背景技术
西佛碱类化合物,在抗菌、催化、磁性、光学、电化学、非线性光学、化学传感器等领域,有广泛的用途,因此成为当前研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺及其应用。
二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺的分子结构式为:

所述二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺应用于抗菌。
本发明的二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺对欧文氏草生杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果。
具体实施方式
实施例:
(1)二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺的分子结构式为:

(2)二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺的制备方法为:
取5毫摩尔4-二乙胺基水杨醛(0.9662克)置于100毫升三口烧瓶中并用25毫升乙醇溶解,另称取5毫摩尔4-羧基苯胺(0.6857克)并溶解于25毫升无水乙醇中,冰盐浴控制温度在8~10℃,将后者缓慢滴入前者,加入1.5毫升冰醋酸,半小时后出现黄色沉淀,继续反应3小时,静置后抽滤,并用无水乙醇洗涤三次,置于硅胶干燥器中干燥即制得二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺,MS-ESI:m/z 313.0 (MH+);Calcd. Mr:312.37。
(3)二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺的应用:
通过抗菌实验,发现本实施例的二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺对欧文氏草生杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌都有不同程度的抗菌效果,表1为抗菌实验数据。

抑菌圈直径在7~8mm有较弱抗菌活性,在9~13mm有中等强度抗菌活性,在14~25mm有较强抗菌活性。从上表数据可以看出,本实施例的二乙胺基水杨醛缩苯胺在不同浓度下对欧文氏草生杆菌、大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果不同。
实施例中所使用的化学试剂均为分析纯。
