Abstract
本发明公开了一种可定位式打胶枪,它包括枪体本体和定位器,所述定位器包括可调定位支架,滑轮和可调节螺钉,所述可调定位支架固定套接在枪体本体上,所述滑轮与可调定位支架连接,所述可调节螺钉设置在可调定位支架的活动弯折处。本发明具有结构简单、操作方便的特点,该发明可以根据边框的高度调整滑轮的位置从而使滑轮沿着边框滑动进行补胶操作,保证硅胶不偏离背板和边框的缝隙,从而减少不必要的返工,达到降本增效的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种打胶枪,具体涉及一种可定位式打胶枪,用于光伏组件生产使用的背板补胶。
背景技术
在光伏组件生产的过程中,背板补胶工序需要使用气动胶枪,但是目前市场上的打胶枪都无法实现定位功能,员工在补交的过程中容易歪斜,无法保证硅胶位置不偏离背板和边框的缝隙。因此造成许多不必要的返工。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种可定位式打胶枪。
技术方案:一种可定位式打胶枪,包括枪体本体和定位器,所述定位器包括可调定位支架,滑轮和可调节螺钉,所述可调定位支架固定套接在枪体本体上,所述滑轮与可调定位支架连接,所述可调节螺钉设置在可调定位支架的活动弯折处。
作为优选,所述滑轮与可调定位支架为活动连接。
作为优选,所述可调节螺钉铆接在可调定位支架的活动弯折处,且个数为2个。
有益效果:本发明具有结构简单、操作方便的特点,该发明可以根据边框的高度调整滑轮的位置从而使滑轮沿着边框滑动进行补胶操作,保证硅胶不偏离背板和边框的缝隙,从而减少不必要的返工,达到降本增效的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明具体实施例进行详细阐述。
如图1所示,一种可定位式打胶枪,包括枪体本体1和定位器,定位器包括可调定位支架2,滑轮3和可调节螺钉4,可调定位支架2固定套接在枪体本体1上,滑轮3与可调定位支架2活动连接,可调节螺钉4铆接在可调定位支架2的活动弯折处,且个数为2个。
在使用过程中,将可调定位支架2活动弯折处的可调节螺钉4松开,来调整可调定位支架2高度和角度,调整好后,拧紧可调节螺钉4,使滑轮3沿着光伏组件边框外侧进行滑动,同时使枪体本体1将胶打出,便可实现定位补胶的功能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可定位式打胶枪,包括枪体本体(1)和定位器,其特征在于:所述定位器包括可调定位支架(2),滑轮(3)和可调节螺钉(4),所述可调定位支架(2)固定套接在枪体本体(1)上,所述滑轮(3)与可调定位支架(2)连接,所述可调节螺钉(4)设置在可调定位支架(2)的活动弯折处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可定位式打胶枪,其特征在于:所述滑轮(3)与可调定位支架(2)为活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可定位式打胶枪,其特征在于:所述可调节螺钉(4)铆接在可调定位支架(2)的活动弯折处,且个数为2个。
