本发明公开了吸附顶升旋转机构,包括气缸和旋转盘,所述气缸固定于底板底部,所述底板上设置有若干导杆,所述导杆顶端与顶板固定连接,所述顶板上方固定有回转气缸,所述回转气缸上方设置有旋转盘,所述旋转盘顶端设置有若干吸嘴。本发明平稳的组件旋转顶升,灵活性好,适合各种生产环节要求的不同旋转顶升。

本发明涉及一种太阳能生产线设备领域,具体涉及一种吸附顶升旋转机构。
背景技术
现有技术需要两位操作人员才能操作,并且在操作中容易产生偏移,不利于生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种吸附顶升旋转机构,本发明平稳的组件旋转顶升,灵活性好,适合各种生产环节要求的不同旋转顶升。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
吸附顶升旋转机构,包括气缸和旋转盘,所述气缸1固定于底板底部,所述底板上设置有若干导杆,所述导杆 顶端与顶板固定连接,所述顶板上方固定有回转气缸,所述回转气缸上方设置有旋转盘,所述旋转盘顶端设置有若干吸嘴。
进一步的,所述旋转盘顶端还设置有若干牛筋垫。
进一步的,所述底板与导杆之间设置有直线轴承。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明可实现支撑组件180旋转,这样人员操作只需站在一侧即可完成,无需两侧都站人来操作。另外通过吸盘吸附组件使组件稳定不偏移,并通过顶升使组件离开传输平台;通过回转气缸实现不同角度的旋转。这样能实现平稳的组件旋转顶升,灵活性好,适合各种生产环节要求的不同旋转顶升。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图并结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
参照图1所示,吸附顶升旋转机构,包括气缸1和旋转盘7,所述气缸1固定于底板3底部,所述底板3上设置有若干导杆4,所述导杆 4顶端与顶板5固定连接,所述顶板5上方固定有回转气缸6,所述回转气缸6上方设置有旋转盘7,所述旋转盘7顶端设置有若干吸嘴9。
进一步的,所述旋转盘7顶端还设置有若干牛筋垫8。
进一步的,所述底板3与导杆4之间设置有直线轴承2。
本实施例的工作原理如下:
气缸1和直线轴承2都安装在底板3上,导杆4和直线轴承2配合起到顶升导向作用,气缸1杆和顶板5连接。回转气缸6底端安装在顶板5上,回转气缸6顶端安装在旋转盘7上,回转气缸6旋转带动旋转盘7旋转实现组件旋转 。牛筋垫8和吸嘴9都安装在旋转盘7上,实现吸附稳定组件。通过上面一些列动作实现吸附、顶升和旋转。

1.吸附顶升旋转机构,其特征在于:包括气缸(1),所述气缸(1)固定于底板(3)底部,所述底板(3)上设置有若干个导杆(4),所述导杆(4)顶端与顶板(5)固定连接,所述顶板(5)上方固定有回转气缸(6),所述回转气缸(6)上方设置有旋转盘(7),所述旋转盘(7)顶端设置有若干吸嘴(9),所述旋转盘(7)顶端还设置有若干牛筋垫(8),所述底板(3)与导杆(4)之间设置有直线轴承(2)。
