本发明公开了一种阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料及其制备方法。本发明的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC30%~60%、PBT30%~60%、阻燃剂12%~25%、亚磷酸三苯酯0.5%~2%、增容剂0.5%~2%、分散剂0.5%~2%、稳定剂0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明的PC/PBT合金材料不仅兼备了PC和PBT各自的优点,其相容性好,综合性能优良,而且还具有高阻燃性和达UL94V-0阻燃级,尺寸稳定性好,抗冲击强度高,表面光泽外观好,广泛用于汽车保险杆的加工材料。本发明提出的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料的制备方法简单,操作方便,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯(PC)是五大工程塑料之一,具有综合均衡的机械、电气及耐热性能,以优异的抗冲击强度和耐蠕变性著称,但PC的熔体粘度大,易发生应力开裂,流动性差,耐溶剂性差,耐磨性不良。聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)是一种结晶速度较快的热塑性工程塑料,具有优异的耐溶剂性,熔体流动性好,但PBT的玻璃化温度低,高温刚性不足,缺口敏感性大。因此,将PC和PBT进行共混改性,可克服PBT耐热性差、耐冲击性低、缺口冲击强度不高的缺点,同时弥补了PC耐化学药品性、成型加工性和耐磨性的不足,具有很好的实用前景。
由于PC燃烧时会放出CO2能自熄,其氧指数为21%~24%,阻燃性能达UL94 V-2级,本身具有一定的阻燃性,而作为工程塑料使用的PC,其所应用的大多数领域对其阻燃性能有着非常高的要求。同时,共混PC/PBT合金材料燃烧时滴落的热熔体很易引起附近的材料着火,为此,必须对PC/PBT合金材料进行阻燃改性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种相容性好、力学性能优良和防火阻燃性能高的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC 30%~60%、PBT 30%~60%、阻燃剂12%~25%、亚磷酸三苯酯0.5%~2%、增容剂0.5%~2%、分散剂0.5%~2%、稳定剂0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
所述的PC为聚碳酸酯。
所述的PBT为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。
所述的阻燃剂为十溴联苯醚、聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚、双酚A双(磷酸二苯酯)阻燃剂(BDP)、聚硅氧烷阻燃剂、三聚氰胺阻燃剂中的一种。
所述的增容剂为乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)。
所述的分散剂为低分子聚乙烯、EVA蜡、OP蜡、TAS-2A、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)中的一种。
所述的稳定剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
上述的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PC在120℃~130℃下干燥3~4小时,含水率控制在0.02%以下,待用;
(2)将PBT在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,含水率控制在0.03%以下,待用;
(3)将阻燃剂在80℃~100℃下干燥30~60分钟,待用;
(4)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的PC、PBT和阻燃剂加入高速混合机,混合均匀,再加入按重量配比称取的亚磷酸三苯酯、增容剂、分散剂、稳定剂和抗氧剂,使一起充分混合10~30分钟;
(5)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在210℃~255℃,螺杆转速为300~600转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼、挤出,再进行冷却、风干、切粒、干燥即得本发明的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料。
本发明加入亚磷酸三苯酯的目的是抑制PC与PBT之间的酯交换反应的发生。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明的PC/PBT合金材料不仅兼备了PC和PBT各自的优点,其相容性好,综合性能优良,而且还具有高阻燃性和达UL94V-0阻燃级,尺寸稳定性好,抗冲击强度高,表面光泽外观好,广泛用于汽车保险杆的加工材料。本发明提出的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料的制备方法简单,操作方便,成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC 40%、PBT 40%、十溴联苯醚15%、亚磷酸三苯酯1%、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)1%、OP蜡1.5%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5%、受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物1%。
制备方法:(1)将PC在120℃~130℃下干燥3~4小时,含水率控制在0.02%以下,待用;(2)将PBT在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,含水率控制在0.03%以下,待用;(3)将十溴联苯醚在80℃~100℃下干燥30~60分钟,待用;(4)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的PC、PBT和十溴联苯醚加入高速混合机,混合均匀,再加入按重量配比称取的亚磷酸三苯酯、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)、OP蜡、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮和受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物,使一起充分混合10~30分钟;(5)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在210℃~255℃,螺杆转速为300~600转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼、挤出,再进行冷却、风干、切粒、干燥即得本发明的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料。
实施例2:
一种阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC 55%、PBT 25%、双酚A双(磷酸二苯酯)阻燃剂(BDP)18%、亚磷酸三苯酯0.5%、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)0.5%、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)0.5%、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.2%、受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.3%。
制备方法:(1)将PC在120℃~130℃下干燥3~4小时,含水率控制在0.02%以下,待用;(2)将PBT在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,含水率控制在0.03%以下,待用;(3)将双酚A双(磷酸二苯酯)阻燃剂(BDP)在80℃~100℃下干燥30~60分钟,待用;(4)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的PC、PBT和双酚A双(磷酸二苯酯)阻燃剂(BDP)加入高速混合机,混合均匀,再加入按重量配比称取的亚磷酸三苯酯、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮和受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物,使一起充分混合10~30分钟;(5)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在210℃~255℃,螺杆转速为300~600转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼、挤出,再进行冷却、风干、切粒、干燥即得本发明的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料。
Claims (7)
1.一种阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:PC 30%~60%、PBT 30%~60%、阻燃剂12%~25%、亚磷酸三苯酯0.5%~2%、增容剂0.5%~2%、分散剂0.5%~2%、稳定剂0.1%~1%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其特征在于,所述的阻燃剂为十溴联苯醚、聚2,6-二溴亚苯基醚、双酚A双(磷酸二苯酯)阻燃剂(BDP)、聚硅氧烷阻燃剂、三聚氰胺阻燃剂中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其特征在于,所述的增容剂为乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为低分子聚乙烯、EVA蜡、OP蜡、TAS-2A、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(EBS)中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂1076与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将PC在120℃~130℃下干燥3~4小时,含水率控制在0.02%以下,待用;
(2)将PBT在130℃~150℃下干燥3~4小时,含水率控制在0.03%以下,待用;
(3)将阻燃剂在80℃~100℃下干燥30~60分钟,待用;
(4)按重量配比称取干燥处理后的PC、PBT和阻燃剂加入高速混合机,混合均匀,再加入按重量配比称取的亚磷酸三苯酯、增容剂、分散剂、稳定剂和抗氧剂,使一起充分混合10~30分钟;
(5)再将上述混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在210℃~255℃,螺杆转速为300~600转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼、挤出,再进行冷却、风干、切粒、干燥即得本发明的阻燃改性PC/PBT合金材料。
