背景技术:
咽炎有急性咽炎和慢性咽炎之分,急性咽炎为咽部黏膜及黏膜下组织的急性炎症,需要及时就医诊治;慢性咽炎是粘膜慢性炎症,以咽部不适、发干、有异物感或轻度疼痛、干咳、恶心,咽部充血呈暗红色,多见成年人,且病程长、易复发,在用药物治疗的同时,还可以选择消炎茶来进行辅助治疗,市场上常见到的有藤茶、金银花茶、七叶参茶和姜茶等,其对慢性咽炎有一定的辅助治疗作用,但是该类茶性凉不宜长期饮用,而且功能单一,例如中国专利200910172432.X公开的一种治疗慢性咽炎的保健茶及其制备方法,其以百合、枇杷叶、冬凌草、薄荷、竹叶、金银花、茵陈、艾叶、绿茶和蜂蜜为原料,经粉碎、煎熬、搅拌、烘干、制粒等工艺精制而成,能够消除咽喉部位炎症、生津止咳和化痰消肿,对慢性咽炎有一定的疗效,但是该保健茶治标不治本,只能够单纯实现降火消炎和化痰消肿的作用,没有抗病毒和抑菌的功效,也不能强心安神、补虚健体;另有一种神农金康莓茶,其具有清热解毒、杀菌消炎的功效,对急慢性炎症也具有一定的疗效。
我国拥有丰富的海洋植物资源,其中以各类海藻为主,大体包括硅藻、红藻、蓝藻、褐藻、甲藻和绿藻等11门,其中近百种可食用,但是当前对海洋生物资源的利用很不充分,现有技术中以海藻类植物为原料进行相关产品开发的技术较为少见,更未见有充分利用海藻类植物的药用价值而研究开发出的相关产品。蜈蚣藻,生于外海及浪较大的中潮带岩石上或石沼中,我国沿海地区均有分布,其含有的硫酸多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化以及增强机体免疫力等作用,其对喉炎、咽炎和肠炎具有良好的治疗作用,因此本发明以蜈蚣藻为原料,配以其他辅料,经大量配比实验及科学论证,寻求设计一种蜈蚣藻茶的制备方法,用于咽炎的预防保健和日常治疗。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计提供一种蜈蚣藻茶制备方法,选用丝状眉藻和红毛藻作为主要原料,配以大枣、川乌、杏仁和山羊角等其他辅料,经科学加工制成用于辅助治疗咽炎的饮品茶,并具有抗病毒、抗氧化和抑菌的效果,同时能够增强人体免疫力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的蜈蚣藻茶制备方法具体包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将检验、挑选出来的新鲜蜈蚣藻在细纱网上用淡水进行抓洗2-4次,滤干后晾晒3-5天以去腥,再用机械或手工将蜈蚣藻切断成20~50mm的小段,放置在恒温30~60℃条件下烘干至含水分重量百分比为15~25%作为蜈蚣藻原料;
(2)对成品三角草进行挑选、去根,并切断成20-50mm的小段备用,对成品槐米控温60-90℃烘炒至含水分重量百分比10-15%备用,筛选成品晒干的姜皮与苦瓜干分别粉碎成15-40mm的小段备用,将干品莲子研末后过40-60目筛备用,将新鲜采摘的金银花于芦席上摊开通风晾晒1-2天,忌暴晒,晒至九成干后去杂、挑拣并剪切成30-60mm的小段备用;
