本发明涉及一种聚氨酯防水涂料预聚体的制备方法。本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯防水涂料预聚体的制备方法。所述的预聚体的合成方法是:在反应釜中加入10-50%的混合聚醚、10%的增塑剂,进行除水脱水处理。加入8%的MDI,在70—100℃搅拌反应一定时间,降温至40℃以下,出料,密封保存。

一种聚氨酯防水涂料预聚体的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯防水涂料预聚体的制备方法。
背景技术
涂料市场在亚太地区近年较红火,新世纪初亚太地区的涂料和油漆将从上世纪90年代的550万t增加到660万t,估计到2010年将增加到1200万t。中国的涂料和油漆的消费量占这一市场的25%,发展前景广阔,需求增长最快的为聚氨酯涂料。
    2007 年4 月5 日,铁道部科学技术司根据国外高速铁路桥梁防水层的应用情况、最新试验研究结果以及目前施工单位在施工防水层过程中所反映的意见,对客运专线,尤其是高速客运专线上的聚氨醋防水涂料提出了更高的要求,要求其强度不低于6.0MPa ,断裂延伸率需在450% 以上,而现在市面上的绝大多数聚氨酶防水涂料都很难达到这个要求。
目前国内聚氨酯防水涂料的发展动向:(1)降低聚氨酯的生产成本,依然是各厂商面临的大问题, 目前市场上沥青型聚氨酯防水涂料性能优越,价格较低,更受到用户的青睐,所以改性沥青聚氨酯仍是科研的主攻方向。(2)走“环保型涂料”的道路,按照国际环境保护法的规定,以经济(Economy)、效率(Eficieny)、生态(Enology)、能源(Energy)为发展涂料工业的4个原则,发展水性化、粉末化、高固化、低VOC含量的环保型聚氨酯防水涂料。(3)开发特种功能的聚氨酯防水涂料。国产的聚氨酯防水涂料大多是深色,仅起防水作用,可加大科研投入,采用先进技术研制高装饰性的防水涂料。
    目前国内聚氨酯防水涂料有单组分和双组分两种形式。与双组分聚氨酯防水涂料相比,单组分环保型聚氨酯防水涂料施工上更简单,操作更方便,涂料中不含游离的TDI,气味小,利于环保和施工人员的健康,市场需求量日益增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯防水涂料预聚体的制备方法。其中:所述的异氰酸酯为MDI;聚醚多元醇分子量一般为1000~4000,一般情况是二官能度及三官能度聚醚多元醇、高分子量及低分子量聚醚多元醇以一定配比使用,以调节固结体的物理性能,来保证单组分聚氨酯防水涂料满足一定的强度和弹性,从理论上讲,二官能聚醚在混合聚醚中所占比例越大,伸长率增加,拉伸强度下降。其重量范围为20%~70%。
    所述的预聚体的合成:在反应釜中按比例加入二官能度和三官能度的聚醚、增塑剂,进行除水脱水处理。当体系中的含水量达到要求后加入MDI,在70—100℃反应一定时间,降温至40℃以下,出料,密封保存。
    上述技术中,采用MDI取代有毒昂贵的TDI,有利于工业上的安全防护和操作人员的身体健康。
具体实施方式
实施例1
预聚体的合成:在反应釜中加入30%的聚醚、10%的增塑剂,进行除水脱水处理。当体系中的含水量达到要求后加入8%的MDI,在70—100℃搅拌反应一定时间,降温至40℃以下,出料,密封保存。
实施例2
预聚体的合成:在反应釜中加入10%的聚醚、10%的增塑剂,进行除水脱水处理。当体系中的含水量达到要求后加入8%的MDI,在70—100℃搅拌反应一定时间,降温至40℃以下,出料,密封保存。
实施例3
预聚体的合成:在反应釜中加入20%的聚醚、10%的增塑剂,进行除水脱水处理。当体系中的含水量达到要求后加入8%的MDI,在70—100℃搅拌反应一定时间,降温至40℃以下,出料,密封保存。
实施例4
预聚体的合成:在反应釜中加入40%的聚醚、10%的增塑剂,进行除水脱水处理。当体系中的含水量达到要求后加入8%的MDI,在70—100℃搅拌反应一定时间,降温至40℃以下,出料,密封保存。
实施例4
预聚体的合成:在反应釜中加入50%的聚醚、10%的增塑剂,进行除水脱水处理。当体系中的含水量达到要求后加入8%的MDI,在70—100℃搅拌反应一定时间,降温至40℃以下,出料,密封保存。

1.一种聚氨酯防水涂料预聚体的制备方法,其特征在于:在反应釜中加入10-50%的聚醚、10%的增塑剂,进行除水脱水处理;加入8%的异氰酸酯,在70—100℃搅拌反应一定时间,降温至40℃以下,出料,密封保存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯防水涂料预聚体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的聚醚为混合聚醚多元醇;聚醚多元醇分子量一般为1000~4000,一般情况是二官能度及三官能度聚醚多元醇、高分子量及低分子量聚醚多元醇以一定配比使用,以调节固结体的物理性能,来保证单组分聚氨酯防水涂料满足一定的强度和弹性,二官能聚醚在混合聚醚中所占重量百分比为20%~70%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯防水涂料预聚体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的异氰酸酯为MDI。
