Abstract

本发明提供一种胶合板用胶粘剂,包括以下各组分:脲醛树脂、聚醚多元醇、大豆分离蛋白、骨胶、滑石粉、氢氧化钠、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液、木质纤维素、淀粉、防霉剂、交联增强剂、尿素、硼砂。本发明操作简单、实用性强、产品性能好、粘结力强。

胶合板用胶粘剂
技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,具体涉及一种胶合板用胶粘剂。
背景技术
由不同纹理方向的单板胶合而成的一种木质人造板。其相邻层单板纹理通常互成90°角。结构多为奇数层,特殊情况下也有制成4层、6层等偶数层的。由于胶合板有变形小、幅面大、施工方便、不易翘曲、横纹抗拉强度大等特点,在家具、车厢、造船、军工、包装及其他工业部门获得广泛应用。
胶合板板在使用及安装时经常需要使用胶粘剂,胶粘剂性能的好坏对于其使用效果有着极为重要的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种粘结力强的胶合板用胶粘剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种胶合板用胶粘剂,包括以下各组分:脲醛树脂、聚醚多元醇、大豆分离蛋白、骨胶、滑石粉、氢氧化钠、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液、木质纤维素、淀粉、防霉剂、交联增强剂、尿素、硼砂。
进一步地,所述胶粘剂按重量份计算为:脲醛树脂50-70份、聚醚多元醇6-9份、大豆分离蛋白15-20份、骨胶20-30份、滑石粉10-16份、氢氧化钠7-12份、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液25-35份、木质纤维素20-24份、淀粉15-26份、防霉剂2-5份、交联增强剂2-5份、尿素10-14份、硼砂10-17份。
更进一步地,所述胶粘剂按重量份计算为:脲醛树脂59份、聚醚多元醇7份、大豆分离蛋白18份、骨胶25份、滑石粉12份、氢氧化钠9份、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液27份、木质纤维素22份、淀粉20份、防霉剂3份、交联增强剂3份、尿素13份、硼砂15份。
更进一步地,脲醛树脂50份、聚醚多元醇6份、大豆分离蛋白15份、骨胶30份、滑石粉16份、氢氧化钠7份、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液25份、木质纤维素20份、淀粉26份、防霉剂5份、交联增强剂2份、尿素10份、硼砂17份。
更进一步地,脲醛树脂70份、聚醚多元醇9份、大豆分离蛋白20份、骨胶20份、滑石粉10份、氢氧化钠12份、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液35份、木质纤维素24份、淀粉15份、防霉剂2份、交联增强剂5份、尿素14份、硼砂10份。
进一步地,所述的胶粘剂的制备方法为:按配方,将各种组分混合,搅拌均匀后,测得PH值为4.4,即可得合格的成品。

本发明胶合板用胶粘剂,按重量份计算为:脲醛树脂59份、聚醚多元醇7份、大豆分离蛋白18份、骨胶25份、滑石粉12份、氢氧化钠9份、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液27份、木质纤维素22份、淀粉20份、防霉剂3份、交联增强剂3份、尿素13份、硼砂15份。
实施例2
本发明胶合板用胶粘剂,按重量份计算为:脲醛树脂50份、聚醚多元醇6份、大豆分离蛋白15份、骨胶30份、滑石粉16份、氢氧化钠7份、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液25份、木质纤维素20份、淀粉26份、防霉剂5份、交联增强剂2份、尿素10份、硼砂17份。
实施例3
本发明胶合板用胶粘剂,按重量份计算为:脲醛树脂70份、聚醚多元醇9份、大豆分离蛋白20份、骨胶20份、滑石粉10份、氢氧化钠12份、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液35份、木质纤维素24份、淀粉15份、防霉剂2份、交联增强剂5份、尿素14份、硼砂10份。
上述实施例1-3所述的胶粘剂的制备方法为:按配方,将各种组分混合,搅拌均匀后,测得PH值为4.4,即可得合格的成品。

1.一种胶合板用胶粘剂,其特征在于,包括以下各组分:脲醛树脂、聚醚多元醇、大豆分离蛋白、骨胶、滑石粉、氢氧化钠、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液、木质纤维素、淀粉、防霉剂、交联增强剂、尿素、硼砂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶合板用胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂按重量份计算为:脲醛树脂50-70份、聚醚多元醇6-9份、大豆分离蛋白15-20份、骨胶20-30份、滑石粉10-16份、氢氧化钠7-12份、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液25-35份、木质纤维素20-24份、淀粉15-26份、防霉剂2-5份、交联增强剂2-5份、尿素10-14份、硼砂10-17份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的胶合板用胶粘剂,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂按重量份计算为:脲醛树脂59份、聚醚多元醇7份、大豆分离蛋白18份、骨胶25份、滑石粉12份、氢氧化钠9份、甲阶酚醛树脂水溶液27份、木质纤维素22份、淀粉20份、防霉剂3份、交联增强剂3份、尿素13份、硼砂15份。
