Abstract
本发明涉及一种蓄电池注酸用漏斗盖,包括漏斗罩与罩盖。其创新之处在于带扇形缺口的漏斗罩与扇形活动罩盖通过卡柱配合,在电池注酸时可以将罩盖旋开,让酸注入,注酸完毕后直接将罩盖旋闭,有效防止酸液的外溢;漏斗罩外圆外侧设有卡筋,可以直接与注酸漏斗配合卡紧。本发明避免了员工注酸前后装卸漏斗盖的烦琐,方便员工操作,大大提高了注酸效率。

本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池生产中注酸用漏斗,具体是一种蓄电池注酸用漏斗盖。
背景技术
蓄电池注酸生产过程中使用的漏斗一般要装上漏斗盖,现有的漏斗盖为一整体结构。在注酸时,操作员工需要将盖子拿下来,对蓄电池进行注酸,待酸注好后,再逐一安装在注酸漏斗上,操作麻烦,效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种操作方便,效率提高的蓄电池注酸用漏斗盖。
本发明的技术方案是:蓄电池注酸用漏斗盖主要由漏斗罩和罩盖构成,漏斗罩有一扇形缺口,罩盖为覆盖于扇形缺口上的活动式扇形块,两者由位于漏斗罩中心处的卡柱活动连接。
所述扇形缺口的扇形角为60°~120°。
该漏斗盖装在注酸漏斗上,通过漏斗盖周围的卡筋与漏斗口内壁紧配合。注酸时,将罩盖旋开,让酸注入;注酸完毕,再将罩盖旋闭,以防止酸液的外溢。漏斗盖不需要拿下来,减少操作麻烦,提高工作效率,还利于减少污染。

参见附图,蓄电池注酸用漏斗盖主要由漏斗罩1和罩盖2构成,漏斗罩1上有一个扇形角为110°的扇形缺口,缺口上覆盖的罩盖2为活动式扇形块,两者由位于漏斗罩中心处的卡柱4连接,漏斗罩周围设有四道均匀分布的卡筋3。

1.一种蓄电池注酸用漏斗盖,其特征是主要由漏斗罩和罩盖构成,漏斗罩有一扇形缺口,罩盖为覆盖于扇形缺口上的活动式扇形块,两者由位于漏斗罩中心处的卡柱活动连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的蓄电池注酸用漏斗盖,其特征是所述扇形缺口的扇形角为60°~120°。
