本发明涉及一种减肥产品及其制备方法,具体涉及一种减肥饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们物质生活条件的改善,肥胖病患者正逐年增加,其中尤以大中城市的发病率为高。肥胖不仅给人类的生活、工作带来诸多不便,而且影响到人类健康。肥胖会增加心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、脂肪肝、肿瘤、内分泌失调等疾病的发病率。因此减肥是肥胖者必须重视的健康问题。
目前市场上用于减肥的产品有很多,但多伴有严重的副作用:失眠、恶心、头晕、呕吐、营养不良等。因此开发一种既能达到减肥目的,又不产生副作用的减肥产品,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种减肥效果好、副作用小的减肥产品及其制备方法。
具体而言,本发明的减肥产品为饮料,含有共轭亚油酸、羟基柠檬酸、白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、维生素C、甜味剂和纯净水。其中,共轭亚油酸与羟基柠檬酸的质量比优选为1:0.5-3,更优选为1:1。本发明的减肥产品的配方优选为:共轭亚油酸0.5-5g、羟基柠檬酸0.5-5g、白砂糖20-100g、柠檬酸0.5-2g、柠檬酸钠0.5-2g、维生素C0.1-1g、甜味剂0.1-0.5g和纯净水1000ml。
本发明的制备方法是用于制备上述减肥产品的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:称料、混合、杀菌、装瓶。
人们早就知道有共轭亚油酸(CLA)这种物质,但它的重要生理功能的发现,还是上个世纪的后期。大量的科学研究证明,共轭亚油酸具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化、提高免疫力、提高骨骼密度、防治糖尿病等多种重要生理功能;而且还能降低动物和人体胆固醇以及甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,还可以降低动物和人体脂肪、增加肌肉。共轭亚油酸作为一种新发现的营养素,目前在欧美的健康食品界,几乎已经成了预防现代文明病的万灵丹,从抗癌到预防心血管疾病、糖尿病,到体重控制上,几乎是生活在二十一世纪现代人不可或缺的健康食品。具体而言,共轭亚油酸具有如下生理功能:
1.由红花提炼,是一系列双键亚油酸,具有清除自由基,增强人体的抗氧化能力和免疫能力,促进生长发育,调节血液胆固醇和甘油三酸脂水平,防止动脉粥样硬化,促进脂肪氧化分解,促进人体蛋白合成,对人体进行全面的良性调节等作用。
2.显著增加人体的心肌肌红蛋白、骨骼肌肌红蛋白含量。肌红蛋白对氧的亲和力比血红蛋白高六倍。由于肌红蛋白的快速增加,大大提高了人体细胞贮存及转运氧气的能力,让运动训练更有效,人体活力更充沛。
3.能增强细胞膜的流动性,防止血管皮质增生,维持器官微循环的正常功能,维持细胞的正常结构及功能,增强血管的舒张能力,有效防止因严重缺氧造成的人体脏器和大脑的损伤,尤其是显著抑制因严重缺氧造成的肺、脾水肿。
4.能有效的发挥“血管清道夫”的作用,可清除血管中的垃圾,有效调节血液黏稠度,达到舒张血管、改善微循环、平稳血压的作用。有专家还认为,CLA具有扩张和松弛血管平滑肌、抑制血液运动中枢的作用,降低了血液循环的外周阻力,使血压下降,尤其是使舒张压下降更为明显。
近来有越来越多的临床研究报告都证明CLA在体重控制上的卓越表现。因为一般人减肥都只会着重在减"重"而非减"肥",也就是说体脂肪比率不一定会有改变,减肥的人如果能配合CLA的使用,可以有效地降低体内脂肪组织相对于瘦肉组织的比率,真正地减掉肥肉,而使瘦肉比率上升。这样的好处是瘦肉越多,体内新陈代谢能力越高,于是形成良性循环,减肥将更容易达到目标。另外,临床上发现,服用CLA的减肥者,情绪稳定性较高,比较能持之以恒的进行减肥计划,睡眠和精神状况也比较好。还有研究报告指出,CLA可以避免减肥者出现溜溜球(yoyo)症状,使减肥者不至于陷于体重减而复胖,胖而复减的恶性循环中。
羟基柠檬酸(HCA)是一种柠檬酸的衍生物,广泛存在于藤黄果(GarciniaCambogia)、玫瑰茄(Hibiscus Subdariffa)等热带雨林植物中。实验室和动物实验结果表明,HCA具有调节生物体脂肪代谢水平的能力。HCA异构体中的一种:(2S,3R)-HCA,具有抑制胰α-淀粉酶和小肠α-葡糖苷酶的作用,导致体外糖代谢水平的降低(降低糖的吸收和利用率)。将实验大鼠通过基因方法预先使其成为先天性肥胖,然后给予大剂量含HCA的藤黄果提取物的研究表明,HCA可明显抑制附睾的脂肪堆积。
本发明通过将CLA和HCA配合使用,得到了减肥效果好、副作用小的减肥产品,该产品具有非常广阔的市场前景。

下面结合实施例详细说明本发明,但下面的实施例仅为本发明较佳的实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
称取共轭亚油酸2g、羟基柠檬酸2g、白砂糖50g、柠檬酸2g、柠檬酸钠2g、维生素C1g、阿斯巴甜0.1g和纯净水1000ml,混匀后,杀菌、装瓶即可。
实施例2
称取共轭亚油酸2g、羟基柠檬酸2.5g、白砂糖60g、柠檬酸2g、柠檬酸钠2g、维生素C1.5g、阿斯巴甜0.1g和纯净水1000ml,混匀后,杀菌、装瓶即可。
上述减肥产品经肥胖者服用后,每月约减体重1-2kg,且均未发现副作用。

1.一种减肥饮料,含有共轭亚油酸、羟基柠檬酸、白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、维生素C、甜味剂和纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减肥饮料,其特征在于,共轭亚油酸与羟基柠檬酸的质量比为1:0.5-3。
3.根据权利要求2所述的减肥饮料,其特征在于,共轭亚油酸与羟基柠檬酸的质量比为1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减肥饮料,其特征在于,饮料配方为:
共轭亚油酸0.5-5g、羟基柠檬酸0.5-5g、白砂糖20-100g、柠檬酸0.5-2g、柠檬酸钠0.5-2g、维生素C0.1-1g、甜味剂0.1-0.5g和纯净水1000ml。
5.权利要求1-4中任意一项所述减肥饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:称料、混合、杀菌、装瓶。
