本发明涉及一种二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物及其在抗菌方面的应用。
背景技术
缩氨基硫脲类衍生物属于一类特殊的西佛碱,它含有R1-C=N-NH-CS-NH-R2基团。基团中氮原子、硫原子含有孤对电子,可以与过渡金属形成花样繁多的配位结构。此外,缩氨基硫脲类化合物具有的生物、催化、抗氧化、荧光、缓蚀等性质,使之在制药、生物、化工、功能材料、工业分析等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物及其应用。
二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物的分子结构式为:

所述二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物应用于抗菌。
本发明的二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物对欧文氏草生杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果。
具体实施方式
实施例:
(1)二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物的分子结构式为:

(2)二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物的制备方法为:
a.按照摩尔比1:1称取异硫氰酸苯酯与邻苯二胺,在20℃下反应生成中间体N-(2-氨基)苯基-N-苯基硫脲,抽滤并用乙醇洗涤三次,真空干燥制得白色固体。
b.取5毫摩尔(1.2165克)步骤a制得的白色固体用80毫升乙醇溶解于250毫升的三口烧瓶中,取5毫摩尔(0.746克)4-二甲氨基苯甲醛用20毫升的乙醇溶解于烧杯中,水浴升温至60℃时将后者缓慢滴入上述三口烧瓶中,再加入2.5毫升冰醋酸,回流反应3小时,冷却过夜,有橙色针状晶体析出,抽滤并用乙醇洗涤三次,真空干燥后即得二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物,MS-ESI:m/z 374.9 (MH+);Calcd. Mr:374.5。
(3)二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物的应用:
通过抗菌实验,发现本实施例的二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物对欧文氏草生杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果,表1为抗菌实验数据。
表1 抗菌实验数据(抑菌圈直径,mm)
抑菌圈直径在7~8mm有较弱抗菌活性,在9~13mm有中等强度抗菌活性,在14~25mm有较强抗菌活性。从上表数据可以看出,本实施例的二甲氨基苯甲醛硫脲衍生物对欧文氏草生杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果中等。
实施例中所使用的化学试剂均为分析纯。
