背景技术
季戊四醇硬脂酸酯(PETS)性状是白色硬质高熔点蜡状物,溶于乙醇、苯。用途:1、增塑剂,在橡胶塑炼过程中起塑解和润滑作用。2、稳定剂,用于聚氯乙烯等聚合物的加工稳定剂、增塑剂和内润滑剂。3、润滑剂,用于高档润滑油配合剂、金属切削及轧制薄钢板的润滑剂。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种季戊四醇硬脂酸酯的制备方法。

一种季戊四醇硬脂酸酯的制备方法,其特征在于,以季戊四醇和硬脂酸为原料,在固体催化剂氧化锌的作用下,进行酯化反应,过滤制得季戊四醇异硬脂酸酯,季戊四醇与硬脂酸的重量比为1:5-8。
本发明合成的季戊四醇硬脂酸酯,产品质量稳定,具有良好的生物降解性和低挥发性。
