背景技术
硫脲及席夫碱衍生物,在抑菌、抗肿瘤、催化、磁性、光学、电化学、非线性光学和化学传感器等领域,有广泛的用途,因此成为当前研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种苯甲醛缩氨基脲衍生物及其应用。
苯甲醛缩氨基脲衍生物的结构式为:

所述苯甲醛缩氨基脲衍生物应用在抗菌上。
本发明的苯甲醛缩氨基脲衍生物对欧文氏草生杆菌,大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果。
具体实施方式
实施例:
(1) 苯甲醛缩氨基脲衍生物的结构式为:

(2) 苯甲醛缩氨基脲衍生物的制备方法为:
将5mL溶有0.1501g(2mmol)氨基脲的蒸馏水置于回流冷凝装置中,并80℃恒温水浴磁力搅拌;逐滴滴加7mL溶有0.1341g(1mmol)间苯二甲醛的无水乙醇溶液;继续回流4小时,有乳白色浑浊产生;过滤后得到白色固体即为苯甲醛缩氨基脲衍生物。
 (3) 苯甲醛缩氨基脲衍生物的应用:
抗菌:在抗菌实验中,发现本实施例制得的苯甲醛缩氨基脲衍生物对欧文氏草生杆菌,大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果。表1为抗菌实验数据。
