Abstract

本发明公开了一种导电性3D打印塑料线条及其生产方法,按照质量分数比包括以下组分:100份的ABS、35~55份的纳米导电炭黑、0.5~3份的钛酸酯偶联剂。本发明得到3D打印塑料线材具有导电性,且通过添加的导电炭黑的量相对较小,从而能尽可能减少线材可塑性的下降幅度。

一种导电性3D打印塑料线条及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明主要涉及具有导电性能的3D印机线材的生产技术。 
背景技术
目前,3D塑料线条耗材生产厂生产的产品功能比较单一,无法用于要求特殊打印功能的的零部件产品,例如某些打印零件尤其具有一定电导率,此时就无法满足要求。 
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供了一种导电性3D打印塑料线条及其生产方法。 
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种导电性3D打印塑料线条,按照质量分数比包括以下组分:100份的ABS、35~55份的纳米导电炭黑、0.5~3份的钛酸酯偶联剂。 
作为优选,各组分的质量分数为100份的ABS、45~50份的纳米导电炭黑、2份的钛酸酯偶联剂。 
本发明还提供了上述导电性3D打印塑料线条的生产方法,包括以下步骤:a、按配方比例将各组分原料进行混合,并在高速搅拌均匀;b、在188~197℃的温度下,通过双螺杆机得到母粒;c、最后再通过单螺杆挤出机得到线条成品。 
对上述方法进一步改进,所述双螺杆机和/或单螺杆挤出机的模具头的内腔表面设有金属镍或镍合金层。 
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明得到3D打印塑料线材具有导电性,且通过添加的导电炭黑的量相对较小,从而能尽可能减少线材可塑性的下降幅度。 
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。 
首先将100份ABS粒料和48份的纳米导电炭黑进行搅拌混合均匀,然后加入2份的钛酸酯偶联并进行高速搅拌分散;然后将混合好后的原料加入双螺杆机中得到母粒,将得到的母粒继续通过单螺杆挤出机挤出得到3D打印线材,该过程中模具温度控制在188~197℃范围内。 
为了确保制得的导电3D打印线材的导电性,通常需要添加足够的纳米导电炭黑,但添加过多的纳米导电炭黑时,会降低塑料线材的可塑性。发明人意外发现在经过双螺杆机和单螺杆挤出机时,造粒和挤出模具的内腔表面通过化学沉积的方式沉积一层化学镍层后,纳米导电炭黑会在线条产品的表面发生富集(可能是由于螺杆挤出时磁力吸引使得炭黑在模具内表面富集)从而可以用少量的导电炭黑就能使线条产品的电阻率在102-103Ω.CM范围内;而按照普通做法,添加的纳米导电炭黑需要达到ABS的65%以上,影响线材的可塑性。 

Claims (4)

1.一种导电性3D打印塑料线条,其特征在于:按照质量分数比包括以下组分:100份的ABS、35~55份的纳米导电炭黑、0.5~3份的钛酸酯偶联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述导电性3D打印塑料线条,其特征在于:各组分的质量分数为100份的ABS、45~50份的纳米导电炭黑、2份的钛酸酯偶联剂。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述导电性3D打印塑料线条的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、按配方比例将各组分原料进行混合,并在高速搅拌均匀;
b、在188~197℃的温度下,通过双螺杆机得到母粒;
c、最后再通过单螺杆挤出机得到线条成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述导电性3D打印塑料线条的生产方法,其特征在于:所述双螺杆机和/或单螺杆挤出机的模具头的内腔表面设有金属镍或镍合金层。
