Abstract

本发明涉及一种垂直轴风力发电机风叶连接装置,本发明的目的在于,提供一种垂直轴风力发电机风叶连接装置,采用自润滑轴套,保证垂直轴风力发电机风叶与支承臂的连接部位有较好的耐磨性和使用寿命,又能降低成本。本发明的目的是这样实现的:该装置由支承臂、风叶支架、定位销、自润滑轴套、开口销组成,其特征是:定位销安装在风叶支架上,支承臂通过自润滑轴套与定位销组合在一起,可绕自润滑轴套作相对转动,开口销装在定位销上。本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:提高了垂直轴风力发电机风叶与支承臂的连接部位的耐磨性和延长了风力发电机的使用寿命,又大大降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种垂直轴风力发电机风叶连接装置,属于机械制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有垂直轴风力发电机风叶与支承臂的连接大多采用活节连接,需用滚动轴承,不仅成本很高,还会为后续的维护保养及维修带来困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种垂直轴风力发电机风叶连接装置,采用自润滑轴套,保证垂直轴风力发电机风叶与支承臂的连接部位有较好的耐磨性和使用寿命,又能降低成本。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:该装置由支承臂、风叶支架、定位销、自润滑轴套、开口销组成,其特征是:定位销安装在风叶支架上,支承臂通过自润滑轴套与定位销组合在一起,可绕自润滑轴套作相对转动,开口销装在定位销上。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:提高了垂直轴风力发电机风叶与支承臂的连接部位的耐磨性和延长了风力发电机的使用寿命,又大大降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明的结构进行进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,该装置由支承臂2、风叶支架4、定位销5、自润滑轴套6、开口销7组成,定位销5安装在风叶支架上,支承臂2通过自润滑轴套6与定位销5组合在一起,可绕自润滑轴套6作相对转动,开口销7装在定位销5上。。
