Abstract

本发明涉及一种蓄电池,包括壳体、设于壳体内的蓄电元件、设于壳体上的连接柱、与连接柱相连的连接端子,所述蓄电元件上设有连接头,所述连接柱与连接头相连,所述壳体上设有沉孔,所述连接柱与连接端子的连接部位于沉孔内,所述沉孔内填充有环氧树脂,所述壳体上设有一卡槽,所述连接端子包括与连接柱相连的平板部、用于与外部设备连接的L形连接板、与卡槽卡扣的扣接部,所述平板部、L形连接板及扣接部一体相连设置,所述L形连接板、扣接部位于连接柱的侧边。

一种蓄电池
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蓄电池。
背景技术
如图1所示,包括壳体1’、设于壳体1’内的蓄电元件2’、设于壳体上连通蓄电元件2’的连接柱3’、与连接柱3’相连的连接端子4’,壳体1’上设有沉孔11’,沉孔11’内填充有环氧树脂5’,所述蓄电元件2’连通有一用于添加电解液的添加柱21’,所述添加柱21’伸出壳体1’外。连接端子用于与外部的设备连接提供电能,由于在连接时往往会施加外力,这样连接端子的稳固就显得比较重要,特别其与连接柱的连接部容易受到外力的扭动而断裂,甚至会导致连接柱与蓄电元件之间的连接断裂,这样就会损坏蓄电池。现有的做法往往是在将连接端子设于连接柱上方,通过焊接的方式相连,并且在壳体上设置一个沉孔,将该焊接部置于该沉孔内,然后在沉孔内添加液态环氧树脂,冷却后形成一坚固的保护层,这种做法不仅仅能够使得连接端子与连接柱的焊接部位稳固,也能够防止连接端子晃动,还能够实现对壳体内部的密封,这样就可以比较好地保护壳体内的蓄电元件,从而提高使用寿命。但是这样一来在蓄电池内部空间的利用就会变小,这样蓄电元件也就相应变小,从而导致其容量变小,也即是其容量变小,也即是如果需要加大容量则要加大体积。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种结构简单、能够节约空间以增加蓄电元件容量的蓄电池。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种蓄电池,包括壳体、设于壳体内的蓄电元件、设于壳体上的连接柱、与连接柱相连的连接端子,所述蓄电元件上设有连接头,所述连接柱与连接头相连,所述壳体上设有沉孔,所述连接柱与连接端子的连接部位于沉孔内,所述沉孔内填充有环氧树脂,所述壳体上设有一卡槽,所述连接端子包括与连接柱相连的平板部、用于与外部设备连接的L形连接板、与卡槽卡扣的扣接部,所述平板部、L形连接板及扣接部一体相连设置,所述L形连接板、扣接部位于连接柱的侧边。
进一步的,所述L形连接板包括上板与侧板,所述上板与侧板一体相连设置,所述上板与侧板上分别设有连接孔,所述壳体上位于L形连接板包围的部位内设有一凸块,所述上板与凸块之间或侧板与凸块之间形成可用于卡设螺母的卡置空间。
进一步的,所述壳体上还设有用于添加电解液的复数个注液孔柱,所述壳体上设有一凹槽,所述各注液孔柱位于凹槽内,所述注液孔柱上可拆卸地设有安全阀胶帽,所述壳体上设有用于罩盖凹槽的盖体,所述盖体的中间开设有一通气孔,所述盖体内壁上设有一滤气片,所述滤气片覆盖通气孔。
进一步的,所述上盖的内壁上设有可与凹槽配合以增加密封效果的环形凸环。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本蓄电池通过改变连接端子的形状,从而改变连接端子的设置位置,从而使得壳体内部的可利用空间增大,从而使得蓄电元件的体积增大,使得在不改变壳体大小的情况下,相比原有的蓄电池能够增加容量;进一步的,通过设置凸块,从而使得上板与凸块之间或侧板与凸块之间形成可用于卡设螺母的卡置空间,当需要与外部设备连接时,可以将螺母放入卡置空间内,将利用螺栓穿设的方式锁紧连接端子与外部设备的连接线,而由于螺母是被卡置于卡置空间内,会保持不动,这样就能够方便螺栓的锁紧;进一步的,通过盖体的设置,并且盖体的中间开设有一通气孔,所述盖体内壁上设有一滤气片,所述滤气片覆盖通气孔,该滤气片采用海绵体结构使其能够通气,但是又能够限制气流的进出,由于蓄电元件在工作时会释放氢气、氧气,若不释放很容易会使得壳体胀大甚至爆裂,若直接释放,当位于狭小空间中,很容易使得浓度达到爆炸标准而发生爆炸,因此设置滤气片能够减缓氢气与氧气的释放速度,使之消散在空气之中,防止浓度过大。

现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
参考图2、图3、图4,本实施例提供一种蓄电池,包括壳体1、设于壳体1内的蓄电元件2、设于壳体1上的连接柱3、与连接柱3相连的连接端子4,所述蓄电元件2上设有连接头21,所述连接柱3与连接头21相连,所述壳体1上设有沉孔11,所述连接柱3与连接端子4的连接部位于沉孔11内,所述沉孔11内填充有环氧树脂5,所述壳体1上设有一卡槽12,所述连接端子4包括与连接柱3相连的平板部4a、用于与外部设备连接的L形连接板4b、与卡槽12卡扣的扣接部4c,所述平板部4a、L形连接板4b及扣接部4c一体相连设置,所述L形连接板4b、扣接部位4c于连接柱的侧边,所述L形连接板4b包括上板41与侧板42,所述上板41与侧板42一体相连设置,所述上板41与侧板42上分别设有连接孔43,所述壳体1上位于L形连接板4b包围的部位内设有一凸块13,所述上板41与凸块13之间、侧板42与凸块13之间形成可用于卡设螺母的卡置空间。
所述壳体1上还设有用于添加电解液的复数个注液孔柱6,所述壳体1上设有一凹槽14,所述各注液孔柱6位于凹槽14内,所述注液孔柱6上可拆卸地设有安全阀胶帽7,所述壳体1上设有用于罩盖凹槽的盖体8,所述盖体8的中间开设有一通气孔81,所述盖体8内壁上位于通气孔的周侧设有一圆空心筒82,所述空心圆筒82内设有一滤气片9,所述滤气片9覆盖通气孔81。所述上盖8的内壁上设有可与凹槽14配合以增加密封效果的环形凸环83。
本蓄电池通过改变连接端子的形状,从而改变连接端子的设置位置,从而使得壳体内部的可利用空间增大,从而使得蓄电元件的体积增大,使得在不改变壳体大小的情况下,相比原有的蓄电池能够增加容量;进一步的,通过设置凸块,从而使得上板与凸块之间或侧板与凸块之间形成可用于卡设螺母的卡置空间,当需要与外部设备连接时,可以将螺母放入卡置空间内,将利用螺栓穿设的方式锁紧连接端子与外部设备的连接线,而由于螺母是被卡置于卡置空间内,会保持不动,这样就能够方便螺栓的锁紧;进一步的,通过盖体的设置,并且盖体的中间开设有一通气孔,所述盖体内壁上设有一滤气片,所述滤气片覆盖通气孔,该滤气片采用海绵体结构使其能够通气,但是又能够限制气流的进出,由于蓄电元件在工作时会释放氢气、氧气,若不释放很容易会使得壳体胀大甚至爆裂,若直接释放,当位于狭小空间中,很容易使得浓度达到爆炸标准而发生爆炸,因此设置滤气片能够减缓氢气与氧气的释放速度,使之消散在空气之中,防止浓度过大。
