Abstract
本发明公开了一种能生物降解的缠绕膜,含有以下组分:聚乙烯、增粘剂、增塑剂、辅助添加剂、聚乳酸或乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物,所述组分按重量份数比制备而成,其中:聚乙烯40%~50%、增粘剂5%~10%、增塑剂10%~15%、辅助添加剂3%~5%、聚乳酸或乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物20%~30%。通过上述方式,本发明能够制造成功一种能够生物降解的缠绕膜,通过添加的生物降解材料,令生产出来的缠绕膜在使用丢弃后能够自反分解为二氧化碳和水,减少白色污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物降解材料制成的化合物,特别是涉及一种能生物降解的缠绕膜。
背景技术
缠绕膜又叫拉伸膜,在生活中常常被用到。国内最早以PVC为基材,DOA为增塑剂兼起自粘作用生产PVC缠绕膜。但是随着科技的发展和人们生活质量的提高,我们希望缠绕膜用过之后的废弃物能够及时被分解以保护环境。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是制造成功一种能够生物降解的缠绕膜,通过添加的生物降解材料,令生产出来的缠绕膜在使用丢弃后能够自反分解为二氧化碳和水,减少白色污染。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:含有以下组分:聚乙烯、增粘剂、增塑剂、辅助添加剂、聚乳酸或乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物,所述组分按重量份数比制备而成,其中:聚乙烯40%~50%、增粘剂5%~10%、增塑剂10%~15%、辅助添加剂3%~5%、聚乳酸或乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物20%~30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述组分按重量份数比制备:聚乙烯45%~50%、增粘剂5%~8%、增塑剂10%~12%、辅助添加剂3%、聚乳酸20%~30%
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述辅助添加剂为抗氧化剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中所述组分按重量份数比制备:聚乙烯50%、增粘剂8%~10%、增塑剂10%~15%、辅助添加剂4%~5%、乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物25%~30%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述增塑剂为脂肪族二元酸酯类或苯二甲酸酯类。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制造一种能够生物降解的缠绕膜,通过添加的生物降解材料,令生产出来的缠绕膜在使用丢弃后能够自反分解为二氧化碳和水,减少白色污染。

本发明实施例提供如下技术方案。
在一个实施例中,一种能生物降解的缠绕膜,含有以下组分:聚乙烯、增粘剂、增塑剂、辅助添加剂、聚乳酸或乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物,所述组分按重量份数比制备而成,其中:聚乙烯40%~50%、增粘剂5%~10%、增塑剂10%~15%、辅助添加剂3%~5%、聚乳酸或乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物20%~30%。
在一个实施例中,优选地,所述组分按重量份数比制备:聚乙烯45%~50%、增粘剂5%~8%、增塑剂10%~12%、辅助添加剂3%、聚乳酸20%~30%。
优选地,所述组分按重量份数比制备:聚乙烯50%、增粘剂8%~10%、增塑剂10%~15%、辅助添加剂4%~5%、乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物25%~30%。
优选地,所述辅助添加剂为抗氧化剂,防止延缓缠绕膜表面被氧化而发生变质。
优选地,所述增塑剂为脂肪族二元酸酯类或苯二甲酸酯类。
本发明通过制造一种能够生物降解的缠绕膜,通过添加的生物降解材料,令生产出来的缠绕膜在使用丢弃后能够自反分解为二氧化碳和水,减少白色污染。

1.一种能生物降解的缠绕膜,其特征在于,含有以下组分:聚乙烯、增粘剂、增塑剂、辅助添加剂、聚乳酸或乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物,所述组分按重量份数比制备而成,其中:聚乙烯40%~50%、增粘剂5%~10%、增塑剂10%~15%、辅助添加剂3%~5%、聚乳酸或乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物20%~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能生物降解的缠绕膜,其特征在于,所述组分按重量份数比制备:聚乙烯45%~50%、增粘剂5%~8%、增塑剂10%~12%、辅助添加剂3%、聚乳酸20%~30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的能生物降解的缠绕膜,其特征在于,所述组分按重量份数比制备:聚乙烯50%、增粘剂8%~10%、增塑剂10%~15%、辅助添加剂4%~5%、乳酸一聚乙二醇共聚物25%~30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能生物降解的缠绕膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为脂肪族二元酸酯类或苯二甲酸酯类。
5.根据权利要求1所述的能生物降解的缠绕膜,其特征在于,所述辅助添加剂为抗氧化剂。
