技术领域
本发明是一种糙米脱皮设备,具体的说就是保留胚芽的糙米精磨设备。
背景技术
胚芽米是保留米的胚芽部分,其他部分则与白米完全相同的一种米。其实米最重要的中心部分为胚芽,米所具有的种种营养就集中在于此地,也可以说是营养的宝库。胚芽米原来是有企业标准规定为:胚芽留存率达到80%,留存量达到30%,糊粉层及以外的米糠层去净率达到国家标准原为75%(现为90%)以上,但一般企业工艺生产都很难达标。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自动化程度高、性能达到企业标准的胚芽米机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
它主要包括架体⑴、丝杠⑵、进米机构⑶、起升机构⑷、磨米机购⑸、电机⑹、出料口⑺、刮米器⑻、米糠收集机构⑼、螺母⑽、控制机构⑾组成。
它的工作原理是这样的:
将两个螺母⑽分别装入进米机构⑶、磨米机购⑸的相应位置并连接紧固,
将两个起升机构⑷分别装入进米机构⑶、磨米机购⑸的相应位置并连接紧固。将进米机构⑶、磨米机购⑸分别安装在架体⑴的滑槽内,将两根丝杠⑵跟别旋入两个螺母⑽内并与架体⑴连接,进米机构⑶位于A工位的右侧,磨米机购⑸位于B工位的左侧,将电机⑹的输出轴穿入丝杠⑵内并与架体⑴连接紧固,将刮米器⑻A、B两个工位的上下两端,将米糠收集机构⑼安装在磨米机购⑸上平面的相应位置。
它的工作动作过程是这样的:
系统通电,进米机构⑶将糙米均匀的平铺在A工位后在起升机构⑷的作用下提升10mm,同时磨米机购⑸在起升机构⑷的作用下提升高度要超过提升后的进米机构⑶,两个电机⑹同时转动通过丝杠⑵、螺母⑽分别带动进米机构⑶和磨米机购⑸移动,进米机构⑶由A工位向B工位移动,磨米机购⑸由B工位向A工位移动,到位后自动停止,进米机构⑶、磨米机购⑸同时下行,磨米机购⑸运转磨米,同时进米机构⑶将糙米均匀的平铺在B工位,动作完成后进米机构⑶、磨米机购⑸在起升机构⑷的作用下同时上行,米糠收集机构⑼运转将磨米机购⑸产生的米糠吸走,A工位刮米器⑻将磨好的胚芽米刮入出料口⑺的槽内通过出料口⑺进入到收集容器内,通过磨出的胚芽米的质量,可通过控制机构⑾对压力、速度等参数进行微量调整。
本发明的有益效果是:
实现较高程度的自动化,可以较完整的将胚芽保留,不污染环境。

1.一种胚芽米精磨机,由架体、丝杠、进米机构、起升机构、磨米机构、电机、出料口、刮米器、米糠收集机构、螺母、控制机构组成,将两个螺母分别装入进米机构、磨米机构的相应位置并连接紧固,将两个起升机构分别装入进米机构、磨米机构的相应位置并连接紧固,将进米机构、磨米机构分别安装在架体的滑槽内,将两根丝杠分别旋入两个螺母内并与架体连接,进米机构位于A工位的右侧,磨米机构位于B工位的左侧,将电机的输出轴穿入丝杠内并与架体连接紧固,将刮米器安装在A、B两个工位的上下两端,将米糠收集机构安装在磨米机构上平面的相应位置。
