本发明涉及一种挖掘机行走马达溢流阀。该挖掘机行走马达溢流阀,包括螺堵,螺堵上设置溢流阀体,该溢流阀体的右端安装阀体端盖,螺堵的右端设置活塞,螺堵内从左向右依次设置弹簧座、缓冲座,弹簧通过弹簧座分别置于弹簧座及缓冲座的外侧,缓冲座内设有阀芯,该阀芯穿过活塞置于溢流阀体的右端的端口处。本发明提供了一种针对挖掘机行走马达使用的,集缓冲、系统保护于一体的新型溢流安全保护阀。该产品通过独到的设计理念及液压系统仿真,实现比较精细的系统液压缓冲和溢流模式下的液流调整。使挖掘机行走马达工作更加稳定、可靠、柔和。

Description

一种挖掘机行走马达溢流阀
(一)        技术领域
    本发明涉及工程机械挖掘机液压行走马达产品,特别是一种挖掘机行走马达溢流阀。
(二)        背景技术
借鉴进口韩系挖掘机行走马达用同类产品,进行长期使用、试验,在充分消化、吸收他们产品基础上,进行设计理念创新,结构设计创新,从而开发出一种适合挖掘机使用的溢流阀产品。该装置借鉴、整合国外同类产品,独立完成设计,适用于挖掘机液压行走马达,能完全替代进口品牌,是一种新型的结构创新产品。
(三)        发明内容
    本发明提供了一种结构简单、使用方便的挖掘机行走马达溢流阀,该溢流阀马达逐渐建压,平稳加速,动作柔和。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的: 
一种挖掘机行走马达溢流阀,包括螺堵,其特殊之处在于:螺堵上设置溢流阀体,该溢流阀体的右端安装阀体端盖,螺堵的右端设置活塞,螺堵内从左向右依次设置弹簧座、缓冲座,弹簧通过弹簧座分别置于弹簧座及缓冲座的外侧,缓冲座内设有阀芯,该阀芯穿过活塞置于溢流阀体的右端的端口处。
本发明的挖掘机行走马达溢流阀,弹簧座上设置垫圈A,缓冲座上设置垫圈B,螺堵、活塞、阀体端盖上均设置凹槽,该凹槽内分别安装O型圈,阀体端盖上O型圈A的两端分别设置挡圈,溢流阀体的外侧的凹槽内设置O型圈B。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明专利提供了一种针对挖掘机行走马达使用的,集缓冲、系统保护于一体的新型溢流安全保护阀。该产品通过独到的设计理念及液压系统仿真,实现比较精细的系统液压缓冲和溢流模式下的液流调整。使挖掘机行走马达工作更加稳定、可靠、柔和。

(五)        具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括包括螺堵1,螺堵1上设置溢流阀体5,该溢流阀体5的右端安装阀体端盖12,螺堵1的右端设置活塞9,螺堵1内从左向右依次设置弹簧座3、缓冲座6,弹簧4通过弹簧座3分别置于弹簧座3及缓冲座6的外侧,缓冲座6内设有阀芯11,该阀芯11穿过活塞9置于溢流阀体5的右端的端口处。弹簧座3上设置垫圈A2,缓冲座6上设置垫圈B8,螺堵1、活塞9、阀体端盖12上均设置凹槽,该凹槽内分别安装O型圈7,10,13,阀体端盖12上O型圈A13的两端分别设置挡圈14,溢流阀体5的外侧的凹槽内设置O型圈B7, 螺堵1的凹槽内设置O型圈C10。
该溢流阀工作时有四段工作模式:
(一)初始动作,产生溢流;目的:吸收液压冲击,保护马达正常工作。
当系统开始工作,由A口来油,当压力作用在阀芯11端面,超过序号弹簧4压力时,阀芯11向左移动,液压油由B口流出,完成系统卸荷;
同时,液压油按箭头方向,由节流油孔a流向节流油孔b再通过节流油孔c流入活塞9左侧,推动活塞9移动,直至右端;
此时缓冲座6左端建压,通过缓冲座6推动阀芯11右移,关闭阀门,完成一次卸荷缓冲。
(二)梯次开启卸荷,使平稳加速,实现动作柔和操作。此动作为(一)初始动作的中间过程。
当A口来油,油液还没有通过b口流入,在活塞9左侧建压之前,首先在阀芯11左侧建压,同时由于缓冲座6左侧随时储备有油液,当阀芯11向左移动时,缓冲座6左侧油液产生缓冲作用,使阀芯11不能一次移动到底,而是逐渐开启卸荷。从而实现马达逐渐建压,平稳加速,动作更加柔和。
(三)超压卸荷,系统保护
超压卸荷前系统正常工作时,阀芯11左侧压力为液压油作用在阀芯11截面S2的力F2和弹簧作用力F1之和,阀芯11右侧压力为液压油作用在阀芯11截面S3的力F3。
因S3>S2,当系统压力升高,F3>F1+F2时,阀芯11左移,实现系统卸荷,起到卸荷保护作用。
(四)溢流阀的复位功能
挖掘机反向操作,或突然停车时,B口由于系统来油或是挖掘机惯性作用产生高压,同时A口压力急剧下降或产生负压;
此时液压油通过B口流入活塞9右侧,推动活塞9左移,同时将活塞9左侧油液按箭头指示方向挤出,流出A口,实现溢流阀复位。

1.一种挖掘机行走马达溢流阀,包括螺堵(1),其特征在于:螺堵(1)上设置溢流阀体(5),该溢流阀体(5)的右端安装阀体端盖(12),螺堵(1)的右端设置活塞(9),螺堵(1)内从左向右依次设置弹簧座(3)、缓冲座(6),弹簧(4)通过弹簧座(3)分别置于弹簧座(3)及缓冲座(6)的外侧,缓冲座(6)内设有阀芯(11),该阀芯(11)穿过活塞(9)置于溢流阀体(5)的右端的端口处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挖掘机行走马达溢流阀,其特征在于:弹簧座(3)上设置垫圈A(2),缓冲座(6)上设置垫圈B(8),螺堵(1)、活塞(9)、阀体端盖(12)上均设置凹槽,该凹槽内分别安装O型圈(7,10,13),阀体端盖(12)上O型圈A(13)的两端分别设置挡圈(14),溢流阀体(5)的外侧的凹槽内设置O型圈B(7)。
