香料行业中一直需要制备香料分子的新颖方法。本领域公认对诸如合成的实际考虑可能会妨碍香料分子在工业应用中的使用。有时无法预测指定香料分子的合成是否可以工业规模进行。因此,香料行业不懈努力以研究和开发制备香料分子的新颖且经济的方法。

更具体地,本发明涉及制备(E)-十二碳-2-烯醛的新方法。

发明详述 
(E)-十二碳-2-烯醛是市售可得的香料。它具有强烈的柑橘(citrus mandarin)香调而被广泛用于香料产品中。而本发明提供了新颖、方便且经济的改进的合成方法。 
根据本发明,可按以下反应方案制备(E)-十二碳-2-烯醛,在实施例中对所述反应方案予以详述。试剂均可市售购得。 
下面提供了本发明的具体实施方式。本发明的其它改进对于本领域的技术人员来说将是显而易见的。应当理解,这些改进包括在本发明范围之内。在本文中,除非另有说明,所有的百分数是重量百分数,g是克,Kg是千克,mol是摩尔,L是升,mL是毫升,mmHg是毫米(mm)汞柱(Hg)。实施例中使用的IFF应理解为美国纽约州纽约市的国际香料和香精公司(International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.,New York,NY,USA)。 
实施例I

(E)-十二碳-2-烯醛的制备:在40-120℃温度下在存在乙醚合三氟化硼(BF3·O(Et)2)(0.43g)的条件下,使得1,1-二甲氧基-辛烷(349g)与乙烯基乙基醚(72g)反应。通过气相色谱(GC)分析监测反应是否完成。然后将所得混合物用盐酸(HCl)处理。蒸馏得到产物(E)-十二碳-2-烯醛(164g)。 
上述获得的产物(E)-十二碳-2-烯醛具有强烈的柑橘香调。 

Claims (6)

1.一种制备(E)-十二碳-2-烯醛的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:使得1,1-二甲氧基-辛烷与乙烯基乙基醚反应。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,1,1-二甲氧基-辛烷与乙烯基乙基醚在存在乙醚合三氟化硼的条件下进行反应。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,1,1-二甲氧基-辛烷与乙烯基乙基醚在40-120℃的温度下进行反应。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,1,1-二甲氧基-辛烷与乙烯基乙基醚在存在乙醚合三氟化硼且温度为40-120℃的条件下进行反应。
5.一种制备(E)-十二碳-2-烯醛的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)在存在乙醚合三氟化硼且温度为40-120℃的条件下,使得1,1-二甲氧基-辛烷与乙烯基乙基醚反应,得到反应混合物;
(ii)用盐酸处理所述反应混合物。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,还包括蒸馏步骤。
