Abstract

本发明涉及一种铝酸钙粉,其配方按重量百分比为:一水硬铝石60~62%、石灰石37~42%;各配方之和为100%。采用上述配方加工铝酸钙粉的工艺为:(1)按照配比将各原料称量备用;(2)将各原料分别研磨成粉状,过筛混匀;(3)将混匀的各配方原料与30~35度温水按1:1.5比例搅拌,使其充分融合;(4)将充分融合后的混合料放入炉内煅烧,温度为1120~1150℃,保持30分钟,得可粒状铝酸钙;(5)将上述可粒状铝酸钙用磨机研磨,过180目筛子,得铝酸钙粉。本发明通过改变原料配比和加工工艺,有效解决了传统铝酸钙粉生产过程中出现的原料一水硬铝石和石灰石融合不充分、反应时间较长、消耗能源较多等问题。

一种铝酸钙粉
技术领域
 本发明属于化工领域,特别涉及一种铝酸钙粉。 
背景技术
铝酸钙粉主要应用在净水剂生产、防火材料、建筑抗裂防水等领域,净水剂的消费量约占消费总量的70%,防火材料的使用比例占15%,建筑抗裂防水的使用比例在10%左右,其他占5%。随着国家对环保治理要求的进一步提高,其使用量仍将大幅度提高。该产品市场前景越来越广阔。特别是近20年来,各工业部门的新工艺、新技术、新装备不断涌现,推动了铝酸钙粉的发展和变革。铝酸钙粉的主要成份为CaO、AL2O3、Fe2O3,具有较强的活性,采用铝酸钙粉作为净水剂原料可节省大量人力、电力、又能较大的降低成本。同时铝酸钙粉又是生产净水剂碱式氯化铝和聚氯化铝的理想原料。但是目前市场上很多铝酸钙粉普遍性能较差,CaO的含量高达31%以上,应用时得到的CaLC量沉淀多,其沉淀渣造成污染,且生产过程中能源消耗大等问题。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种按新配方生产的铝酸钙粉,该铝酸钙粉中CaO的含量比普通的铝酸钙粉少很多,CaLC量沉淀少,能源消耗也相对降低。 
一种铝酸钙粉,其配方按重量百分比为:一水硬铝石60~62%、石灰石37~42%;各配方之和为100%。 
采用上述配方加工铝酸钙粉的工艺为: 
(1)按照上述配比将需用量原料称量备用;
(2)将备好的原料分别研磨成粉状,过150目筛,然后混匀;
(3)将混匀的各配方原料与30~35度温水按1:1.5比例搅拌,使混合料相互充分融合;
(4)将充分融合后的混合料放入炉内煅烧,温度为1120~1150℃,保持30分钟得可粒状铝酸钙;
(5)将上述可粒状铝酸钙用磨机研磨,过180目筛子,得高铝低钙铝酸钙粉。
本发明通过改变原料配比和降低生产过程中的煅烧温度,增加“加水熟化”工序,有效解决了传统铝酸钙粉生产过程中出现的原料铝矿土和石灰石融合不充分、反应时间较长、消耗能源较多等问题。提高了资源利用率,减少环境污染,降低了产品成本,有利于产业发展和实现低碳经济。

具体实施方式
铝酸钙粉是一种灰白色粉末状工业中间产品,主要用于生产净水剂聚合氯化铝、硫酸铝、铝酸钠等铝盐的产品,也可广泛用作净水剂的原材料,还可用于耐火材料等。但普通的铝酸钙粉为低铝高钙,性能差且碳酸钙沉淀特别多,跟不上工业生产的需要。目前市场上普遍使用的铝酸钙为高钙低铝,CaO的含量高达31%以上,净水剂厂家得到的CaLC量沉淀多,净水剂的铝含量低,而用高铝低钙净水剂厂家直接使用高铝低钙铝酸钙粉,不加其它含铝物生产出的净水剂,收得率高,净水效果好、排渣少,是很理想的净水剂原料。 
本发明根据市场发展的需要,研制出一种新的铝酸钙粉配方及其加工工艺。该铝酸钙粉配方按重量百分比为:一水硬铝石60~62%、石灰石37~42%;各配方之和为100%。 
采用上述配方加工铝酸钙粉的工艺为: 
(1)按照上述配比将需用量原料称量备用;
(2)将备好的原料分别研磨成粉状,过150目筛,然后混匀;
(3)将混匀的各配方原料与30~35度温水按1:1.5比例搅拌,使混合料相互充分融合;
(4)将充分融合后的混合料放入炉内煅烧,温度为1120~1150℃,保持30分钟,得可粒状铝酸钙;
(5)将上述块状铝酸钙用磨机研磨,过180目筛子,得高铝低钙铝酸钙粉。

采用本发明配方生产出的高铝低钙铝酸钙粉与普通铝酸钙粉的技术指标对比:

本发明通过改变其原料配方比例、降低煅烧温度、增加“加水均化”等技术,将产品中氧化铝(以Al2O3计)含量达到58.51%,可溶氧化铝(以Al2O3计)含量达到58.10%,氧化钙(CaO)含量保持在28.10%,最终实现“高铝低钙”的目的,大大提高了产品质量。

1.一种铝酸钙粉,其特征在于:该铝酸钙粉的配方按重量百分比为:一水硬铝石60~62%、石灰石37~42%;各配方之和为100%;
采用上述配方加工铝酸钙粉的工艺为:
按照上述配比将需用量原料称量备用;
将备好的原料分别研磨成粉状,过150目筛,然后混匀;
将混匀的各配方原料与30~35度温水按1:1.5比例搅拌,使混合料相互充分融合;
将充分融合后的混合料放入炉内煅烧,温度为1120~1150℃,保持30分钟,得可粒状铝酸钙;
将上述块状铝酸钙用磨机研磨,过180目筛子,得高铝低钙铝酸钙粉。
