技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法,具体地说,是一种用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法。
背景技术
[0002] 大型工业厂房照明灯具一般采用吊管(链)式安装,属高空高危作业,施工进度慢、安全风险极大。一直以来所采取的方法是在厂房的行车上搭设脚手架,搭设脚手架之前首先经技术专家对方案论证通过后报监理审批,搭设脚手架须严格执行建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范。搭设人员属于特种作业人员,专业技术要求高且需要资格证书。脚手架搭设完成后经安全部门和监理检查合格方可施工。
[0003]由于工业厂房的行车检修段(安装葫芦吊的天桥)多,其高度低于安装灯具时所需的搭设脚手架的高度。所以安装脚手架后行车就无法通过检修天桥,在安装完每个检修段内的灯具后,必须经过一次脚手架的拆除与再安装。工业厂房内一般布置4到5台行车,为了方便行车的检修相应天桥数量也在4到5段。这样脚手架需要搭拆5至6次。另一个不方便的方面是:行车的主要功能是要进行吊装作业,但是脚手架搭设完成后,由于行车上的小车已无法行走,以致行车无法进行吊装。所以需要协调很多相关专业的停止作业,其审批手续繁琐且相关施工费用增高。
[0004] 因此已知的用于工业厂房照明灯具安装的搭设脚手架的方法存在着上述种种不便和问题。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的,在于提出一种在行车上安设液压升降机的用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法。
[0006] 本发明的另一目的,在于提出一种能控制厂房照明灯具安装进度的用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法。
[0007] 本发明的又一目的,在于提出一种能控制厂房照明灯具安装施工费用的用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法。
[0008] 为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法,工业厂房内布置了 4〜5台行车,行车上的小车轨道间距分别为3.2m, 3.7m和3.8m,且小车的轨道梁表面距厂房屋顶的最大净距5〜7 m,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、在行车上搭设升降机,包含以下步骤:
(I)提供液压升降机
根据行车的宽度和液压升降机作业荷载与升降的闻度提供液压升降机;液压升降机的底架尺寸要和行车匹配,液压升降机一端的行走轮设有可伸缩段,使液压升降机的两轮间的轮距可以调节,设置液压升降机轮距大于小车轨道间距,其高度高于轨道上平面;液压升降机上升高度<行车上小车轨道梁表面距厂房屋顶的最大净距,液压升降机荷载为I吨;
(2)地面试验液压升降机
液压升降机在安装到行车上前要对其液压同步提升设备在地面进行模拟试验,试验包括同步提升油缸、液压泵站、千斤顶加载试验和耐压试验,以及传感检测系统;
(3)在行车上安装液压升降机
在液压升降机的前端与行车小车架上,分别平行焊接两根长度> 200mm、直径为DN150的钢管,且在管端固焊连接法兰;而液压升降机轮距是可通过液压升降机底座上可伸缩段进行调整,在液压升降机吊到位时使其两侧的行走轮落在小车两轨道外侧的轨道钢梁上;然后将小车前端钢管的管端连接法兰与液压升降机的钢管连接法兰连接;液压升降机的电源可在行车配电室里就近取电;
b、在液压升降机上安装灯具
安装灯具时液压升降机四角的支腿须支起方可施工,安装灯具人员可在液压升降机项端的护栏中自由操纵升降开展安装灯具活动。

[0010] 前述的方法,其中所述步骤b中,安装下一列灯具时松开支腿,开动小车使小车能牵引着液压升降机作横向移动;
前述的方法,其中所述步骤b中,其他专业急需吊装,亦可松开支腿便可进行吊装专业。

[0012] 采用上述技术方案后,本发明的用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法具有以下优点:
1、液压升降机安装方便,操作灵活,安全系数大,工作进度快,提高施工效率;
2、减轻各施工专业之间采用行车吊装的影响,降低交叉作业矛盾,灯具安装和其他吊装作业可以很方便的穿插进行;
3、降低工程施工成本,提升高空作业安全性。

本发明的用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法,工业厂房内布置了5台行车,行车上的小车轨道间距分别为3.2m, 3.7m和3.8m,且小车的轨道梁表面距厂房屋顶的最大净距为7m,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、在行车上搭设升降机,包含以下步骤:
(I)提供液压升降机
根据行车的宽度和液压升降机作业荷载与升降的闻度提供液压升降机;液压升降机的底架尺寸要和行车匹配,液压升降机一端的行走轮设有可伸缩段,使液压升降机的两轮间的轮距可以调节,设置液压升降机轮距为4.lm,且液压升降机的轮子直径为300mm,带自锁装置,其高度高于轨道上平面;液压升降机上升高度为5m,等于行车上小车轨道梁表面距厂房屋顶的最大净距,液压升降机荷载为I吨;所述液压升降机是由湖北康力龙科技术有限公司制造的SJY0.5-9型液压升降机。

液压升降机在安装到行车上前要对其液压同步提升设备在地面进行模拟试验,试验包括同步提升油缸、液压泵站、千斤顶加载试验和耐压试验,以及传感检测系统,待各项试验指标合格后进入下一步骤;
(3)在行车上安装液压升降机
在液压升降机的前端与行车小车架上,分别平行焊接两根长度为200mm、直径为DN150的钢管,且在管端固焊连接法兰;由于不同的行车,小车轨道的宽度也不尽相同,而液压升降机轮距是可通过液压升降机底座上可伸缩段进行调整,在液压升降机吊到位时使其两侧的行走轮落在小车两轨道外侧的轨道钢梁上;然后将小车前端钢管的管端连接法兰与液压升降机的钢管连接法兰用高强螺栓连接,这样既增加了液压升降机的稳定性也提供其行走的动力;液压升降机的电源可在行车配电室里就近取电;
b、在液压升降机上安装灯具
安装灯具时液压升降机四角的支腿须支起方可施工,安装灯具人员可在液压升降机项端的护栏中自由操纵升降开展安装灯具活动;安装下一列灯具时松开支腿,开动小车使小车能牵引着液压升降机作横向移动;如果其他专业急需吊装,亦可松开液压升降机四角的支腿,行车便可进行吊装专业。
[0018] 本发明的用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法在首钢迁钢二冷轧四、五、六区取向硅钢工程中大范围使用,四、五、六区行车的尺寸:大连产行车小车轨道间距3.7m,河南产行车小车轨道间距3.2m,湖南产行车小车轨道间距3.8m,根据小车轨道的间距调整液压升降机的宽度。在施工穿插作业间隙可松掉液压升降机的支腿,由于液压升降机有行走轮,小车和液压升降机通过法兰连接可以在轨道梁上运动不影响吊装小车的运行。这样便可以进行其他专业的吊装作业,专业之间的相互影响得到了极大的改善。

[0024] 采用升降机安装,每台每天安装20套,两台共计20套。计算工期为52天。考虑到各专业需要行车吊装所占用的累计时间为30天。总的计算工期为82天,比计划工期提前了 8天。
[0025] 本工程采用升降机安装主厂房灯具,在费用、进度、专业之间的影响得到了极大的改善。由于升降机本身的安全装置和施工人员的安全配套装置相结合,从安全角度讲也得到了提高从而保障了施工的顺利进行。

Claims (4)
1.一种用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法,工业厂房内布置了4〜5台行车,行车上的小车轨道间距分别为3.2m, 3.7m和3.8m,且小车的轨道梁表面距厂房屋顶的最大净距为5〜7 m,其特征在于包括以下步骤: a、在行车上搭设升降机,包含以下步骤: (1)提供液压升降机 根据行车的宽度和液压升降机作业荷载与升降的闻度提供液压升降机;液压升降机的底架尺寸要和行车匹配,液压升降机一端的行走轮设有可伸缩段,使液压升降机的两轮间的轮距可以调节,设置液压升降机轮距大于小车轨道间距,且液压升降机的轮子直径为300mm,带自锁装置,其高度高于轨道上平面;液压升降机上升高度<行车上小车轨道梁表面距厂房屋顶的最大净距,液压升降机荷载为I吨; (2)地面试验液压升降机 液压升降机在安装到行车上前要对其液压同步提升设备在地面进行模拟试验,试验包括同步提升油缸、液压泵站、千斤顶加载试验和耐压试验,以及传感检测系统; (3)在行车上安装液压升降机 在液压升降机的前端与行车小车架上,分别平行焊接两根长度> 200mm、直径为DN150的钢管,且在管端固焊连接法兰;由于不同的行车,小车轨道的宽度也不尽相同,而液压升降机轮距是可通过液压升降机底座上可伸缩段进行调整,在液压升降机吊到位时使其两侧的行走轮落在小车两轨道外侧的轨道钢梁上;然后将小车前端钢管的管端连接法兰与液压升降机的钢管连接法兰连接;液压升降机的电源可在行车配电室里就近取电; b、在液压升降机上安装灯具 安装灯具时液压升降机四角的支腿须支起方可施工,安装灯具人员可在液压升降机项端的护栏中自由操纵升降开展安装灯具活动。
2.如权利要求1所述的用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中,安装下一列灯具时松开支腿,开动小车使小车能牵引着液压升降机作横向移动。
3.如权利要求1所述的用基于行车的升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中,其他专业急需吊装,亦可松开支腿便可进行吊装专业。
4.如权利要求1所述的用基于行车的液压升降机安装工业厂房照明灯具的方法,其特征在于,所述液压升降机是湖北康力龙科技术有限公司制造的SJY0.5-9型液压升降机。
