本发明涉及一种二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物及其在抗菌上的应用。
背景技术
席夫碱衍生物,在抑菌、抗肿瘤、催化、磁性、光学、电化学、非线性光学和化学传感器等领域,有广泛的用途,因此成为当前研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物及其应用。
二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物的结构式为:

所述二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物应用在抗菌上。
本发明的二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物对欧文氏草生杆菌,大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果。
具体实施方式
实施例:
(1) 二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物的结构式为:

(2) 二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物的制备方法为:
将5mL溶有0.1492g(1mmol)对二甲氨基苯甲醛的无水乙醇溶液置于回流冷凝装置中,并70℃恒温水浴磁力搅拌;逐滴加入5mL溶有0.0400g(1mmol)NaOH的无水乙醇溶液;再逐滴滴加5mL溶有0.1371g(1mmol) 间氨基苯甲酸的无水乙醇溶液;恒温70℃继续反应1小时后滴加5mL溶有0.0400g(1mmol)NaOH的无水乙醇溶液;再恒温回流3小时,可见溶液有黄色沉淀生成;溶液用旋转蒸发器蒸发后得到黄色固体粉末即为二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物。
 (3) 二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物的应用:
抗菌:在抗菌实验中,发现本实施例制得的二甲氨基苯甲醛缩氨基苯甲酸衍生物对欧文氏草生杆菌,大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果。表1为抗菌实验数据。
