Abstract

Description

传动装置
本发明一般是涉及一种传动装置,特别是一种齿轮变速传动装置,在该装置中,止推环组合结构在将齿轮啮合到主轴上的过程中利用一离合装置将已传递给浮置的主轴齿轮上的轴向推力有效的传递给车辆传动装置的主轴上,而不是传递给相邻浮置的主轴齿轮。
以具有浮置传动主轴齿轮为特征的传动装置(例如与一对副轴传动机构联合工作的传动装置)是已知的,它的一些实例可以在专利号3,237,472;3,238,613;3,425,290以及3,885,446等美国专利中找到,这些专利文献作为参考文件被本申请引证。
这类传动装置的一般特征是具有若干个浮置的主轴齿轮,这些齿轮环绕主轴并为一些副轴齿轮所支承和驱动,一般情况为两个副轴齿轮,这两个副轴齿轮安装于配置在主轴两对侧的一对副轴上。
典型的是,借助一个离合机构使主轴齿轮啮合到主轴上,该离合机构沿着主轴轴向方向延伸的外部键槽滑动,并且其具有沿径向向内延伸的齿或键槽,这些齿或键槽与主轴齿轮上的内齿或键槽相啮合,以便当主轴齿轮与主轴啮合时,使主轴产生旋转。
长期以来,一直存在的一个问题是当用一个轴向移动的离合机构将一个浮置的主轴齿轮啮合到主轴上时,会将轴向推力传递给浮置主轴齿轮。为此,在过去的几年中已经有人提出了各种解决方案,以解决向主轴传递轴向推力而不是向相邻于正被啮合到主轴上的齿轮的一个主轴齿轮传递轴向推力,该轴向推力是通过一个轴向移动的离合机构已传递给要啮合到主轴上的一个齿轮上的。
目前这些解决方案基本上采用另外一种类型的齿轮止动器,该齿轮止动器的作用是限制主轴齿轮的轴向移动,因而不管这些主轴齿轮之一是否啮合到主轴上,都能防止它们之间的彼此咬接。
限制传动齿轮轴向移动的止动装置的一个实例公开在2,397,905号的美国专利中,该专利文献作为参考文件被引证,然而为了将一个止动套环锁定在主轴的外部键槽上,以防止齿轮轴向移动,需要一个成本很高及价格昂贵的可作枢轴的半圆键。
一个用于从齿轮传递轴向推力的键槽连接的止推环安置到一个推进器驱动轴上的实例公开在3,894,621号的美国专利中,该公开文献作为本申请的参考文件被引证。其中,键槽连接的止推环52可沿轴上的键槽滑动到在该轴上邻近的一个台肩的一个横向槽中,并且利用一个键槽连接的套环30靠着台肩固定就位。止推环52可有效的将仅一个齿轮的轴向力传递到推进器轴上,除了需要使用套环30外,还需要把推时器轴的外部加工成复杂的台肩结构,从而又增加了成本。
为防止两个间隔很近的齿轮的轴向移动,以避免在其间传递轴向推力的传动主轴齿轮止动器的一个较新的实例公开在4,034,620号美国专利中,该公开文献作为本申请的参考文件被引证。其中,一个止推环104在两个相邻的齿轮之间用键连接到主轴上,并利用止推环两对侧的开口环108,110固定就位。各齿轮还需要具有高成本和复杂的相互配合的榫与槽结构,以便和附加的开口环102协同工作来限制各齿轮彼此分离的移动。
一个最新的、用于将传给一主轴齿轮上的轴向推进力传递给主轴的三止推环组合结构的实例公开在4,949,589号美国专利中,从这篇专利文献中可以看这个到目前为止的改进。该专利已转让给本发明的受让人,该公开文献作为本申请的参考文献被引证。然而,其中三个止推环都需要在主轴的外表面上沿环轴向范围加工出较大宽度的横向槽,以及需要把三个环用一个键固定起来,以便和主轴一起旋转,为了使该健能够在其上贯通滑动,必须从所有三个止推环的键接的内圆中除去一个齿形部分。
与上述解决方案相比,本发明仅需要一个相对较宽的槽并结合两个窄槽,用以在同轴向上容纳三个止推环组合结构,以及仅需要一个键将三个止推环中的中间止推环固定到主轴上,而且,仅需要从一个止推环的键接的内圆中除去一个齿形部分,因而,两个分别位于中间止推环的两对侧的止推环为了各自的卡紧而能够实现在主轴上的键槽连接,并与轴一起旋转,且利用配置在主轴外表面上较窄宽度的横向槽中的止动环来防止使它们彼此分开的轴向移动。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进的止推环组合结构,该组合结构利用一离合机构有选择地将已传递给一对环绕主轴的浮置的主轴齿轮中的一个主轴齿轮的轴向推力传递给车辆传动机构的主轴。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有改进的止推环组合结构的车辆传动装置,该传动装置利用一离合装置在将齿轮啮合到主轴上的过程中有选择地将已传递给一对环绕主轴的相邻的浮置主轴齿轮中的一个的轴向推力传递给主轴。
下面将配合有关附图及具体实施例详细描述本发明止推环组合结构的结构、特点及功效。其中:
图1是一采用本发明止推环组合结构的车辆传动装置100的中心截面图;

图1所示的传动装置100是一种组合式传动装置,该传动装置具有一个为了旋转而使轴颈安装在一个传动装置外壳上的旋转主轴2,整个外壳用数字7代表。传动装置100具有一对旋转副轴4和6,为了旋转而使其轴颈分别安装在位于主轴2相对的两侧、与主轴2的中心旋转轴线“C”基本上相对平行的外壳7上。
副轴4和6装有若干个例如参考数字8、10、14和16所表示的副轴齿轮,这些副轴齿轮具有一些与主轴齿轮12和18的一些齿相啮合的齿,主轴齿轮按照图1和图4所示的方式环绕并浮置在相应的主轴2上,所示的状况是利用以参考数字20和22所表示的离合机构的轴向移动使主轴齿轮啮合到主轴之前的状态。离合机构20和22可借助各自的杠杆臂(未示出)作轴向移动。
更准确地说,主轴齿轮12被支承在副轴齿轮8和10之间并被其驱动,当利用离合机构20使主轴与主轴齿轮啮合时使得主轴2旋转。同样主轴齿轮18被支承在副轴齿轮14和16之间并被其所驱动,当利用离合机构22使主轴与主轴齿轮啮合时,使得主轴2旋转。主轴2的外表面具有多个基本上均匀间隔的轴向延伸的键槽,当利用各自的杠杆臂(未示出)有选择地移动时,离合装置20和22可沿着该键槽滑动。
副轴4和6经过齿轮系(未用参考数字表示)由一输入旋转轴24驱动,输入旋转轴由车辆的发动机驱动。主轴2驱动一个输出轴26,输出轴26可有效地经过一个轴差速器连接到车辆的驱动轮上。
在离合过程中,离合装置20和22的轴向移动通常要分别对主轴齿轮12和18施加一个轴向推力。因为齿轮12和18彼此十分接近,于是就可能在离合过程中产生一个齿轮轴向上朝着另一个移动而使二者相接触,从而导致齿轮的磨损甚至损坏。
因此,要采用例如参考数字28、70和72所表示的止推环组合结构。下面将参照附图4和5进行更详细的介绍,该止推环组合结构有效的向轴传递轴向推力而不是向相邻的浮置的主轴齿轮传递推力。
图2示出了公开在4,949,589号美国专利文献中的一种现有技术的止推环组合结构,在该实例中,相邻的主轴齿轮30和32环绕主轴48浮置并且分别具有相邻的法兰部分42和44,法兰部分朝向轴48延伸并且在其各自相对的两侧分别具有环状止推面51、53和57、59,这些止推面沿着轴48彼此相对。
在轴48外表面上配置的轴向上隔开的环形槽56、58和60分别容纳有止推环52、46和50,各环相对轴48开有键槽,并借助图3所示的键62连接到轴48上。尤其是需要从离合装置78和80的键接的内圆以及从图2所示的现有技术止推环组合结构的各止推环46、60和52的键接内圆中除去一个齿形部分,以便一个单键沿着轴48一个去除齿形的一个键槽插入。正如图2所示,止推环52、46和50都被轴48和那些槽带动旋转,且即有效的防止齿轮30和32轴向移动又使它们彼此之间保持相互支承。
本发明的改进的止推环组合结构如图1所示,而清楚的是图4和图5的描述,以下将详细描述本发明的止推环组合结构。
在图4中,相邻的传动主轴齿轮12和18环绕主轴2浮置并分别具有朝向主轴2延伸的法兰部分42和44,法兰部分42、44分别具有各自的环状止推平面51、53和57、59,各止推面以与轴2的旋转轴线C成横交关系沿轴2在轴向上彼此相对。
止推面53和57在轴向上彼此相对,止推面51和59在轴向上彼此相背。
配置在轴2外表面上的环形横向止推环槽92与旋转轴线“C”成横交关系。
第三个止推环28在其内圆处通过除去一个齿形部分而形成键槽。止推环28与在轴2外表面上的键槽98实现键接啮合,并且将各键槽98之间的各槽88同在止推环28的内圆上的各槽86相对准,然后插入键90使止推环28固定到轴2的键槽98上,把键90经过如图5所示的从各内圆处已经除去齿形部分所形成的开口插入。
止推环28在相互面对的止推面53和57之间沿径向向外延伸,可有效的防止齿轮12和18彼此之间发生接触。
第一个和第二个止推环70和72在邻近的止推面51和59处分别借助键槽连接到轴2上,而不是借助一个键固定到轴2上,因而并不需要从它们键槽连接的内圆上除去一个齿形部分。更确切地说,配置在轴2外表面上的环状止动槽96和94与轴2的旋转轴线“C”成横交关系,分别邻近止推环70和72的侧面,如图4所示各环侧面彼此背向。
止动环74配置在靠近与齿轮12的法兰盘42相背的止推环70的侧面的槽96中,而止动环76配置在靠近与齿轮18的法兰盘44相背的止推环72的侧面的槽94中。止动环74和76最好是开口的,且不能使它们固定到同轴2一起旋转的程度,而应使它们分别同止推环70和72相啮合,以防止齿轮12和18轴向上彼此移动远离。
键90的最大长度在图4上用在止推环70和72的两个相对的表面之间的轴向长度“L”来标明,同已有技术相比,缩短键90的长度消除了已有技术中的必须从离合装置20和22键槽连接的内圆上除去一个齿形部分的加工要求,这正是设计者所希望的,因为这将使主轴键槽与离合装置的键槽连接的内圆之间的接触表面减少。
在工作过程中,当离合装置20的齿80与齿轮12的齿84产生啮合时,传给浮置的主轴齿轮12上的轴向推力经过止推环28和72以及止动环76传递到轴2上。同样,当离合装置22的齿78与齿轮18的齿82之间产生啮合时,在啮合过程中传给浮置的主轴齿轮18上的轴向推力经过止推环28和70以及止动环74传递到轴2上。还应指出止动环槽94和96的特征在于其宽度要比止推环槽宽度小,并且仅有止推环28需要键接到轴2之上。

Claims (3)

1.一种齿轮变速传动装置(100),其包括环绕一中心旋转轴线枢轴转动的主轴(2)且沿该主轴的外表面具有若干个轴向上延伸的基本上彼此等间隔排列的键槽(98);至少两个设有轴向隔开的法兰盘(42,44)而环绕主轴(2)的浮置齿轮(12,18),这两个法兰盘分别朝向主轴(2)延伸,且在法兰盘(42,44)的对置的两侧面上分别具有环状的止推面(51,53)和(57,59),这些止推面基本上与主轴(2)的旋转轴线相横交;可选择地有效的使主轴齿轮每次一个地啮合到主轴上的离合装置(20,22);一个利用离合装置把已传递给主轴齿轮上的轴向推力传递到主轴(2)上的改进的止推环组合结构,其特征在于,所述止推环组合结构包括:

配置在每一个止动槽(94,96)中并且有效的防止第一和第二止推不彼此轴向远离移动的止动环(74,76);
一个配置在主轴(2)上,位于主轴齿轮法兰部分(42,44)之间并基本上与主轴(2)的旋转轴线横交的环状止推环槽(92);
一个配置在止推环槽(92)中并通过键(90)固定在主轴上以便同主轴一起旋转的第三止推环(28),在第三止推环(28)的对置的侧面上各有一个环状止推面,就其相对朝向关系而言是朝向两主轴齿轮法兰部分上的环状止推面(53,57)的其中之一。
