边上的所述底部折叠的折叠后的袋盖上,所述盖板由单轴拉伸聚合物制成,所述盖板与所述底部的尺寸相同,所述盖板接着沿两条焊缝超声波焊接到在所述底部的窄边上折叠的袋盖上,然后所述盖板沿一条焊缝焊接到所述底部的另一宽边的所述底部折叠的折叠后的袋盖上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在折叠所述底部的窄边上的袋盖之后且在折叠所述底部的宽边上的袋盖之前,一盖板被置于所述底部折叠上,所述盖板由单轴拉伸聚合物制成,然后,所述盖板的四边通过四条焊缝超声波焊接到所述底部折叠上,然后所述底部的宽边上的袋盖被折叠,使得与所述盖板的焊接在其上的边也被折叠,在所述宽边上折叠的所述袋盖沿宽边袋盖的重叠区域内的一条焊缝焊接在一起。
8.一种袋子,所述袋子具有由单轴拉伸聚合物带制成的管状袋体,所述袋子的至少一端部具有底部折叠,使得所述袋子具有矩形底部,其特征在于,所述底部的至少两个至少部分重叠的层,通过所述层的重叠区域内的至少一条具有设定的超声波焊接点的超声波焊缝焊接在一起,以封闭所述袋,其中,所述至少一条焊缝至少在所述矩形底部的宽边和/或窄边的长度上延伸,一含金属的隔离层被置于所述单轴拉伸聚合物带上或涂敷在所述单轴拉伸聚合物带上,所述底部仅采用所述超声波焊缝封闭。
9.根据权利要求8所述的袋子,其特征在于,一独立的盖板被应用在通过所述底部折叠产生的所述底部的外部,所述至少两个至少部分重叠的层通过所述盖板和在所述袋体的一侧边上的所述底部折叠的至少一折叠后的袋盖形成。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的袋子,其特征在于,所述超声波焊缝为非直线形的焊缝。
11.根据权利要求8所述的袋子,其特征在于,所述超声波焊缝具有多个相互间隔布置的焊接点,其中,一行中的所述焊接点处于相邻行的焊接点之间的空隙内。
12.根据权利要求8所述的袋子,其特征在于,所述超声波焊缝有多条,至少一条超声波焊缝沿所述矩形底部的窄边的长度延伸,且至少一条超声波焊缝沿所述矩形底部的宽边的长度延伸。
13.根据权利要求8所述的袋子,其特征在于,在所述底部的宽边上折叠的所述底部折叠的两个袋盖在它们的重叠区域,沿第一焊缝超声波焊接在一起,所述袋盖沿两条与所述第一焊缝垂直延伸的焊缝,焊接到所述袋盖下方的在所述底部的窄边上折叠的袋盖上。
14.根据权利要求8所述的袋子,其特征在于,一盖板被焊接到所述底部的宽边上的所述底部折叠的折叠后的袋盖上,所述盖板由单轴拉伸聚合物制成,所述盖板与所述底部的尺寸相同,所述盖板接着沿两条焊缝超声波焊接到在所述底部的窄边上折叠的袋盖上,然后所述盖板沿一条焊缝焊接到所述底部的另一宽边的所述底部折叠的折叠后的袋盖上。
15.根据权利要求8所述的袋子,其特征在于,在折叠所述底部的窄边上的袋盖之后且在折叠所述底部的宽边上的袋盖之前,一盖板被置于所述底部折叠上,然后所述盖板通过四条焊缝超声波焊接到所述底部折叠上,然后所述底部的宽边上的袋盖被折叠,使得与所述盖板的焊接在其上的边也被折叠,在所述宽边上折叠的所述袋盖沿所述宽边袋盖的重叠区域内的一条焊缝焊接在一起。
