本发明涉及一种饮料的制备方法,特别是一种蕨根保健饮料的制备方法。
背景技术
蕨根,为凤尾蕨科植物蕨的根茎,可清热,利湿。治黄疸,白带,泻痢腹痛,湿疹。蕨根中含有各种矿物质和其他成分,特别是含有较多的类黄酮等抗氧化成分,能够清热解毒,很适合夏季食用。此外,类黄酮对提高身体的抗病能力、预防某些慢性疾病也有一定好处。
目前市场上的饮料,因含有咖啡因等刺激中枢神经的成分,饮用之后,对于人体有危害作用,随着人们生活水平的提高,一斤人们工作生活的工作压力的增大,人们对于健康的要求越来越高,食品即成为人们解压的一种方式,因为,人们需要更多的保健性的食品。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供一种蕨根保健饮料的制备方法。
一种蕨根保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、备料:原料主要有:蕨根、红枣、当归、山楂、金银花、枸杞;所述的各原料的重量分数分别为:
蕨根:10-20; 红枣:10-20; 当归:5-8; 山楂:2-8; 金银花:8-15; 枸杞:5-10
(2)、按照以上重量分数将原料混合,然后置于玻璃容器中,加入300-500份的纯净水,然后进行加热,当温度加热至100℃时,保持半小时左右,然后进行冷却至常温,采用200目滤布进行过滤,得到滤液;
(3)将得到的滤液倒入玻璃容器中,加入蜂蜜和菊花,蜂蜜味1-5份,菊花为1-5份,再次进行加热,同样加热至100℃时,保持半小时左右,然后进行冷却至常温,采用200目滤布进行过滤,得到滤液;
(4)将得到的滤液进行消毒灭菌,然后装罐封装。
上述的蕨根,其作用是清热、利湿、平肝安神、解毒消肿。
红枣的作用是增强人体免疫力、增强肌力、保护肝脏、镇静安神。
当归的作用是益气补血、倦怠乏力、失眠健忘。
本发明的有益效果是组份配比适当,所得的蕨根保健饮料长期饮用,可使人增强免疫力和肌力,有益气补血和倦怠乏力的作用。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
(1)、备料:原料主要有:蕨根、红枣、当归、山楂、金银花、枸杞;所述的各原料的重量分数分别为:
蕨根:10; 红枣:10; 当归:5; 山楂:2; 金银花:8; 枸杞:5
(2)、按照以上重量分数将原料混合,然后置于玻璃容器中,加入300份的纯净水,然后进行加热,当温度加热至100℃时,保持半小时左右,然后进行冷却至常温,采用200目滤布进行过滤,得到滤液;
(3)将得到的滤液倒入玻璃容器中,加入蜂蜜和菊花,蜂蜜味1份,菊花为1份,再次进行加热,同样加热至100℃时,保持半小时左右,然后进行冷却至常温,采用200目滤布进行过滤,得到滤液;
(4)将得到的滤液进行消毒灭菌,然后装罐封装。
实施例2:
(1)、备料:原料主要有:蕨根、红枣、当归、山楂、金银花、枸杞;所述的各原料的重量分数分别为:
蕨根: 15; 红枣:15; 当归: 8; 山楂:5; 金银花:10; 枸杞:5
(2)、按照以上重量分数将原料混合,然后置于玻璃容器中,加入400份的纯净水,然后进行加热,当温度加热至100℃时,保持半小时左右,然后进行冷却至常温,采用200目滤布进行过滤,得到滤液;
(3)将得到的滤液倒入玻璃容器中,加入蜂蜜和菊花,蜂蜜味3份,菊花为3份,再次进行加热,同样加热至100℃时,保持半小时左右,然后进行冷却至常温,采用200目滤布进行过滤,得到滤液;
(4)将得到的滤液进行消毒灭菌,然后装罐封装。
实施例3:
(1)、备料:原料主要有:蕨根、红枣、当归、山楂、金银花、枸杞;所述的各原料的重量分数分别为:
蕨根: 20; 红枣: 20; 当归: 8; 山楂: 8; 金银花: 15; 枸杞: 10
(2)、按照以上重量分数将原料混合,然后置于玻璃容器中,加入500份的纯净水,然后进行加热,当温度加热至100℃时,保持半小时左右,然后进行冷却至常温,采用200目滤布进行过滤,得到滤液;
(3)将得到的滤液倒入玻璃容器中,加入蜂蜜和菊花,蜂蜜味5份,菊花为5份,再次进行加热,同样加热至100℃时,保持半小时左右,然后进行冷却至常温,采用200目滤布进行过滤,得到滤液;
(4)将得到的滤液进行消毒灭菌,然后装罐封装。

1.一种蕨根保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)、备料:原料主要有:蕨根、红枣、当归、山楂、金银花、枸杞;所述的各原料的重量分数分别为:
蕨根:10-20; 红枣:10-20; 当归:5-8; 山楂:2-8; 金银花:8-15; 枸杞:5-10
(2)、按照以上重量分数将原料混合,然后置于玻璃容器中,加入300-500份的纯净水,然后进行加热,当温度加热至100℃时,保持半小时左右,然后进行冷却至常温,采用200目滤布进行过滤,得到滤液;
