Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a furniture decorative plate, in particular to a stone-like furniture decorative plate.
Background
With the acceleration of the modern construction of China and the improvement and improvement of the living standard of people, the construction business of the indoor environment of China has a great progress, people continuously improve the consciousness of the environmental pollution of rooms, but the overall level is still not optimistic, the indoor air pollution is still one of the main killers harmful to the health of human bodies, and the enhancement of the treatment is not slow enough. According to introduction, the main pollution sources of indoor environment in China at present come from buildings, decorations and furniture, and the excessive pollution of formaldehyde, benzene and ammonia gas seriously affects the health of people. The home decoration is inevitable, and paint coating and wooden furniture are ubiquitous. The existing coating products in the current market can not adsorb harmful gas, can not adsorb some indoor harmful gas with high concentration, and can not meet the requirements of people on life quality.
Modern scientific analysis proves that the shell powder is rich in various elements, the shellfish seafood is a favorite food for people, but a large amount of shells left become garbage which is difficult to decompose and treat. The shell is rich in calcium carbonate, and the shell solution can replace the traditional chemical disinfectant used by hospitals for a long time, so that the disinfection effect is good, and no chemical pollution is caused to the environment. This "shell solution", although very basic, does not corrode or even harm human skin as does other basic solutions. This is because the shellfish lives in seawater, which dissolves many mineral components that inhibit corrosion, so the "shell solution" is also a safe household disinfectant, especially suitable for disinfecting and sterilizing kitchens, bathrooms and toilets.
Formaldehyde is used as a binder in a large amount in room decoration and furniture manufacturing, but is a volatile chemical substance, and can naturally have adverse effects on human bodies after being inhaled, and even can induce cancers. The shell powder wall coating can reduce the formaldehyde concentration in a room to one fifth of the original formaldehyde concentration in a short time, and can absorb other harmful components emitted by various chemical coatings, thereby ensuring that the harmful chemical components in the indoor air are controlled at a low level. The electron microscope shows that the shell powder contains many small holes, and once the volatile substance formaldehyde enters the small holes, the calcium carbonate peculiar to the shells decomposes the volatile substance formaldehyde into elements such as hydrogen and carbon dioxide which are harmless to human bodies.
The method disclosed by the invention completely eliminates the defect of adding a large amount of chemical raw materials in the original coating production process regardless of the selection of raw materials or the flow of the manufacturing process, avoids secondary pollution of indoor wall decoration, is environment-friendly and low-carbon, and has stronger and more remarkable capability of adsorbing and decomposing harmful gases.
