本发明公开了一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯树脂50%~70%、流滴剂10%~20%、消雾剂10%~20%、稳定剂1%~3%、偶联剂0.5%~3%、分散剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒,具有良好的防雾滴、防老化、耐热性和耐化学性等,可以在生产聚乙烯膜中直接加入使用,其工序简单,操作方便,而且还能提升产品质量等,具有很好的实用价值和应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体地说是一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒。
背景技术
生产农用棚膜的原料主要是聚乙烯,棚膜多在我国北方的冬、春季使用。因为气候寒冷,大棚内外温度、湿度相差都较大,导致棚膜内壁上附有大量的雾滴。雾滴的危害:使光线发生折射,使薄膜的透光性大为降低;光线经水滴聚焦后折射到作物上,会将作物灼伤;细小的水滴会逐渐聚集变大,达到一定质量后会滴落至作物的花、茎、叶或果实上,使其枯烂,降低了作物的产量和质量;雾滴滴落时极易传播病菌,使棚室内的湿度增加,加之适宜的温度给许多病害的发生创造了合适的环境;棚内温度将随着雾珠蒸发而降低,减弱了大棚的保温效果。因此,消除雾滴的危害迫在眉睫,开发农用无滴膜有着极其重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防雾滴效果好、持久和使用方便的聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯树脂50%~70%、流滴剂10%~20%、消雾剂10%~20%、稳定剂1%~3%、偶联剂0.5%~3%、分散剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
所述的流滴剂为聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸脂、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种。
所述的消雾剂为全氟烷醇不饱和酸酯聚合物、全氟烷醇与环氧乙烷的加成物、全氟烷醇酰胺中的一种。
所述的稳定剂为受阻胺光稳定剂。
所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
所述的分散剂为低分子聚乙烯蜡。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物。
上述的一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量配比将各组分加入转速在1500转/分钟以上的高速混合机中充分混合15~30分钟,然后将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在160℃~200℃,螺杆转速为100~600转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥、包装即得本发明的一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明制得的一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒,具有良好的防雾滴、防老化、耐热性和耐化学性等,可以在生产聚乙烯膜中直接加入使用,其工序简单,操作方便,而且还能提升产品质量等,具有很好的实用价值和应用前景。

下面结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1:
一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯树脂65%、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单月桂酸酯18%、全氟烷醇不饱和酸酯聚合物10%、受阻胺光稳定剂2%、硅烷偶联剂2%、低分子聚乙烯蜡2.5%、受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%。
制备方法:按重量配比将各组分加入转速在1500转/分钟以上的高速混合机中充分混合15~30分钟,然后将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在160℃~200℃,螺杆转速为100~600转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥、包装即得本发明的一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒。
实施例2:
一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯树脂70%、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺12%、全氟烷醇酰胺12%、受阻胺光稳定剂2%、硅烷偶联剂1.5%、低分子聚乙烯蜡2%、受阻酚抗氧剂1010与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂168的复配物0.5%。
制备方法:按重量配比将各组分加入转速在1500转/分钟以上的高速混合机中充分混合15~30分钟,然后将混合好的物料加入双螺杆挤出机充分熔融共混,熔融温度控制在160℃~200℃,螺杆转速为100~600转/分钟,通过双螺杆挤出机的剪切、混炼10~15分钟,然后挤出、冷却、造粒、干燥、包装即得本发明的一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒。

1.一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分数配比为:聚乙烯树脂50%~70%、流滴剂10%~20%、消雾剂10%~20%、稳定剂1%~3%、偶联剂0.5%~3%、分散剂1%~3%、抗氧剂0.1%~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒,其特征在于,所述的流滴剂为聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单月桂酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸脂、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乙烯膜用防雾滴母粒,其特征在于,所述的消雾剂为全氟烷醇不饱和酸酯聚合物、全氟烷醇与环氧乙烷的加成物、全氟烷醇酰胺中的一种。
