Abstract

本发明提供了一种过滤网模具。根据本发明的过滤网模具,包括定模和动模;网材,设置在定模和动模之间;多个销钉,设置在定模上,销钉设置在网材的两侧且止挡网材的边缘。本申请通过在定模上设置销钉,通过销钉夹紧网材,使网材贴紧定模,解决了网材在成型时偏离型腔,造成零件不合格的技术问题,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具领域,特别地,涉及一种过滤网模具。
背景技术
过滤网模具生产时,注塑前需要人工在模具型腔内放入网材,再合模注塑成一体。由于过滤网产品是弧面,网材不容易定位,挂网方式不合理容易导致网材在成型时偏离型腔,造成零件不合格。网材采用2根挂针进行定位。由于网材较密、较硬,定位网材的挂针比较尖锐,操作工向定模挂网时太快则易扎手,存在安全隐患;太慢则导致生产效率低下,造成生产成本升高。定位网材的挂针在网格区域内,由于挂针的作用力,导致挂针旁边的小格网材拱起变形,影响产品外观。
现有技术中使用的弧面过滤网模具存在如下缺陷:
1.容易导致网材在成型时偏离型腔,造成零件不合格。
2.定位网材的挂针容易扎伤操作工的手,存在安全隐患。
3.生产效率低下,生产成本高。
4.网材拱起变形,影响产品外观。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种过滤网模具,以解决网材在成型时偏离型腔,造成零件不合格的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种过滤网模具,包括定模和动模;网材,设置在定模和动模之间;多个销钉,设置在定模上,销钉设置在网材的两侧且止挡网材的边缘。
进一步地,过滤网模具还包括挂针,挂针设置在动模上,穿过网材。
进一步地,相对地设置在网材两侧的两个销钉之间的宽度小于网材在定模和动模接合面上的投影的宽度。
进一步地,销钉的端部设置有用于固定网材的倒钩。
进一步地,动模上设置有与销钉相配合的销钉避让孔。
进一步地,挂针设置在网材的网格区域外。
进一步地,定模上设置有与挂针配合的挂针套。
进一步地,网材的两侧分别相对地设置有多个销钉。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本申请通过在定模上设置销钉,通过销钉夹紧网材,使网材贴紧定模,解决了网材在成型时偏离型腔,造成零件不合格的技术问题,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
参见图1和图2,根据本发明的过滤网模具,包括定模10和动模20;网材,设置在定模10和动模20之间;多个销钉30,设置在定模10上,销钉30设置在网材的两侧且止挡网材的边缘。
参见图1和图2,过滤网模具还包括挂针40,挂针40设置在动模20上,穿过网材的边缘。挂针40设置在网材的网格区域外。定位网材边缘的无网格部分,定模10上设置有与挂针40配合的挂针套60。挂针套60与挂针40配合防止扎伤操作人员。
参见图1和图2,相对地设置在网材两侧的两个销钉30之间的宽度小于网材在定模10和动模20接合面上的投影的宽度。保证夹紧网材,使其与定模贴紧,销钉30的端部设置有用于固定网材的倒钩。动模20上设置有与销钉30相配合的销钉避让孔50。网材的两侧分别相对地设置有多个销钉30,保证网材的整体的各个部分都与定模10相贴合。
本申请的过滤网模具的弧面挂网结构在模具上增加了若干销钉30,在手工挂网材时,销钉30在两边挡住网材(网材两侧相对的两个销钉30间距比弧面网材的在模具接合面上的投影的宽度稍小),销钉30上的的倒扣勾住网材使之固定。合模时,在动模的弧形动模镶件的压力作用下,使网材成弧形,贴紧定模,然后注塑为一体。注塑过程中,为防止网材偏离型腔,采用2根挂针40在进行定位。把定位网材的挂针40的位置在网格区域外,保证产品外观网材不发生拱起变形。而且把定位网材的挂针40设置在动模侧,避免人工挂网时扎伤操作工的手。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
本申请通过在定模上设置销钉,通过销钉夹紧网材,使网材贴紧定模,解决了网材在成型时偏离型腔,造成零件不合格的技术问题,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

Claims (7)

1.一种过滤网模具,其特征在于,包括:
定模(10)和动模(20);
网材,设置在所述定模(10)和所述动模(20)之间;
多个销钉(30),设置在所述定模(10)上,所述销钉(30)设置在所述网材的两侧且止挡所述网材的边缘,使所述网材的边缘与所述定模(10)的相对位置保持固定,其中,相对地设置在所述网材两侧的两个所述销钉(30)之间的宽度小于所述网材在所述定模(10)和所述动模(20)接合面上的投影的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤网模具,其特征在于,
还包括挂针(40),所述挂针(40)设置在所述动模(20)上,穿过所述网材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的过滤网模具,其特征在于,
所述销钉(30)的端部设置有用于固定所述网材的倒钩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的过滤网模具,其特征在于,
所述动模(20)上设置有与所述销钉(30)相配合的销钉避让孔(50)。
