技术领域
本发明属于胶粘剂技术领域，更具体是涉及一种新型胶合板用脲醛胶粘剂。
背景技术
由不同纹理方向的单板胶合而成的一种木质人造板。其相邻层单板纹理通常互成90°角。结构多为奇数层，特殊情况下也有制成4层、6层等偶数层的。由于胶合板有变形小、幅面大、施工方便、不易翘曲、横纹抗拉强度大等特点，在家具、车厢、造船、军工、包装及其他工业部门获得广泛应用。
胶合板板在使用及安装时经常需要使用胶粘剂，胶粘剂性能的好坏对于其使用效果有着极为重要的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，提供一种新型胶合板用脲醛胶粘剂。
为达到上述目的，本发明采取了如下的技术方案：
一种新型胶合板用脲醛胶粘剂，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
25%质量浓度甲醛溶液：20～30，聚乙烯醇：6～8，
三乙醇胺：1～3，甲基丙烯酸：3～6，
氢氧化钠：0.2～0.4，水：30～50。
上述技术方案中，所述的新型胶合板用脲醛胶粘剂制备工艺为：按配方，将各种组分混合，搅拌均匀后即可得成品。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有产品性能好、制备工艺简单、成本低廉等有益效果。

一种新型胶合板用脲醛胶粘剂，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
25%质量浓度甲醛溶液：20，聚乙烯醇：6，三乙醇胺：1，
甲基丙烯酸：3，氢氧化钠：0.2，水：30。

一种新型胶合板用脲醛胶粘剂，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
25%质量浓度甲醛溶液：30，聚乙烯醇：8，三乙醇胺：3，
甲基丙烯酸：6，氢氧化钠：0.4，水：50。
实施例3
一种新型胶合板用脲醛胶粘剂，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
25%质量浓度甲醛溶液：26，聚乙烯醇：7，三乙醇胺：2，
甲基丙烯酸：5，氢氧化钠：0.3，水：40。

1.一种新型胶合板用脲醛胶粘剂，其特征在于，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
25%质量浓度甲醛溶液：20～30，聚乙烯醇：6～8，
三乙醇胺：1～3，甲基丙烯酸：3～6，
氢氧化钠：0.2～0.4，水：30～50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型胶合板用脲醛胶粘剂，其特征在于，以重量份计，由以下组分组成：
25%质量浓度甲醛溶液：20，聚乙烯醇：6，三乙醇胺：1，
